He estado aquí dos veces, sólo por un sándwich de desayuno, y las dos veces he estado esperando durante al menos 30 minutos. 1 hora de la calle, finalmente me dieron mi sándwich y fue bastante agradable. Pasaron unos meses antes de que volviera. La segunda vez, desafortunadamente tuve que levantarme e irme. Habían pasado 35 minutos y no había señales de mi sándwich de salchichas. Cuando me puse de pie para irme, le expliqué a la señora detrás de la caja que necesitaba ir, pero no hubo ningún intento de disculparse, o conseguirme el sándwich, solo dijeron "de acuerdo chica". Pérdida de tiempo. Voy a utilizar otros cafés locales que tienen un tiempo de espera mucho más razonable, por ejemplo, 5 minutos o menos, para un sándwich.

Bajo una nueva gestión y la comida y la bienvenida son insuperables. Inglés completo con una taza solo £ 7. Me gustó mucho haber vuelto dos veces. El personal es encantador y amable.

Decent traditional English cafe. Enjoyed a full English and the service came with a big smile. Everything was served piping hot which is more than I can say for some places.. great start to my workday! Only note is no fresh coffee available.

Both food and service were dreadful. Food was cold and covered in grease. Overpriced for the quality. The food was probably cold as the waitress was too busy chatting. Cold and uninviting. Will not be recommending to anyone. The 5 star reviews must have been paid for.

If you like to wait for food this is the place for you if not go somewhere else, nearly one hour wait for breakfast be quicker to cook my own !!!!!

Ordered a sandwich today they gave me a time to collect. Went to collect and ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to tell me they ‘lost’ my order and told me to wait another 30 minutes for them to make a new sandwich. This isn’t on. Manager couldn’t even come and acknowledge me. Customer service is awful and clearly doesn’t exist there. They need to go and get training clearly on how to make more then one sandwich at a time. Went to shop, brought the things myself and still made my sandwich quicker then they could have made it. Avoid.

Really nice cafe with great staff who make you feel very welcome. Food is really good, defiantly a cut above the normal cafe standards but extremely slow so not the place to go in a rush

Visited here a while ago, and it was ok, not the greatest. A little overpriced for where it is, food was greasy, sauces on table were cheap tasting. Girl that served us was so slow, it took her a long time to take our order and she even got it wrong. Specified for no butter on toast and it came loaded with butter. Wouldn't visit again

We visited this the other day on a weekday morning 2 adults and a 6 year old. Adults had the big breakfast and the child had the smaller breakfast. Brilliant service no wonder they were nominated for best cafe last year (2016). It's a small cage but a very personal touch very clean and polite professional staff. I visited once before for takeout sandwiches and if it wasn't for the fact I try and eat clean and healthy I would be here every day. 100% date and recommend this place !!!
