Last minute decision to go out today for lunch. I rang and used your service to book a table, it was easy and we then knew we were ok for a table. On arrival we were shown to our table. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You were busy but it didn't take long for our meals to arrive. We were all extremely happy with our meals, they were hot and tasty, certainly good value for money. I could see all the staff clearing tables, serving, all working hard. Thank you all. We will return.

Good food at 'pub prices' . If you want a 5 star gourmet meal then this isn't the place for you but if you want a friendly, clean and enjoyable meal then this is definitely the place for you. Very friendly staff and very accommodating to your requests and queries. An enjoyable visit as normal.

Massively improved since the refurb, there are still some rude staff however the overall atmosphere and food is much improved

Poor bar service. I waited for well over 5 minutes when no one else was waiting. The 2 women behind the bar walked past me multiple times and ignored me repeatedly until I had to say "excuse me" to get attention. Why I would stand at the bar that long without wanting to order is a bit baffling.

Went for breakfast this morning, was greeted with smiles by Becki. Becki was polite and very respectable. Nothing was too much for her, outstanding lady she should be very proud of herself. Never had my food served by a robot before, what an experience she was. Overall had a fantastic meal with friendly staff.

I took my sister in law here on Thursday but the food had to go back as it wasn’t very warm I’m thinking this is because they have a robot trolly that brings your food to you but stops at other tables on its way around, not a very good idea. They did bring us another meal to us but the waiting for the pudding was a while too.

Great grub😊 revamped interior all good here.

We came for lunch yesterday, we ordered at the bar and it was amazing service. we asked the young lady her name as her name badge said ‘training’ she told us her name was Keira. She was doing a fantastic job considering she was training. She was so well mannered and really helped with an allergy we had. Just wanna say a big thankyou to Keira!

Come here for breakfast all the time with the kids, never dissapoints me. Kids love the new addition of Bam Bam the robot.

Meat was as tough as mike tyson in his prime chicken was undercooked /puddings the brownies is a finger and even tho asked for custard they say that's fine but when they bring it out custard is unavailable for the cakes you ordered and the refund is 7 to 10 working days WONT BE GOING HERE AGAIN everyone who's there is training avoid ferlong is better

Food is shocking couldn't believe the tandoori chicken sizzler my mother had it consisted of 4 little pieces of chicken for 12.99 and the waitress said these are the portions ya get. You'd get. More chicken on a kebab from a take away and cheaper definitely will not be back in a hurry. And ya mixed grill consists of 1 steak 1 gammon 2 sasage chips peas a hard egg n a pineapple for 13.99 disappointing is a polite work for the place

Ordered a steak sizzler and extra peppercorn sauce witch never arrived at the table , went back in to ask manager who was on host stand if he could sort it for me and he assured me it would come out soon. But from the first interaction with him and this being the second he was miserable and had attitude, didn’t bother asking for the price of the missing sauce refunded as I didn’t want to interact with him again.

Good food very reasonable prices, friendly staff, great choice if you want pub grub . Special offers too throughout the week.

Lovely place for food, it’s always mine and my husbands go to. Staff are friendly and pleasant. We are yet to experience the entertainment but have heard great things.

Curry deals on a Wednesday are very good value and tasty. As my colleagues and I work from home but have an office day on Wednesday, we realised now made this our regular lunchtime visit and have yet yo be disappointed :) The larger meal option has now been removed and the range of drinks included has been reduced but the offer is still good

We have just been ‘wowed’ at the top quality food and service today at Chatterley Whitfield. We ordered the ‘Home Run’ burger and a chicken baguette for lunch and the grandson had jacket potato, beans and burger. Top quality food and great service.

If you enjoy a big portion this place is great, the food was also very tasty with a decent menu variety on offer. Service was very slow at the bar even though there was only 2 people in front of me and 3 staff behind the bar, but I will say once being served staff were exceptionally friendly and polite.

Whenever I get a day off work I call for breakfast and a coffee. Staff are always polite and lovely. Look forward to next time

Come here near enough every two weeks with my grandparents and it’s always great, was served by Jess today as her training shift and she did amazing honestly. Great place overall

Nice pub, good choice of food &a chilled atmosphere

The food was great but there was an issue with the drinks (we ordered through the app if this makes a difference) they forgot the ice in one drink, they also carbonated one of the kids drinks when we asked for it to be with water and ice. The food quality though was great and the staff were very quick with clean up and checking everything was ok All in all I would go here again and the kids loved the play ground.

