The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in West Midlands

We had a lovely stay at The Broadway Hotel—it's the perfect mix of charm, convenience, and comfort. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the village and walkable to everything Broadway has to offer. The hotel has both a bar and a restaurant; one of the dining areas features especially beautiful interior seating, though I’d recommend making reservations ahead of time if you want to dine there. The guest parking is a bit tricky to find at first—it’s through a small driveway with an automatic gate right beside the hotel. It’s convenient once you know where it is, but a bit more signage would be helpful. Our room was cozy and well-equipped. The bathtub was a standout, complete with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing soak. The room also included a tea kettle and a Nespresso machine (which might be standard across UK hotels, but still appreciated!). A portable fan was provided as well, which we used both for airflow and white noise to help muffle some distant dog barking at night. Overall, it was a very comfortable and charming stay in a beautiful, picturesque town. Would absolutely recommend The Broadway Hotel for anyone visiting the Cotswolds.

Joseph was amazing with my 83 year old mum. So patient. We were successful in purchasing curtains, poles, blinds of the correct size and type and left with plenty of advice for fitting.

Worse visit I’ve had. Ordered a small strawberries and cream Frappuccino at 13.15 and at 13.40 it has still not been made. In that time she has made 4 drive thru orders and made 5 lots of hot drinks. Only one staff member making drinks and one member of staff in the kitchen. It seems drive thru orders take priority even when being placed after mine. Will not come back when the store is this short staffed

Electric scooter trolly failed after 20yrds. Assistant change it. Didn't get 5 feet. Toilets filthy. Came away with no shopping as my experience made me feel ill. Went tocafe for drink. No low or sugar free cold reinks at all. Not helpful to a diabetic.

Very impressed, I left my handbag in the services, didn't realise until I got home, rang them and they were so helpful. The person I needed to speak to had gone home for the day but she rang the next morning and said she would post it tracked and signed for and no payment by myself needed. A big shout out to Elspeth, she was lovely and so understanding. 2 days my bag was back with nothing at all missing. Thank you so much.

It is a lovely cafe, the cakes were yummy and the teapots were great as it meant I got 3 cups of tea rather than just one. The manager was really friendly and interesting to chat with. I'd definitely go back as it was much more personal than most cafes where the waiters and waitresses don't even look at your face throughout the order, service and payment.

There was a 20 mins wait for hot food. Even so, when it was delivered it was cold. Because of this, it was greasy and flaccid. Unfortunately because they serve drinks when you order, it was not possible to eradicate the nasty mouth feels with the coffee that was long gone by the time food was served. There is also no universe where putting cheese on the outside of a toastie makes sense. Add to all of this the fact that the tables were so rammed together, we could clearly hear the conversations of people several tables away.

Pedimos el almuerzo con la pantalla táctil Chaqueta de patatas de chile y ensalada. Desayuno inglés completo 2 tés de yorkshire. Pagado fuimos a recoger una bandeja para poner los tés y las bandejas estaban mojadas y habían secado la comida todavía en ellos nos llevó 7 bandejas para encontrar uno medio decente. Tuvimos que pedir el té de Yorkshire y nos tiraron a regañadientes 2 bolsas en la bandeja húmeda. Comprobamos las mesas 4 eran desagradables no limpias en absoluto. se sentó a encontrar que la gente detrás de nosotros había abierto una unbrella que había drenado agua por todo el suelo. Se lo señalé a una camarera y fue tol YEH LO VI GRACIAS. regresó después de servir otras 3 mesas y puso un cartel en medio del charco No lo limpió en absoluto. La comida llegó y el desayuno era nadar en grasa y no había ensalada con la patata chaqueta. En ese momento estábamos más allá de querer comida, así que bebimos la mitad del té y nos fuimos. No tiene sentido pedir un reembolso, ya que dudo mucho que hubiera eben hundido en. café totalmente sucio antihigiénico.

I wish I could rate it zero. 5 staff and no service that was of any use. Over 10 minutes waiting and still didn’t get to give my order. Gave up as they were faffing about and there was nobody working at serving coffee. I will not be stopping there again. I don’t mind waiting for coffee to be made, but this was beyond a joke. I will get a drink elsewhere. If at the services I suggest using McDonald’s

Mass produce food but the coffee is ok staff friendly but the toilets stinks and the seats broken in the lady’s . Not clean

This store is the worst one yet. Never seen such a mess and such rude stuff! The store manager and assistant manager were so rude to me! They should get fired because you don’t get paid to be rude to people. Never going there again!

Lovely cafe and lovely cakes scones etc to eat in or take away Great selection of teas and coffees and lovely freshly baked bread and cakes Had a lovely pot of tea and delicious jam tart when visiting Eccleshall

My favourite shop. Kind workers. Lots sales, fresh fruit, veg and good meat .

Lovely evening meal with family for a special occasion. Great welcome from the staff. Orders taken in a timely fashion. Food was fantastic and not much was left. Would highly recommend for a group meal. Nice relaxed atmosphere and great value.
