The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in West Midlands

We stayed overnight (2 twin rooms) and had breakfast the next morning. We were very pleased with the stay, and so quite surprised by the poor reviews we see from some others. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the shower and beds were fine. The three staff we spoke to (phone queries, check-in and breakfast) were efficient and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was plenty - hot food (buffet) could have been kept hotter, but was very well-cooked. Parking was available and convenient. Overall, especially considering the price, it was excellent value for money.

Visited twice this week and Claire is an absolute star! Never stopped working for the hour that we were there while her colleagues seemed to have their phones glued to their hands. Claire is a credit to this coffee shop. She deserves a promotion!

Great location for a small business meeting this premises is quiet but in the middle of all shops and restaurants very friendly staff.

We stopped in Broadway during a tour of the Cotswolds. It is a beautiful village and we were lucky to get a seat outside. It was a very hot day but most of the tables had umbrellas. Quick and friendly service at the bar and a couple of nice cold pints.

Lovely coffee and cake, came back for ice cream later after time in the park and a canoe trip from the quarry! Lovely location and great staff with even better ice cream!

I went to AB,s today for a regular hot chocolate with soya milk but was appalled at the charge £3.75 when I queried this as cost on board was ,£2.75. I was told I had been charged for large and there was a 70 pence surcharge for soya milk. I protested but was only reimbursed the difference between regular and large. I didn't want to make a scene and it wasn't the ladies fault so I reluctantly paid the surcharge for my hot chocolate. It was lovely but certainly not worth the extra money. I have never been penalised for having soya or other plant milks in any other establishment. I would not recommend this place if you have dietary or allergies to dairy unless who I want to pay an exorbitant surcharge

Me and a group of friends travelled abit of distance for a friend's birthday as we were made to believe it was much better then it was! When the ten of us got there it took us all 45 to a hour to get served as there one was bar waitress on... there was another one behind the bar but she just stood in the corner with a face on her and did nothing! We were made to believe there was 2 for 1 cocktails on also between the hours of 6 and 9 when we asked they haven't got a clue what we were on about. Don't advertise something If your not going to follow through with it. I wouldn't of minded so much but we weren't local we came especially and to he honest it set up for a worse night that the birthday girl just wanted to go home and go bed. There was absolutely zero customer service and of your going to charge mega money for abit of pop atleast have the decency to make your customers feel welcome and get another member of staff.

Why do I spend £2.40 on a cup of tea it's supposed to taste like tea , it's more like hot water so weak ! Come on use some good tea bags ,what are these terrible things you call tea ? Yuk 🤪🤔

Unfortunatey after using Sainsburys for lunch after every shopping trip to the store we felt let down after my sisters meal came out hard, dry, skimpy and water would have been thicker than the gravy. The service and food are generally good but what made it worse was after consulting a member of staff about the disappointing meal and after reassuring us that it would be put right .. we were in shock when this member of staff forgot about us completely as they become engrossed in clearing the tables. We ended up consulting another member of staff who worked in the kitchen. This lovely ladies name was Hannah and she was amazing. Hannah completely turned our experience around by sorting the issue out straight away and even personally prepared the meal herself. The meal was perfect but we were most impressed with Hannahs professionalism, first class customer service which Hannah provided with genuine empathy and sincerity. I believe that any organisation is only as good as those individuals that work within and Hannah is one of those individuals and a true asset to Sainsburys Redditch Store. Please pass on our sincere thanks and very best wishes to Hannah.

Appalling customer service. Went in and there was a group of teenage girls having a party. We were ordered to sit at a cramped table in the window. We were ignored for 15 minutes, then eventually after the girl behind the counter could no longer avoid eye contact, she grunted "the tills free now if you want to order" we got up, left and went to McDonalds

Arrived just after 3 and advised only drinks and cake available which wasn’t an issue until the manager/owner came bustling and re-iterated it tersely making it like the staff hadn’t told us. Smallest pieces of cake I have ever been served & bizarre you have to through the washing up to access the only toilet.

I want to say the Crosspoint staff are the friendliest Starbucks staff I have come across. Have a great Christmas, because you managed to brighten my work trips every time I was in

One the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while! Would highly recommend getting one if you are passing by. Fresh food aswell.

Usually call in two times a week. On three occasions we have had a voucher to use. Today free cookie. Alas no cookies. Can accept that but last two occasions have tried to use a voucher and could not accept as they had run out. Should have gone to the costa inside next and tried there. So lure us in with offer of a free cookie then sorry have all gone. No alternative so looks like by I’m going to go elsewhere
