What a let down. No breakfast, just a reduced paper menu. Went to the bar, no zi fandel wine. Ended up with a sandwich from boots. Very disappointed as first day of my holiday x

Wetherspoons has always had a reputation as a cheap, but relatively cheerful pub... sounding like a snob, it isn't the kind of place I'd usually frequent, I tend to prefer smaller establishments. However, passing through the airport, it seemed a decent place to get some breakfast before a flight... everyone else seemed to think so, it was packed, and on a Monday morning! When I say "packed", I don't just mean with people... the chairs and tables are packed so closely together it's incredibly difficult to pass through, especially with luggage. I understand - more covers = more profit; but nevertheless, it makes for a less than pleasant dining experience. We ordered our food, and I was surprised by the price: £12ish for a traditional breakfast; which is a similar price to our local pub, which does a beautiful full English, all locally produced farmer's market grub; essentially, much better quality. When the food came, it was pretty sub-standard... certainly not worthy of a £12 price tag. From going on the Wetherspoons website, I now learn that the same fayre in a Wetherspoons elsewhere (say, my local town centre), retails at £4.99 - less than half the price!!! At that price, it seems ok; but certainly not for more than double the standard pricing! Making tea and coffee was another issue... you pay for a refillable cup; but the station is so poorly organised, and you then have to meander through the packed tables with boiling liquid... an accident waiting to happen. The one star is reserved for the fact our food arrived quickly; but that's about the only good thing I can say.

It's a Wetherspoons... what more do you expect? Slow to clear/clean tables.

It is a good option to eat something at the airport, the food is correct and the price expected at the airport. There are burgers, English dishes and some international ones like this Tikka Masala, good enough!

A great place if you just want to have some comfort food before getting on plane.

Lady at the bar was a Karen,refusing to take my order. She was so much of a Karen that she went the otherside where I was to clean just to try and intimidate me. Good there was a proper lad that took her place. LOL!

Cold food (too much bread with a small cold sausage) and expensive. Staff give the impression they don't want to be in work.

The cheddar cheese and tomato panini with fine. But the fish and chips weren't. The fish was overcooked and the batter was very oily. Not as good as last time. Service and staff were all good.

Dont write reviews but sometimes you have to. Just want to mention Katlyn (hope I've spelt it correctly) She delivered my food and saw that I had no coffee cup so went and got my cup....she also recognised that I was alone and so went the extra mile to go and pick up my Cappucino and deliver it. Doesn't sound much but believe me it is!!! Thank you Katlyn 🙏

Exhorbitantly overpriced for what it is, but then it's in an airport and people expect to be ripped off. They have a captive audience and aren't interested in people coming back every week.

It was absolute rubbish ..... food was terrible ..... really cheap ingredients and grossly overpriced ..... would NOT recommend to anyone

Wetherspoons at bhx was absolutely brilliant when I visited, super friendly people working there. My trip started well because of them!

Good fish and chips and beer. Tables are quite too near each other and the seating is not especially comfortable. Ordering is online, but works smoothsly. Ok choice for meal before flight.

Food is abysmal even for a Wetherspoons. Avoid any of the “classic” burgers - if that’s what you’re after the nearby Burger King is better quality and cheaper. At an airport you expect it to be more expensive than usual, but, honestly, save your money. The cheapest sandwich from WHSmith is better than the garbage they’re serving here.

Mainstay of Birmingham airport, bit rushed for food before your flight ? No problem the service here is fast ! Reasonably priced and dependable.

Called in for breakfast before flight. Although busy, food arrived quickly. Could have been served on a warm plate.

Waited 40 min for food. Really terrible burger. Staff were friendly but useless. Outrageous price for terrible food.

Very quick service for a early Sunday morning before flight ✈️.👍

Inside the airport through to the departures areas, we enjoyed some early refreshments in the form of liquids( if you follow) and full English breakfast. It was very busy with early travellers and everybody seemed tired but silently happy to be going on holiday's so it was great to experience the service we received by Wetherspoons overall and no problem recommending them either, check it out for your self if you are in the right place!

Go to the bar to order. Go over there to get the sauces. That was the worst buttermilk chicken burger I have ever eaten. This type of service is just not good enough.

Conocí a un joven caballero encantador que trabajaba allí llamado Richard y él podía ver que tenía una discapacidad y era muy muy servicial y se agradeció mucho. no se podía tener un mejor empleado.

