Had a lovely meal with my3 grandchildren today they love coming for their holiday treat they will not go anywhere else first thing they say when they see me can we go Brindley Farm

Very nice carvery. Lots of choices and fresh testing food. Probably the 3rd time we have been back when i have visited my daughter, and food is always tasty and value for money. Evie was our server today and she was very polite and professional.

Great food, carvery food delicious. Staff pleasant and accommodating. You wait at reception to be seated, and in my experience you can still request which end you wish to sit, if you have a preference.

I have been to Brindley Farm for about a year and a half intermittently. The food used to be consistent in quality and would be delicious which provided an exciting experience for a meal out with family. However over the past months it has lost that vintage and instead the kitchen seems to rush meals out as fast as possible, even if the restaurant isn’t busy! My most recent experience included being served the chicken combo platter. And I had a problem with the Louisiana breaded chicken. The chicken was just barely cooked but a large amount of the batter was still raw. Furthermore, they were served along side chips which were horribly undercooked and had a horrible texture which made my entire meal just entirely underwhelming. After eating the bits on the dish that were cooked correctly, I then returned to plate to the staff saying I wasn’t pleased with the dish, however all they did was return my plate and could not offer me a refund because I had “eaten a lot of the food already.” The following day me and my partner both had food poisoning and we are still yet to hear anything from the company regarding the matter. We will not be coming back

went to brindley farm for lunch i had the steak and ale pie really nice good portion hubby had the gammon he enjoyed that then we had apple crumble/chocolate fudge cake over all lovely meal will be going again 😋

Ordered a delivery from just eat. Sadly only 1 meal from the 3 ordered and paid for was delivered. I contacted Brindley Farm directly, Tom was very good and helped to rectify the problem, it ment that we had to go and collect our order but Tom was very professional. If I ordered again I would order to collect and not use just eat.

Took my mother here for mother's day, both greedy had large carvery. Best carvery we have had in a long time, served with plenty of meat and as much veg as you can eat. Had to take some home for the doggies asleep as well as dessert. Too stuffed to eat in house. 🤤

Old food Yorkshire's could have turned to powder any time they were so old and dry. Shame as last time was beautiful. Took ages to be served at till and at carvery.

Never will I waste my money in this establishment again! Moretti was flat…but kindly replaced so can’t complain about that! The steak was raw…both of us like medium rare but raw we don’t eat! The rest of the chicken combo was awful…coleslaw dreadful, fries..cold…chicken wings dry and nothing on them to eat! The side salad was good though… I would never recommend this as an eatery!

Food was cooked perfectly which can't be said for other pubs offering carveries. The staff were also very nice. However, the options for beer were quite limited.

Working in venue today, Rachael served us carvery breakfast and was fantastic, lots were always full with a busy venue. Recommended for anyone to come for breakfast.

Called in on Friday 21st March at 12pm with wife and daughter. ordered a carvery ,the meats were perfectly cooked but the veg really let the meal down. The Brussels sprouts were hard, the carrots not much better, the gravy lumpy, the Yorkshire pudding hard to chew, overall the meal was not very warm.Waitress said she would inform Chef. Left very disappointed with experience.

I have not been here for a long time and will not be going back,the food was awful,hard and dry!

Had a nice carvery, parsnips especially yummy. Other meals we had were gammon and fish which were ok. Kids play area could do with a revamp and the area we sat had food all over the floor no doubt from the kids sitting there before us. Puddings looked lovely but about 70% sold out unfortunately. Would come again for carvery but probably will sit further away from the kids section.

Assistant manager hanif was amazing nothing was too much for him he deserves a raise x

Very noisy by kids area, your not allowed to sit in non kids area with anyone under 12. Seat cushions, carpet, table and cutlery all dirty. Draught Coke rip of at over £4. Had no ales or bitters on, only 3 cakes from counter available.

Fabulous buffet breakfast. Really enjoyed it! Warm plate, warm food.

Can not give Chelsea enough credit, every time we come in and she's working she absolutely amazing, she's fantastic with my two children and includes them with ordering. She's professional and just a brilliant person. Thank you for making every experience such a memorable one ☺️

A lovely atmosphere upon arrival. Rachel behind the bar was very helpful in explaining how the buffet breakfast works. She was also very prompt to put her cleaning on hold to serve me a drink at the bar. My only disappointment was how dry the bacon and black pudding were, this was probably because they had spent to long under the heat lamp. All the other items of food were very nice.

