Tried to order food...40-50 minute wait, ordered gin and lemonade and got gin and soda water. Barman rude when drinks returned. No seats available, people sitting at tables with shop bought food/drinks or just their laptop. Not a good impression at all!

Productos mediocres. El servicio más lento de todos. Los panecillos se ven bien. Parece que el personal preferiría estar en otro lugar. . . .

I was fortunate enough to discover this place during 4 days as an NEC exhibitor recently, and went there three times in total, meeting about 5 or 6 of the staff who were all very friendly. The coffee we had (espresso and Vanilla Latte, including roast of the day) was excellent and so was the cookie I had on the last day.

I'm absolutely staggered that any sandwich shop can charge £16.75 for two sandwiches, two bags of crisps and two bottles of water. The New Yorker had a wafer thin slice of pastrami and emental, with a scraping of mustard mayo, whereas the BLT had a bit of L and T, but very little B. I'm fully aware they aren't a charity but come on, this is disgusting.

I was very impress by the staff. Being convention time they where incredibly busy but they dealt with all the customers in a timely fashion that didn't seem rushed and were very polite and friendly . Just for the staff alone I'd properly go again when I'm next in the area but the coffee they serve just makes it better, especially for the prices. All in all I'd recommend anyone to check it out

From one great experience at a M&S cafe (previous review) to a terrible one. Firstly, horrible buisness decision to put the cafe right at the back of the first floor, with so much going on the ground floor, took me ages to even work it out. Self service system is awful, it wouldn't accept voucher, another one with a frozen screen and 3 customers behind had issues too, all requiring a humans help (you would be forgiven for thinking ordering with a human to begin with is easier? Crazy eh?) Furthermore pickup point for a takeaway drink is super unclear. While waiting overhead 2 complaints from other customers that coffee was cold, and a complaint on wait time for food. Cortado was acceptable, milk needed less airation but perfectly acceptable, special origin beans are clearly of very good quality.

Very fast service! I managed to order at the bar, went for a coffee and when I got back to the table food just arrived 😌 Quite nice full english breakfast, not as good as at he city but as for the airport service it’s okay. Not a fan of the coffee though, barely tastes as coffee. The Staff was very nice and very quick.

Really good food and extremely friendly staff. Our waiter Pedro was a star. So friendly and helpful, a welcome change to so-often surly hospitality staff. Steak was perfectly cooked, tagine flavourful. Creme brulee decadent. Wine excellent (merlot) . Food took awhile to arrive but it was worth it. Prices in line with airport / hotel sites. A nice start to our holiday the next day.

ok as we know unfriendly staff i can live with that but to be charged to sit in drinking out of a plastic or paper cup on a wooden bench freezing cold in the winter is a big insult the place is nearly empty most of the time dont the management want people in there take away only? could this be the final nail in the coffin for this joint, try upstairs in john lewis where you get good friendly service served in real cups for no extra charge.

Steak bake. No filling poor value these used to be value for money. Not any more. £2.00 for a product without a filling.. won't be using Greggs again.
