The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in West Midlands

I got a coffee frappe with hazelnut syrup and it was the worst thing I have ever tasted. It tasted as though the milk used had gone off and left it gross lingering after taste. I’m usually a fan Costa, however this drink is not it.

Absolutely dreadful. Nobody on the till, staff out of sight in kitchen. Tables were dirty, there was no cutlery or even teaspoons. When cutlery was eventually brought out the pieces I selected were still dirty. Self service hot drinks machine wasn't working, had to ask staff to add coffee beans. No cups, had to ask staff in kitchen. Found a teapot but was dirty. Food was lukewarm and still no teaspoons so my friend stirred her tea with a fork. I've never known anything like it, an absolute shambles.

This store is the worst one yet. Never seen such a mess and such rude stuff! The store manager and assistant manager were so rude to me! They should get fired because you don’t get paid to be rude to people. Never going there again!

I ordered two drinks, both were made wrong as we asked for no Milk. The young girl was incredibly rood. As was her friend. I don’t recommend here at all. And will never go back. £8 for two small drinks. Better going to Costa or Starbux

Always good! Nice and cosy with a option to sit outside... The only thing I would suggest ditch the Ash trays outside....

Visiting the antique centre we saw it had a tea room. Very nice feeling and very clean. The rwo ladies serving were extremely helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! Food was very good too! Excellent coffee! Will certainly go back.

Tried to purchase avocado but with bacon not smoked salmon, not only couldn’t they do this but couldn’t do it without the salmon either, apparently all pre made food, how awful.

Scrambled eggs on sourdough toast, with baked beans - it was perfectly done and presented, tasty and satisfying. No complaints. My wife had poached eggs on brown toast, all good apart from the toast could have done with a little more butter on it. The staff who we met were very professional, efficient and friendly. We will return.

I used to come here every Friday to get work done, but about a year ago I noticed a shift in attitude amongst staff. Only way to describe it is the "cba" attitude. I returned yesterday with my 4 year old, and two things happened. It was clear we were sitting in and despite that everything was put in to-go cups and bags and put on a tray and brought over to us. When I stated we were sitting in the man took my drink back, had it sent over in a cup by an odean staff member. I later went up to ask for some water and you would think I cussed out his mother the way he rolled his eyes and had another staff member get me the water. You would think he wasn't there to work. Second thing, the babychino was pipping hot, my daughter burnt her mouth and tongue on the drink. I didn't check it beforehand because it's obviously for a child and when I went to drink it after her to check, I was mad. It was hotter than my coffee. Date of attendance 31st May 2022.

I ordered 4 extra hot latte and various food buy time I had paid for ordered the person had already made the coffee's I felt the cups and new straight away that they were not extra hot as I order them all the time. I mentioned it to the woman making the coffee are they extra hot and she said yes then charged her mind as she looked at me and then said we only do them to a certain temp. I said I think they usually heat the cups first with hot water then she said I ready did that which she did not. Took them to the table and as we drank them they only warm but it was pointless taking them back how is it at most costa when you order extra hot they make an effort to make them hotter not impressed. We had the sunday roast beef and lamb shank. The roast dinner tasted like it had been standing around for hours....meat and roast potatoes hard with no flavour. Lamb shank oily, no mint and drowned in gravy. Maybe we chose the wrong day of the week? Also, none of the puddings we ordered were available, although shown on the computer.

I like their turkey roast dinner, turkey, mash, peas, carrots, cabbage, stuffing ball and gravy on a large oval plate. Hot drink and change from £10. They have a good variety menu to suit everone, from breakfasts, fish and chips, jacket potatoes, sandwiches plus many more. They let you change any item from dfferent dishes. Staff very friendly nd very helpful.

Driver went to wrong street no apologies for being late, food stone cold and an item missing. Can't contact cafe via phone. Awful. AVOID. Hopefully just eat will sort out!

What a change a new manageress makes she’s very polite and helpful smiles and nothing too much trouble for her staff seem happier what a difference long over due long may it continue as this my local

The order system was very poor and when I went to get the drink I payed for wasn't there . The food was Luke warm to cold by the time we got it and had to pay extra for sauce and all the tables were dirty as the poor guy was run off his feet trying to do everything .. never again will I eat there ..
