Best carvery I've had in a good while. Service at the till was slow at the time but definitely go again.

Really good food at reasonable prices. Tidy, clean, nice staff and a good place to be. Wow. I got a response to my review 7 years after it was posted. Nice.

15min to get a space on carpark,1hr 30min wait for food on a Sunday. 20+ people cueing for carvery food,nowere to sit while you wait an 1hr 30min for a table. We walked out after 15mins. Maybe ok midweek but turns into an all afternoon affair on a Sunday. If your struggling to park your not getting a table.

Nice breakfast but make sure you get what want as you can't go back to the buffet.

Me and my partner went for a drink last week as weather was lovely, great service polite staff and we're happy to help , only waited bout 5 minutes to be served, will be going back 😀

Great value for money. Staff are welcoming and made sure we were happy with our food and drinks - even brought us extra straws as they knew they would eventually go soggy!!

We went for lunch so we were there for 12.30pm the carvery was piping hot & everything was fresh. We've been before but went bout 4pm so food had been out all day, so glad we went early this time 👍

Where do i start! SAMMY amazing, i came up to the bar after having the Mrs giving me an earful about what she wants, i couldn’t make ends with of it but she was on it. All the substitutes she sorted for me even checked with the chefs, felt like a real Neil Diamond. The food was better then expected, as a greene king regular i thought this was going to be another microwave meal but you can tell the chefs really care! I could be on for hours how the chefs put a shift in but that Hanif lad he probably the best sever i had, he wasn’t staring over my shoulder every second but he just knew, glass empty taken away plate half full wouldn’t question but i got to the quarter and had to take it with me and he was just there?! Never seen a person NEVER MIND an ASSISTANT MANAGER! more willing!! WILL BE COMING BACK BRINDLEY FARM YOU HAVE SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! 11/10 Stars

Child’s macaroni cheese was microwaved in the same bowl it was served in, making it far too hot to give to her. Asked for a cold bowl but still had to wait until she could eat it. Table wasn’t cleared so didn’t bother ordering desserts as no space to eat them!

Had a small carvery. I couldn't believe the small amount of beef I got absolutely disgusting, and everything was cold , they even bought out more parsnips, and they were also cold. There was 6 of us and everybody was disappointed with the carvery. Definitely won't be rushing back.

Went here for a midweek family dinner the staff were really helpful and polite,environment was really nice too but the food was a big let down the curry was lukewarm and the flat bread served on the side was inedible as it was hard as a rock. Kids carvery looked nice until my 3 year old pulled the bone out of her turkey so out of the tiny portion she had 70% was bone. But we still had dessert to look forward to…no all the cakes were off the menu again pretty disappointing if you’ve seen the cakes advertised for farmhouse inns online.

Food was lovely , service was ok , it was just really cold in the dining area , I did asked to be moved once as it was so cold but it didn’t really make any difference , I know a few people commented to staff about how cold it was

The worst Farmhouse Inn I’ve experienced, we have 3 locally and they’re all decent to great but this wasn’t good at all. My carvery was ok, but the kids’ food was either cooked to death (chicken breast that bounced) or borderline raw (burger cold in the middle) with burger buns that were mayonnaise than bread (honestly I was looking around to see if it was some sort of wind up). Main lady (manager?) on the till was a standoffish, unfriendly trout and seemed to deliberately want to make me uncomfortable when I questioned her on things. When trying to pay later, a single young girl was attempting to take food orders, serve drinks and prepare ice cream to an 8-strong queue - looking close to tears - while aforementioned manager sat at a table beside the bar with 3 cronies pointedly ignoring customers and stares directed their way. The young girl eventually shouted over for assistance and was rebutted, then said if they weren’t going to work they should clock off and go home, at which point someone deigned to help with mutterings along the lines of “what’s her problems” etc. TL:DR Unprofessional, unwelcoming, average food, poor customer service.

Been here a few times now with my partner ... we love coming here..always get a carvery its absolutely beautiful.. Craig who served the meat for the carvery even went the extra mile to carter for our daughter who has disabilities so she could have a bit more veg as she didn't pick a lot as there wasnt a lot she liked.. lovely atmosphere everytime we come. Can't wait to come again.

Very nice carvery. Lots of choices and fresh testing food. Probably the 3rd time we have been back when i have visited my daughter, and food is always tasty and value for money. Evie was our server today and she was very polite and professional.

I have been to Brindley Farm for about a year and a half intermittently. The food used to be consistent in quality and would be delicious which provided an exciting experience for a meal out with family. However over the past months it has lost that vintage and instead the kitchen seems to rush meals out as fast as possible, even if the restaurant isn’t busy! My most recent experience included being served the chicken combo platter. And I had a problem with the Louisiana breaded chicken. The chicken was just barely cooked but a large amount of the batter was still raw. Furthermore, they were served along side chips which were horribly undercooked and had a horrible texture which made my entire meal just entirely underwhelming. After eating the bits on the dish that were cooked correctly, I then returned to plate to the staff saying I wasn’t pleased with the dish, however all they did was return my plate and could not offer me a refund because I had “eaten a lot of the food already.” The following day me and my partner both had food poisoning and we are still yet to hear anything from the company regarding the matter. We will not be coming back

Great food, carvery food delicious. Staff pleasant and accommodating. You wait at reception to be seated, and in my experience you can still request which end you wish to sit, if you have a preference.

went to brindley farm for lunch i had the steak and ale pie really nice good portion hubby had the gammon he enjoyed that then we had apple crumble/chocolate fudge cake over all lovely meal will be going again 😋

Ordered a delivery from just eat. Sadly only 1 meal from the 3 ordered and paid for was delivered. I contacted Brindley Farm directly, Tom was very good and helped to rectify the problem, it ment that we had to go and collect our order but Tom was very professional. If I ordered again I would order to collect and not use just eat.

Took my mother here for mother's day, both greedy had large carvery. Best carvery we have had in a long time, served with plenty of meat and as much veg as you can eat. Had to take some home for the doggies asleep as well as dessert. Too stuffed to eat in house. 🤤

Old food Yorkshire's could have turned to powder any time they were so old and dry. Shame as last time was beautiful. Took ages to be served at till and at carvery.

Never will I waste my money in this establishment again! Moretti was flat…but kindly replaced so can’t complain about that! The steak was raw…both of us like medium rare but raw we don’t eat! The rest of the chicken combo was awful…coleslaw dreadful, fries..cold…chicken wings dry and nothing on them to eat! The side salad was good though… I would never recommend this as an eatery!

Called in on Friday 21st March at 12pm with wife and daughter. ordered a carvery ,the meats were perfectly cooked but the veg really let the meal down. The Brussels sprouts were hard, the carrots not much better, the gravy lumpy, the Yorkshire pudding hard to chew, overall the meal was not very warm.Waitress said she would inform Chef. Left very disappointed with experience.

Had a nice carvery, parsnips especially yummy. Other meals we had were gammon and fish which were ok. Kids play area could do with a revamp and the area we sat had food all over the floor no doubt from the kids sitting there before us. Puddings looked lovely but about 70% sold out unfortunately. Would come again for carvery but probably will sit further away from the kids section.

I have not been here for a long time and will not be going back,the food was awful,hard and dry!
