We had a lovely meal. The chicken combo, gammon and desserts were copious and delicious. The food and drinks were very good value and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Went today for lunch and was disappointed to see no carvery on the menu. So I chose from the new menu a turkey and stuffing Yorkshire wrap. No cranberry sauce, the turkey tasted off and no roast potatoes which my pregnancy cravings did not appreciate. I was attacked by several flies while being seated and I had to stop my partner from eating his burger when I noticed one land on it. Since arriving home I have vomited several times. I would of made a complaint while at the restaurant but couldn't find any staff as it was extremely quiet. Normally very pleased with both food and service, il avoid for a little while until I see improvements in these reviews.

Cheap and cheerful carvery, very busy but expected as it was a Sunday. Only criticism was one person serving behind the bar Andrea who did a sterling job under pressure! She needed help which was seen and ignored by managers clearing tables! She simply got on with the job but I personally felt it unfair!

Came for cheeky tea out. After a small mix up with the order Sharnie and Tom went above and beyond to rectify the problem. A little mention to Julie that served our drinks too! Thanks all! Fab service!

The starters and mains are great value, as is the carvery. Service is good too. The only downside is the cakeaway, they are oversweet and mainly just taste of cream and sugar.

I had a wonderful time here. I shared a nice meal with some friends and my partner. The waitress Carly was very nice with us.

Had a great after work meal. Food was spot on and well served. Shamie behind the bar was a sweetheart and made us welcome. A few beers were not available but my favourite (Abbot), was, so all good :) :)

Our server today was absolutely lovely! Got us sat in kids area perfect for our he little one. Came over to check everything was perfect and ordered us the dessert right away for little lad so he wasn’t waiting whilst we ate carvery! Highly recommend. Don’t know the server name , but he was tall, thin, black hair. (So lovely)

Popped in after work with a friend for a bite to eat and drink sharni welcomed us showed us to our table took our drinks order and meal order and it was carried out to a tea she presented it to us with a smile and I just thought it was worth a mention the food was lovely the drink was great and it was a lovely atmosphere

Tom is a top bloke , craig at the carvery was absolutely brilliant and Jess was superb when taking away our plates and glasses. 10/10 would recommend. Quality staff.

Great atmosphere, cosy, food is just to die for, the beef on the carvery was so juicy & good. Also the team leader Tom, was very friendly and provided amazing, professional, fast service.

Great place, great service but need more selection of cakes, perhaps something with plain sponge and white chocolate cuz 1 of our party can't eat cocoa products. Good service from Tom the Team Leader 👏

We had the farmhouse giant burger was cold chips were burnt ! At least ten of the tables were full of plates … flies flying round .. tables sticky … looks old and worn now … was lovely when it first opened …. Will not be going back …

Terrible food today. Meat was dry and rock hard off the carvery. Ordered 8oz rump steak medium. Was very overcooked. Sent back. Replaced with one that was still mooing.Dreadful. Even chips were overcooked. Expensive lunch ruined.

Brooke was an excellent waitress during our lunchtime visit, offering extra help for my child’s disability. The food was cooked perfectly. The barman was very friendly, and the chef was happy to chat. It was an all round pleasant atmosphere.

I pop in before work every morning to top myself up on the breakfast buffet. Never any issues, lovely staff, especially Tom, Rachel & Vinny. Plan to keep coming back.

Visited today with my children and was greeted by a staff member called Alex. Alex presented herself very professional spoke very politely to us and accomated our needs when I asked to be seated in the children's area. Alex was brilliant with us and nothing was any trouble she even checked back with us to see if there was any issues which there wasn't. Very good valued member of staff in my eyes Well Done Alex

Had a lovely afternoon at Brindley Farm. We were served by Julia. Julia is a complete asset to the pub, so friendly and warming.

Only came in for a few drinks and a carvery with my husband. Served by Ellie on the bar and craig on the carvery. Fantastic service as always can’t wait to come back

Great experience lovely staff, star down as table was dirty and we got there when it opened

There were 9 of us for evening meals 6 adults and 3 children, all the adults had the carvery, all three meats were very nice but the veg let the meal down. When the children's meals came they all looked as though the food had been standing for a while and warmed up so most of their meals were left. It was a shame because it was a family get together and could have been a regular thing. When we got staff to serve us the staff were very good and polite.

Had an amazing time , brought my dog for his birthday , he absolutely loved it and we felt comfortable, customer service was amazing, sharnie was absolutely lovely and so sweet to my dog and she was very helpful and has a great personality and very kind .

Place just feels like it needs a good clean. Spread for the buffet breakfast too often is missing items.

Hi guys, I just wanted to say what a lovely time we had!! Our food was lovely, the server (I think her name was Ellie) was absolutely lovely, very good customer service and approachable. I would return again.

Always a good time. Safe, reliable comfort Food, it's good enough that we keep coming back. Friendly staff. Family friendly atmosphere with the associated noise. Only reason it doesn't get 5/5 from me is it's not the place I'd suggest going. I like to try new things when I'm eating out and carvery is safe, reliable, consistent. But if someone else suggests here I'm happy to come along.

Always a great experience, who can complain with a Large Carvery for just under £11? Customer service top tier. Sharnie was amazing. It’s just classy and a great environment xoxo
