Titan in West Dunbartonshire

Absolutely brilliant the bar maid was so helpful and cheerful I think her name was Sophie she done an excellent job and went above and beyond to accommodate any need we had and the banter between the barstaff was brilliant it was funny confident and not over stepping the mark on the crude side it just made the place feel so relaxed and so welcoming and I will definelty be back again I didn't have any food but the plates that passed out table looked delicious and smelled even better I can't wait to come back to try something off the menu but at the end of the day I couldn't recommend this place more

Great service from Bernie at breakfast this morning plus it was delicious! Just off the A82, a Green King pub with staff in all departments very friendly and helpful.

Cant fault this place been there a lot. We went to celebrate a family birthday and every meal was excellent. Premises always spotless Staff are very attentive and friendly

I came to the Hungry Horse for evening meal as I was staying at the hotel. Parking is free and lots of spaces, easy to get too, there is a door connecting the hotel to the restaurant. Staff were friendly and polite and orders were taken quickly. There were lots of reserved tables so for a bigger party reservation may be needed, but lots of spare tables. Good selection of meals to choose from with offers on depending on the day. Meal came quickly, it was well cooked and I had no complaints.

Came here for dinner with my family. Food was great good size portions. Kitchen manger was a delight very friendly and looked after us well.

Honestly extremely disappointed. Came here for breakfast and expected high hopes but I can understand why it was so empty. First of all, a Scottish breakfast with English black pudding is false advertising, a piece of fatty black pudding is not Scottish. The toast was like chewing a brick, the bacon vile, not impressed. The food was disgusting, took over 45 mins to come and there was only 2 tables in the whole place. The breakfast wrap was vile and the mega breakfast was basically plastic, you could tell it was sitting under the light for ages. Not impressed by this and won’t be returning, think you need to remove breakfast altogether until you find someone who can cook!! Best going down the road to coffee club for a much better experience and food.

Cold food, order not as described ordered a and hair on more than one plate, the fact reluctantly given a refund for 2 of the orders no apology definitely won’t ever eat out of this place again and would not recommend it to anyone

I usually can't fault this place. I come in at least twice a week past few years with a young man I support. He is on a blended diet and the staff always make sure his food is blended. I was in 2 weeks ago haggis now off the menu so asked for something else to be blended to be told of the manager we don't have a blender I said can you not get 1 we are in all the time never been a problem. He said no we won't be getting one as I won't get the money back from the company! I think this is an absolute disgrace! A big company like yourself don't want to fork out £10/15 for a blender? I also feel the manager basically couldn't care less? We have been coming in at least twice week for last few years staff are always accommodating and he's fairly new in there. Feels like discrimination. we won't be back which is a shame all over a blender!

Usually cant fault this place. However, the experience we had was very poor. Ordered drinks to which we had to wait 10/15 mins for a pitcher to be made and come to the table as they started serving other customers and appeared to forget about us, had to return to remind them of it. Our starters were sharing platers which we asked for side plates to share, we were told they would go check and just never returned with them. Infact the next time they returned was to serve our main meals, however we had barely finished our starters with the plates still lying on the table the mains were served before moving starters. The mains themselves seemed very dried out like they had been ready for a while but kept warm. Didn't want to cause a fuss but all round it was disappointing. On ordering a second round of drinks we were charged an extra £2 odds for the same round. By this point we were just fed up with the lack of customer service and all round experience. Poor.

I visit this restaurant very regularly and I am probably the worst customer for changing my order to suit my dietary requirements however they always accommodate each request. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff (especially the kitchen). Its great knowing that I can still dine out with my requirements!

Small room with single bed but comfortable and clean with good shower. Can be a bit noisy in hallway with people coming and going. However, food is excellent, bar comfortable but would recommend ordering from the app as there are often long queues.
