Great little cafe that I visit regular every week. Staff are friendly, food is a good standard with some lovely cakes. Theres also reward cards for a free drink after so many visits too.

A little oasis in a busy world. Friendly staff, good food a relaxing experience. Sit and watch the world go by in a pleasant open space in the Wulfrun Centre. Long may it go on .

Has been a meeting place with friend for many years.. Love the fresh muffins.

Disgusting joke. "Freshly baked pastries" that they microwave in front of you. Asked for a flat white and got a tasteless latte made of 90% milk. Don't come here if you have any standards.

My favourite place in Wolverhampton to go for a hot drink! I've been going for the last 12 years! Sunny and his team are super lovely! Friendly and fun! Their muffins are the tastiest I've ever had! And lots of choice. In the Summer their smoothies are delicious too!

I was visiting Wolverhampton, and on the way back to the car was going to grab coffee for myself and my sister. We came together, a long with my young 4 year old daughter. Once we sat down, my daughter mentioned she needed the toilet. There were no toilets inside, and the nearest was M&S outside, upstairs (which there was a queue for) My sister rang asking how long I'd be as the lady on the coffee shop at the time, told her upfront and confrontational that it's not a waiting area and she needed to go but my sister explained she was waiting on me and my child as she needed the toilet before ordering. On the return, we decided to find alternative as my sister was not happy with the way she was spoken to. Up on getting our coats on, the member of staff then shouted over the desk, infront of a number of other customers, to "not let it happen again". I explained, we were going to order but due to her attitude we decided to go elsewhere. Instead of understanding, she then persisted to say we had been there 15 minutes and wasted time. I then explained my child needed the toilet, and there's none indoors and we had to walk all the way to M&S and pointed out, if there was toilets there we would've used them. She then continued and demanded I cleaned the table, EVEN THOUGH, there was no mess as all we done was sit down, deciding what to order. The over all attitude and persona of the sales lady was disrespectful and rude. She shouted to us infront of customers, told us to clean, an already clean table, and made my 4 year old cry as she wanted a hot chocolate, but we was NOT standing for this level of service, over the fact of toilet use and inconsistency which wasn't our fault. The place wasn't busy, there was 2 tables being used with about 2 people in a queue and about another 25 tables free. This was on 28th feb @ 1.45pm .. I suggest you look at your staff and the way they treat customers or individuals overall... ESPECIALLY children

Good gingerbread latte and milkshake, lovely service.

Had a very rude woman when me and my friend were their very unpleasant experience. We was freezing cold and very tired and told us to leave due to us having other food that we was enjoying as well even though we was polite . Disgraceful manners.

If I could give 0 stars I would very rude staff member called me dumb because I sat down before ordering to look at menu.

Our regular coffee pit stop when we go to town. The owner and staff are very friendly and will even sit with you and have a chat if your on your own. Wheelchair accessible and runs a reward card scheme for returning customers. Offers a range of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks and ice-cream.

Took my 2 children here probably spent more than most other people in there. My daughter was having a melt down and wouldn’t stop screaming. The owner came to me and asked me if I could stop my child screaming as his ‘paying customer kept looking at him. I was already embarrassed enough. Will never go again!!!!!!

Sunny and his team are amazing! They have the best Muffins you will ever have! Fresh and always baked on site. The poka dot and chocolate ones are the best. The sandwiches and panini are amazing too and always nice to eat in and watch the world go past! The cafe is always super clean, and the staff are very very friendly and helpful. Sunny is amazing, polite and remembers you for years, his customer service skills are amazing. Thank you for fantastic and unforgettable coffee moments!

We visit Coffee Moments when in town. The coffee is tasty and the muffins, especially the blueberry excellent. We’ve also tried the cheese/onion slices which are every bit as good as Gregg’s. The ‘open air’ atmosphere under the cupola makes the café light and welcoming; the service is friendly and staff members are more than willing to bring food and drink to the tables. Cleanliness is vital, especially in pandemic times and C.M.’s is excellent; tables are appropriately spaced and hand sanitiser is readily available. We can recommend Coffee Moments without reservation.

We use C.M. whenever we are in town. Coffee is excellent and my wife loves the blueberry muffins. We’ve recently tried the hog slices and they are well comparatively to those of Gregg’s. Service friendly and accommodating and staff willing to bring to the table. C.M. aware of the hazards of the pandemic and the establishment observes all necessary precautions, including provision of sanitisers. Thoroughly worth the visit.

went here waiting for the specsavers shop to open . had a bacon bap which was not as crispy as i would like and had precious little red sauce on . should have gone to specsavers !!

We have really missed visiting Coffee Moments during lockdown. We always enjoy our visit and the family that runs the cafe is always friendly and welcoming.

As first time visitors we stumbled on this café which was conveniently situated in a shopping centre, however it is lost in this large space and lacks atmosphere. The staff were pleasant, the food adequate and the prices low. However I was surprised to be asked if I wanted sauce with the bacon sandwich that I ordered. I thought they would then bring me the bottle to the table, but they did not. My bacon sandwich arrived already garnished with brown sauce. Surely they could have trusted me with the bottle, it would have allowed me to put the right amount of sauce on the sandwich, they ruined it with too much sauce. This may seem a petty detail but it spoilt the experience for us.

I know we should all support our small businesses but some really don’t deserve the support. This is one of them. Yes the prices are reasonable but the “freshly prepared” food is a joke. How can a stale baguette be fresh? I hate to use the word inedible but it really was. As if that wasn’t bad enough we visited about half past three in the afternoon. Sat trying to eat the food, the owner then walks over and starts sweeping under the table we are sat at without so much as a “do you mind”. He then proceeded to go over to another table and asked the patron sitting there to move seats so he could clean where she was sat. I appreciate it can be hard closing businesses at a busy time but the place is meant to be open for another hour. Cleaning can wait until the customer is out the way. Definitely would not return there. Would have rather have gone to Greggs.