Went early afternoon on a week day, nice and quiet as expected at that time. Had a nice meal for reasonable price. Bacon was absolutely perfect. Waitress was friendly.

Booked a table for 4pm. 2 adults 4 children. Turned up to be told we have to leave at 5.30pm. Most tables are empty as they have reserve mats on them for 6.30pm

14 year old granddaughter ordered lasagne, when it arrived it barely covered the bottom of the bowl, plus fries were cold, another lasagne arrived, and then my granddaughter found something white and rock hard in the middle of her meal, so this put her off, on the plus side her fries were hot, so she ate all of them, this has put us off, and we won't be returning.

Absolutely shocking service from one of the staff members specifically (LEAH)no matter what you spend they treat you like you are nothing also a large coke isn’t a large it’s more like a small in a large cup when I asked about This I got the answer of that’s all you get it’s all weighed out complete nonsense very rude and disrespectful will not be going back here again!!!!

£71 for two adults and two little children. It’s not expensive, just food doesn’t taste good at all. Tough hard rump steak, only ate no more than 1/3 of it. My girl only ate a crispy chicken fillet, half fish of chips for my 8 years old boy. The combo starter ate most of it, chicken wings no one likes it. We booked a big table for Sunday 2nd June to celebrate my nannas birthday. We haven’t been in a few years since before the refurb and we really really enjoyed it! It looks so much more fresh and the outside is lovely. The food was fab and it didn’t take long to come out. The staff were really friendly behind the bar, and a big thank you to the general manager Jo and the manager in the pink top who saved our birthday cake! ☺️ we will definitely be back again. Thank you for a fab family birthday meal!

Arrived without a booking on Saturday around 5pm, found us a table with a time limit of 6.30pm which was plenty of time as there was only 2 of us, Good service, Food is delicious, definitely be back when we have another gig to go at Eleven.

Queue for bar so slow with staff no idea who to serve next with customers pushing in...not staffs fault they are just overworked. Won a Malibu and coke on the qr scan to win...took me 10 mins to claim nearly gave up. Food was good drinks good just put on more staff!!!!

Lovely food and good atmosphere but…be quick eating, my partner hadn’t finished eating and one of the staff came to clear the table and picked his plate up to clear so my partner had to promptly tell him he was still eating, wouldn’t mind but we spent just over £40 on our visit on food and 3 drinks. Some of the staff really need more trying on basic front of house skills.

Went to chatterley whitfield for breakfast the pub looks amazing and clean upon entering, Becki was very polite when taking our order she explained if we had any allergies to foods before taking our breakfast order it was excellent customer service. The breakfast was lovely and hot just how we like it. Good customer service from chefs to waiting on, I would recommend to all friends and family.

Not been for a while as had a bad experience the last time. We Went Saturday night for family members birthday meal. It took over 3 hours for two courses. Food didn't all come out together as a group table, typical was the birthday boy waiting for his food. Food wasn't hot when it did come out. Items missing. The Few people that ordered a pudding waited 40 minutes for, and again birthday boys was missing and had to be chased. Because all this took so long the bouncers where telling us we had to leave as the children were not longer welcome because of the time (even though just as he said that, our kids sitting nicely eating, some young drunk lads in the background smashed a glass on the floor!) Personally I will not be going here again yes it's cheap food, but there are plenty other places offering cheap food but offer a far better service and experience. This place is trying to be a pub and cheap food at the same time but can't handle both clearly.

A girl pretty much slamming plates on the table. When told that our food was wrong made out that we should of had the wrong meal anyway. No one came over asking if everythings OK with our meal. Food was standard except having wait 45 mins for 2 brownie and ice creams. Even tho asking the previous waiter for the desert i had to then go up and ask management.

