Costa Coffee in West Dunbartonshire

What can i say they do what it says on the tin. Im in and out in no time and the staff are always really nice when i come in.

Stopped in for breakfast. We ate in. Restaurant was very clean and airy, and the breakfast and coffees were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I love coming here, the coffee is always well made and the staff are so nice. They just make my day so much better

We stopped and sat in for a coffee and muffin. The layout of the attractive modern interior and the staff disciplines showed very good recognition and minimisation of covid risks. Our coffees were perfectly prepared and the muffins both fresh and tasty. There was plenty of free parking and easy access from the A82.

Stopped for a quick coffee while passing through. Good coffee and nice and quick. The drive thru was quick and painless. Also covid secure.

Iam a regular in Costa. I was shocked to see at least 20 or more customers most of whi were elderly regulars who dont have mobiles. It was sad to see this.who ever thought that system up should be embarrassed not for himself but the customers who waled out money lost. See someone has got some sense buy letting customers write down there details.this is a really good Costa with friendly & helpful staff who know there regulars so keep up the good work girls.

waited in queue for 10 minutes only to be told that there were no spaces to sit in and I would have to have takeaway. I refused as I am in there almost daily and spend a lot of money.There were plenty of empty seats where I could have easily social distanced . I won't be back.

Having frequented this costa for quite some time and spent a small fortune I was infuriated at the attitude I received today from 2 staff membersIncredibly rude and unprofessional something I have never experienced in here before as other staff members have always been very friendlyI'm hoping they were just having a bad none the less it's off putting and has left a bad taste in my mouthFirst person who served me was dry short and bad mannered from start to finish2nd person who is normally nice was also rude and short when I politely advised her the coffee tasted funny I left most of it. She proceeded to winge about me to a customer as I walked awaySo not cool and not the usual none the less not acceptableVery poor customer service today

If you like Costas you should like this one. Restaurant is bright and airy. Service is quick and friendly. Drive thru, super efficient. Car parking is accessible.

This costa coffe is clean, staff are polite,service is fast,food is lovely. Coffee is great. Easy access from and to main road, near the local premier inn.

Good coffee shop, nice, new and clean. Great service and would definite use again. Highly recommended.

came here with my newborn baby and the service was great, staff offered to bring over my order so i could sit down with my baby which i felt was a nice touch, coffee was lovely.

Had dropped in for coffee, but with three customer's before me, I could have went to Brazil for my own beans, roasted them, ground them up and made my own coffee, sorry to say theywere the slowest ever.

It must be the best coffee in Town! I Love the Cortado. They have also places to sit outside and some Place to park.

Came over for a snack while staying at the Premier Inn opposite, nice clean Costa with friendly and speedy service ,

We arrived in the evening and we got served quickly and cheerfully . Everything was fine until leaving and my wife went to the toilet and was angry and disgusted to find the walls covered in excrement and blood . We pointed this out to the duty manager and left . I do use this cafe frequently and I will put it down to a one off . But staff must check these toilets and there was no excuse as it was not busy .

Visited Dumbarton today to do a tour of the River City set. As we had some time to spare after arriving early, and spotted this Costa's, popped in for a medium latte.Service was quick and pleasant, and the coffee was to Costa's usual standards.Modern premises, and there is a drive-thru too. A pleasant stop off.

Excellent coffee shop super friendly staff. Drive through could be quicker with 2 people on at busy times but that is the same everywhere

This Costas is situated on the A82 in Dumbarton. It's also next to a Brewers Fayre and a Premier Inn. It has a drive through as well as a modern interior which on my visit was kept very clean and the furnishings nice and modern. Had a latte serviced by nice friendly staff
