BB's in Stoke-on-Trent

i forgot to put my house number by accident driver waited an hour for me to reply as i didn't see his message i am sorry and grateful that he waited until i replied

Had a lovely meal with my3 grandchildren today they love coming for their holiday treat they will not go anywhere else first thing they say when they see me can we go Brindley Farm

We were greeted by «  have you booked a table » with no smile. ( we had because we got turned away before !) fallowed by an exasperated « under what name ? » , no other word were exchanged with Rob ( the manager ) until he sat us down on a dirty table in a corner , I had to approach him again to ask if he could clean the table , once again done quickly with no apologies . Ordered at the bar , staff was efficient and pleasant BUT waited around 35 /40 mins for our meals . ( I wasn’t warned when ordered of any delays ) food wasnt great , our sizzling steaks were overcooked and the peppers burned to a crisp ! We have been several time and nothing seems to improve , we will have to be desperate to go back again …..

2-hour wait for Mother's day dinner, after pre-ordering the food. Absolutely shocking. Would avoid