Nice place if it wasn’t for the irritating and rude little man , honestly just wanted to drink my coffee in peace without hearing him moan about other customers whom supposedly were taking too long to move on after finishing their drink ! Not for me .

Staff are friendly and polite. The place was clean and the food we ordered was delicious the muffins are excellent and reasonably priced compared to some places in Wolverhampton.

I thought I`d have a change from Greggs or starbucks. Oh Boy!!! did we regret it. The old man serving didn't even let us take a seat before asking what I wanted to order. When we finally ordered, we waited at least 20 minutes seated at a table that was sticky and covered in crumbs and liquid of some kind. When I called the lady over to wipe the table, she said "you will have to wait" as she was busy, Busy doing what I asked myself?. The place was empty, apart from and elderly couple in 1 corner and a young woman on the opposite side. Eventually I took a tissue out of my bag and wiped it myself. When the food did arrive. My tea was spilled into the cup and tasted like cold coffee and tea mixed together. My husbands hot chocolate was ice cold and the muffins we ordered were more like rock cakes. They were disgusting, god only knows how long he had kept them for. I called the owner over to complain and he was so very rude. He didn't even offer to give us a fresh drink or replace the stale muffins, until we both demanded that he either refund us or replace the order. He finally succumbed and literally threw them down on the table. The replacement order was not an improvement.I would not recommend this cafe to anyone human or inhuman. AVOID like the plague. Rude and obnoxious staff, inedible food and drink with dirty facilities. We should have walked by and gone to GREGGS or STARBUCKS

visited this café for a coffee and sandwich when they arrived the sandwich was bland and tasteless, the coffee was awful also the staff were very rude ,the tables were dirty ,you can go to Greggs witch is opposite for better quality and a lot cheaper , overall I would not recommend this café ,

What could be worse than a fly in your soup? Well I found it! A bitter taste left after an awful experience!! Staff were rude and the the coffee and food were as though they had been purposely put through a flavour extracting machine before being served. Not once did I see staff wash their hands after coughing/touching their hair... Then they touched the cup and my food! Where is their hygiene?! This place has really gone downhill. Tables were as filthy as the floor. Ingot out of there as quick as I could. Left my food and drink. Will not be returning and I suggest you don't go and waste your money and time. Starbucks during rush hour is more friendly, clean and respectful. Perhaps there would be a better choice!

Started coming here instead of wetherspoons for breakfast on a sat as wethes is always dirty from footiefans taking it over. Food is good, drinks are gr8, very clean, polite staff.

Unpleasant member of staff served us, very rude to my father who is deaf, and smirked at my request of breakfast choice.Coffee was hot and good.Cooked breakfast and beans on toast was cold and poor quality , butter was still visible on cold toast.Cafe was not busy so no excuse for poor service or food.

Drinks were ok but my partners bacon toastie had two of the most fatty rashes of bacon ive seen. My seven item breakfast wasnt too fabulous either. Very disappointed.

Came here to treat my self with a latte and my friend brought a sprite, she opened the lid and the cup was only half full so she went to the man at the desk and told him and he wasn't nice about it and she got the drink back and it was still only half full but there was bits floating in it like he has purposely put them in, luckily we managed to speak to the waitress and she sorted it, nothing like complaining twice 😞 will not be coming here again and the coffee was horrid and waisted my money, Thanks!!

The staff was rude, food was under cooked then they tried to argue with us when we returned our food stating "we have been doing food for years" like what do we know! Even asked for outlets food to be Cooked a certain way if possible and got and eye roll as if it's too much hassle! Place is a joke

Great Service given my need for gluten free breakfast. Food was hot and well cooked, coffee and tea excellent. Cafe was over clean and staff were very attentive.

I'm not from Wolverhampton just visiting when I sat down at this cafe waiting for my partner to return from doing his bit of shopping to have a nice cup of coffee and sandwich I had only been waiting for about 3 mins when I was asked to leave because I had not ordered I advised I was waiting for my husband to join me but still told to leave. Until my husband arrived so as you can imagine as I left my seat my husband came around the corner so we went and have coffee in the mander centre that was very nice and cheerful staff .....I would never set foot in this place again

We stopped off for a coffee sat down and went to order the food the staff on the till was very and shouldn't We don't do card payment go to the cash point over there. She shouted and felt how dare you speak to me like that. There was no sign or notices.The sandwiches were ok nice hot chocolate. The other table were left a mess Just wish the service was better

I am glad we chose this cafe. It was regularly cleaned during the two hours we sat there. The coffee was good and the service was attentive.

I was very upset with this establishment and the staff, i have a newborn baby and they would not let me breastfeed my child in the cafe'. Claiming its "against company policy" Not only was my child upset but they also lost customers!!!!! Appalling!

When I go to wolverhampton I always stop for a coffee and muffin here , all freshly baked and sandwiches freshly made to order and very good prices, best raspberry and apple muffins I have ever had.

Lovely spacious cafe area and good choice of items on offer all freshly made. The raspberry and apple muffin was delicious good choice of beverages. Very clean and brilliant service nothing to much trouble and doesn't break the bank.

Unbelievably rude! We bought a coffee and then stayed there after we'd drank it and then we weren't allowed to stay there afterwards! He wasn't even polite he just said "this isn't a relaxing area, either buy something or go, what do you think this is?". Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. The coffee wasn't even that great either.