Is it just me or is Wetherspoon's becoming depessing? It seems to be scraping by without quite being objectionable but with no positive qualities and certainly no joy. Has Tim lost it? I suspect so.

This Weatherspoons is located in the departure lounge of Birmingham International airport. The service is always very quick (so don't be put off if it's busy imo) an ideal place for food and drink before flying out.

The food was ok although the breakfast bacon was a bit dry and the baked beans were not the best

Busy, expensive and not the fastest service. There are much better wetherspoons out there. £12 for a full English, £14 if you add black pudding. Over £6 a pint and slow service. The place was rammed and the tables are wedged together. I had people constantly knocking into me whilst try to eat as there is virtually no space to walk. Wish I had of gone to Peaky Blinders as there was loads more space and the food looked great.

It's a spoons with inflated airport prices

Food was good and quick. Very friendly staff. Menu holders weren't great kept following. Tim sort it out. Not bad for a weatherspoons chain.

Witherspoon in Birmingham airport is always busy. Plenty of tables that will be come available at somepiomt , staff are always working hard to cleant things away for the next person , drinks are reasonable.

It's a pub in an airport, but done very well. Food fresh and quickly delivered, we had fish and chips and were very happy! Couple of cheeky beers and wait for the flight was very bearable.

I like this place. I regularly fly and try and make time to visit here. Ordering by app is fastest but you need to find a place to get a signal on the WiFi to do this. Food comes fast and is of course expensive. But the staff are friendly and there is no rush to leave. Free refills on hot drinks. Reccomended

Usual average weatherspoon offerings at twice the price. Other more imaginative, better quality outlets are available nearby. We all know Weatherspoons offers ok ish food at bargain prices and that is why we accept the cheap and cheerful. The airport Spoons is clearly a cash cow for the brand. Service is quick and friendly, food is uninspired and menu devoid of offers. More importantly everything is at least double the street bar price for the same thing. Don't expect good value here! 😕

Ham Eggs and Chips. Three weafer thin slices of ham. Two extremely dry fried eggs and oven chips for £14. Extremely dry and tastless meal and oven chips had a stingy taste of old oil from them. I felt very unwell after mean. I wouldn't recommend food from here if at Birmingham Airport. Plenty of other choices

I ordered via mobile phone. They received money through paypal, but they did not receive my order because of system error. Then I did not get any meal although I paid money. I took contact several times, no reaction. I could give 0 star if possible.

It's a Wetherspoon in the airport, what more can I say? It does what it says on the tin. We quickly found an empty table, ordered via the QR code on the table and the food was delivered promptly without any delays. We both had the breakfast muffin. Tasted good, all cooked well, no complaints. Thank you spoons

Very fast service! I managed to order at the bar, went for a coffee and when I got back to the table food just arrived 😌 Quite nice full english breakfast, not as good as at he city but as for the airport service it’s okay. Not a fan of the coffee though, barely tastes as coffee. The Staff was very nice and very quick.

It's a wetherspoons but in the airport, which means they can name their price and you can either pay it or not. The staff are polite and friendly enough and the food and drinks are usual spoons standard. The over-pricing leaves a bitter taste but I suppose it's a seller's market.

Menú típico de Wetherspoons pero menos Choice que la calle principal. Tiene el brunch de todo el día que era promedio - el tocino era muy duro, pero más aceptable. La mayor decepción es la enorme prima de precio sobre las cucharas en la calle principal. La calidad no era mejor y no justificaba el precio inflado. La bebida no estaba incluida en el precio de la comida.

Trouble is you haven't got a lot of places to drink and they have you at £8 a pint.

Delma is a credit to this place. My mom has poor mobility and there were no tables available. She went out of her way to find us some chairs. She kept on checking on us. Please send her our gratitude. She is amazing

The ramen was impressively bad. Would not recommend. I didn't try their burgers/paninis, but heard they're decent.

Busy airport food and drink outlet. Find a table, order on app and food and drinks are brought to your table. Excellent breakfast. Coffee is via self service machine (unlimited refills). Not bad at all.

It's busy , we used app to order and pay which was much quicker than queuing at bar , plenty of choice and service was fast , although staff are too busy to engage they fly around keeping orders flowing , probably the best place to kill time while waiting for hols .

We found that Wetherspoons at Birmingham airport to be excellent, the portions were huge and arrived very quickly.
