Steak bake. No filling poor value these used to be value for money. Not any more. £2.00 for a product without a filling.. won't be using Greggs again.

Takeout tea and Pain au chocolat at just over £2, by far the cheapest option in the area. Service was fast, quality acceptable, and of course the price was the best of all.

Boy... when I say treat, I mean it! Brenda always has the softest baps and Steve always offers me an extra sausage(roll) if I take of my flat cap off and give him wink.

A tasty Steak Bake while out shopping,and at £1.50 considerably cheaper than the other options in the area. It was only luke warm,they do not heat food as such,but it comes out warm from the oven.

You know what you get from a Greggs. Very rarely do you actually get a sausage roll or pasty that is hot and here is no exception, the pasty we got was just that, lukewarm. Nothing special, just your standard gregs.

After doing some shopping in Solihull we called into Greggs for coffee and could not resist have one of their cookies the coffee and cookies were very good and the price was very good. Well worth a visit.

Called in for breakfast before the shops opened. Both had sausage baps and latte coffees. Excellent value at £2 ahead. The staff were amazing as it was a constant stream of people from the time we arrived until approx. 9 o'clock. Most of the time to the door. They worked so hard and were pleasant to everyone. Well done.

We all know what to expect from Greggs ,what i did not want was a Luke warm steak bake .in a place like this the least they can offer is warm food .the place was heaving so perhaps that tells you a lot.i suppose its down to how much the staff care .

I've visited this establishment many times and the Staff are always quick & efficient and very pleasant to their customers. They do their best to keep the café part clean & tidy which is no mean feat with so many customers coming & going all the time. It is a popular café and they stock some scrumptious cakes and sandwiches plus cakes or sausage rolls etc., to take away.

Its a bit hit and miss this place. Sometimes when they get it right the food (for a quick bite) can be really good. Other times the food maybe over heated or under-cooked

The choice in Greggs is limited. If you are looking for a healthy option I found there was too much in the way of pasties, sausage rolls, pizza slices, cakes and sandwiches, rolls and baguettes all made from white bread! White bread is just filler food. Its full of carbs, sugars etc with the aim of filling you up but providing very little in the way of nutrition. Greggs should do more to help those who want to be healthy.

Called in here looking for a sandwich and was impressed by the baguettes on offer. It was very fresh and good value as you can get a discounted coffee when you buy food. There is a small seating area but it does get busy. Will visit again.

Greggs Solihull receive the award for poor business judgement when they refuse to accept legal tender and then take away ordered food from a paying customer. Don't they know that the internet can be your best friend or your worst enemy!

Yo sólo he dado la media para este Gregs, nada que ver con el personal o la comida, pero la limpieza de la zona donde la gente se sienta a comer. Hemos usado este particular Gregs unas cuantas veces y me pregunto si alguna vez barrer el piso o sanitise las mesas. Me alegra ver que ahora parecen mantener las palomas, pero necesitan mejorar su desempeño en el departamento de limpieza Mi esposa y yo como Gregs, pero encontrar este inaceptable. Ojalá tuviera una foto para compartir. Quizás me volveré pronto y ver pop en si hay alguna mejora

In my last view I down marked this branch due to permanently open doors. Apart from the obvious discomfort it also meant sharing with the several pigeons which were in at any time. The good news is that someone in the decision making department has hit on the idea of installing doors that close. I can't fault the place now.

I often have the breakfast deal - sausage and bacon baguette and hot drink for £3. The only downside is that they insist on having the doors wide open which means that there are often pigeons inside. You wouldn't be able to take a dog in however well behaved. I expect that this is a head office thing rather than local as I've been in other town centre outlets that have the same problem.

You know what you are getting with Greggs. What makes the difference is the staff and this shop has the some of the most friendly staff I've met. A great credit to the company

On a recent business trip to Solihull I popped in with my colleague for a quick sit-down sandwich & drink meal deal, and had to mention the young guy serving who was very polite, smiley, completely on the ball and when I asked for my iced bun he said 'if you buy two the second is half price' so great upselling and then he reacted perfectly when I said 'so what's the price for three then' - never been asked that before he said with a smile!