Lovely breakfast for the money , and the unlimited tea and coffee is great value . Staff are very helpful and pleasant.

We wanted to go here for 7pm, but, were told we had to book at a different time due to a large party . When we arrived it was very empty and no party to be seen. We tried to order food via the app , but , the Wi-Fi was not working fast enough to use the app . We thought it would be quicker to go to the bar. We were wrong there was a long queue! The food arrived hap- hazardly not in the order it was purchased The fish chips and peas looked awful. The peas were cold not even slightly warm! The chicken looked like pieces of cuttle fish , bland and hard The fish was small, overcooked and covered in a way too thick dark brown batter. The chips were fine. The chicken tikka was too spicy considering it had only 1 chilli symbol The steak and ale pie was nice, but , stone cold peas again !!! The carvery was full of slightly warm food - yuk! The dessert ordering was a joke . We attempted to order via the app and the first four desserts we tried , were sold out!! This was the same case a few months ago We went to the bar and ordered two desserts and paid for them 10 minutes later we were told one was sold out! I mentioned about the previous orders being out of stock and the cold peas and over cooked battered fish lump and was told they would mention it to the chef. I had to go back to the bar for a refund as they didn’t have other desserts I liked ! Also I’d had enough of spending any more money in a pit! Drinks were expensive too We all decided we would not go again! Probably the worst offering we have ever experienced. Very very poor Definitely not recommended

Had to wait an hour for our starters to arrive and then a further 35 mins for mains to arrive. The place wasn't busy but a steady stream of customers. No one came to apologise for the long wait I had to go and ask where are food was. I have been to other restaurants in this chain and had much better service in busier circumstances.

Ordered 5 meals , one was cold, pop was flat.

Will never go back, atrocious service, understaffed, hardly any food available, especially desserts. Ordered steaks, was told that didn't have enough sirloin but could have rump, no apology, no offer of refund until asked, of which was offered a free drink. Mushrooms were dried up, so were the peas. Took over an hour to clean tables. Burgers looked poor, nothing like the pictures, too many vegan options for cakes, couldn't even put a sundae together. Saw loads of people returning food and complaining. Will never give it another chance again, wasn't like it was really cheap. The Manager didn't seem happy or seemed to care when watching him with other complaints.

Terrible food, The carvey was cold and looked like it was left overs.. The double cheese burger we ordered was hard as a rock, never again from here

Right firstly I ordered a steak and wanted it medium rear and it came and it was weldone secondly they didn't bring my sauce I had to get up and find someone and they finally brought it to me thirdly lots of dirty tables and then finally I went to the bar to take some cake home with me they have all cakes on display but then tell u they have sold out of some cakes there sud be a sign up to say they have sold out of some cakes

great food although we ordered pigs in blankets plus paid for extra pigs in blankets but we didn't get any at all

Though I understand it is predominantly a carvery, the pub menu that we had was not very good at all, very below standard of food even at the lower cost I'd still expect alot better, than what we received, won't visit again.

Fantastic choice and wonderful carvery and love the cakeaway so you can take your dessert home.

We liked this place because of the diligence shown in preparing a meal for our toddler with a severe milk allergy. We were really blown away by the time and care taken to ensure her food was safe, thank you to the Brindley Farm team!

Breakfast food was luke warm. Also didn't have time to have toast or coffee before the toaster and coffee maker were taken away. As it was our first time attending for breakfast we didn't know the end time for breakfast was 11. Cashier didn't let us know. We got there at 10.55 so only had time to get a few things from buffet breakfast

Food and service was fine just as we finished eating we found a moldy sprout under the table disgusted is an understatement.

Food arrived, ordered four Sunday lunches. All meals were cold and had no gravy on them. Ordered extras which did not arrive. Disappointed and won’t bother ordering again. Logged and sent pictures of proof and offered £10 back. Poor service 0 star.

Love it here! Everyone always so nice!! Great value for money! This time we decided to have a cake….we had a giant éclair each!! Oh my days it’s huge!! Worth every penny on size alone!! Tastes amazing and presentation looks fab too!! Well done too Julia who makes them!! We’ll defo be having them again!!!

Went for a family gathering for a birthday. Gave the staff a birthday cake, they supplied the candles and all the staff came to the table and sung Happy Birthday. Pleasently surprised. Thank you