Arrived with our group of about 20 about 10 minutes before our reservation time only to be told quite abruptly we were too early and needed to wait before other diners had finished their meals and drinks even though there were reservation signs on the table. After waiting 20 minutes and basically just standing over the other diners watching them dine the staff moved the half a dozen or so diners onto another table, which absolutely wasn't their fault and they were very gracious and friendly about being moved, luckily. Food was ordered and the meals started coming out sporadically with just one poor guy delivering the meals. I ordered the Fish and Chips and when it arrived I honestly thought it was a Child's portion, 14 chips (yeah I counted them) a Fish that I am assuming they didn't get from the Sea but an Aquarium it was that small. I asked the Waiter if I had indeed got the right meal and said it was rather small to which he replied, "Yeah that's a bit S**t isn't it!". He took my meal back and returned it with about another 10 chips on board and an apology saying that is the size of the fish, end of story. For a light bite £6 or £7 meal I wouldn't have minded so much but this wasn't cheap and not only small but I think the Fish had had the misfortune to be driven over by a Steam Roller earlier in the day. Many others in the party were not happy with their meals also along with the massive amounts of time between meals being served to us made the evening (apart from the really friendly and apologetic waiter) a completely disappointing experience.

Got there waited ages to be seated, ordered starters and mains starters took 15mins however the mains took over an hour! Ridiculous custom service given it two chances now will never return. We arrived at 5:30 and were lead to believe we needed to leave by 7:30 our food didn’t arrive till 7:10 leaving us to rush our food before the next people come. When the food arrive it wasn’t worth waiting for

I went with my family earlier this afternoon, the food came out and I was abit disappointed with the portion size I ordered a chicken tikka masala and there was barely anything on my plate the bowl was less then half full the chicken was burnt un edible. I’ve came here a couple of times and I’ve had no problems but since it’s been renovated it’s gone down hill. I also ordered a gin and lemonade and it was flat. Really disappointed 👎

We had an average breakfast which could of possibly been abit warmer ,coffee from the help yourself machine was just warm not hot but most of all the place was spotless, Manager could be a bit more friendly to customers , we said good morning to him and got no response I then said to him that yesterdays weather was beautiful compared with today and he turned around and replied in a voice that said I don’t want to be here and said I wouldn’t know ,I was here working, Been on management side myself ,this is not how you should respond to customers ( just saying ) and a smile would go a long way instead of a miserable looking face .

Came here for my son’s leaving party. There were 25 of us. The booking had been made for 2 weeks. The food was quite frankly the worse food I’ve ever had. It was cold, tasteless and quite frankly inedible. To be fair to the one waiter serving us all, he was efficient and I felt sorry for him. As we were complaining thick and fast. I paid £80 for 5 of us just on the main meal and I may have well thrown it in the bin. Along with the food. Disgusting. If I could vote 0 I would. I voted 1 for atmosphere because we were all separated and not together.

It was my first time taking my 7 month old son to the ‘Tiny tots messy play’ it was such a lovely experience and I recommend it to all mums and dads for their little ones. It’s my boys first time seeing and interacting with other babies and toddlers and he really enjoyed himself, everyone is so polite and share the space fairly. We will certainly be returning and hopefully make it a regular outing. Thanks to the team for setting this up for us all to enjoy. Amy and Tyler

Booked at table for 5 for tonight, arrived early but booked in and were shown to the table within minutes. Went upto the bar to order, noticed only 2 staff behind the bar area dealing with customers however did not wait to long. I think the male bar staff member was name Thomas ? Anyway he was very pleasant, apologised for our wait and promptly took our order. Food arrived 10 to 15 minutes later and everyone enjoyed their meal, it was lovely. Only snag was that 2 of our party ordered off the gluten free menu and the salad had a dressing on....however we had not asked for no dressing but we weren't given the option either 🤔 Only issue we had throughout our meal was that nobody came over to clear the empty glasses, bottles and jugs from our table. Even when the server came to take our finished plates away he pushed the empty bottles and jug out of the way and never returned. Went to the bar to order coffees and saw that there was only 1 staff member working the bar now, same young man as before. I waited almost 10 minutes to order the coffees, again he apologised for our wait but I wasnt the only person waiting to order. This was the reason why we stopped visiting this pub in the past but as we had seen you had been refurbished we thought we would choice here this time. Luckily you weren't over busy tonight but I would suggest you have more staff working the bar area as its not fair on either customers or your staff Overall we had a lovely meal in a lovely refurbished pub, chances are we will call again and give you another chance but that's only down to 'Thomas' and the quality of food

Friendly and helpful service. Prices more then reasonable. Very comfortable sittings. It was a pleasure to be served by Becki as she was so very friendly and helpful. Just a great shame there is no place inside where well-behaved dogs are welcome.
