Excellent service from the delivery driver all the time!

Great service, good quality food

Subway on the Penn Road, Wolverhampton. I've ordered a load of times from here but this time the Uber Eats app decided to change my address to the last place I got a taxi too.... I called the restaurant about 50 times trying to tell them but the phone was engaged, and still is, an hour later. Awful service by Uber Eats and just as bad from Subway. When I noticed the address had changed when it was confirmed they were preparing the meal, I called the pub and said if a delivery driver turns up can he call me. Well, he did turn up there, and his answer to them was a flat no and left my things in the pub. Never again. Cancelled my Uber one and Subway, stick it up your rear, but make it a footlomg.

Ordered a salad and half of it was missing! Not impressed

Even though they were busy, we were aware of estimated delivery time and order arrived within that window. Food great and delivered with care. Have ordered repeatedly from this branch both in person and for delivery. Always good. Thank you 😀

We've just ordered our subway using just eat, we've done this a few times now and every time the food is exactly to order. Still hot and comes before the order time. I wish I knew the man's name who delivers to us, because he always gives service with a smile and always asks how my partner is (Martin). So here's a well deserved 5 stars. Keep up the amazing work

Every other review I have left here has been a positive one but after tonight I won’t be ordering from here again despite ordering quite regularly and always leaving positive reviews I have been treated in an unfair manner. They got the order wrong the first time and then the second time what they sent out was not optimal but then they blamed me for that & kept messing me around .

it is now 1pm and still not received I am guessing it will be cold when it arrives, if it arrives.

my order was late by nearly 25 minutes, but the driver was apologetic and sincere, and food was great so all good.

I wish I knew the names of both the lady from the shop and the delivery man as their customer service is absolutely excellent. The lady called to say that our order may be delayed as the delivery man was stuck in traffic, she left me the most pleasant voicemail. The delivery man was incredibly apologetic, when he was literally a couple of minutes later than we expected which is nothing bad at all. They had even given us three cookies and a drink for free for the inconvenience. Great experience:)

Not sure what's wrong with the staff at Penn Rd Subway, but they are the most rude, arrogant and moody people I have ever been served by. Also word of advice, always get a receipt after you pay for your order, as they tend to put extra toppings or even an extra sub to the total. This has happened to me on a few occasions and when I ask for the receipt they miraculously remember that they have over charged me.

No points on my subway app and 30% off did not come off bill.

It was so late and we were told it had been delivered when it was no where near , by the time it actually did get here it was cold and the bread was tough. I’m very disappointed as the last time I ordered it was wrong AND cold AND late. I can’t believe this! : over all; 0 stars on time 0 stars on quality!

Best subway in Wolverhampton. The salad bowl I just ordered was amazing. I don't think the lady who served me could get any more in. This was double meat salad bowl with sweet onion. Amazing thank you

So So Bad.. do not order from here.. second online order through Uber.. they don’t send correct food out.. when food does finally arrive it’s freezing cold as the delivery drive isn’t delivering to correct property even though it’s labelled i’m big writing on bag .. Call store and i explain the issue that they’ve sent wrong food out only to be asked again what’s wrong with food.. Incredible.. food is that over cooked i can use it as a baseball bat.. This business should not be allowed to trade.. absolutely ridiculous.. then told to call uber which we all know is a waste of time so i’ll go through my credit card company. DO NOT BOTHER IF YOU WANT ANY EDIBLE FOOD.. OR EVEN CORRECT FOOD

Food was good but sadly the bag smelt of cigarettes! Made my whole house smell of it!

I have still given 5 stars because usually my orders have been spot on and hopefully this is a one off. I'm a bit disappointed with my order this evening. I never order lettuce on a sub because I don't like it, however, it was on it, so I have had to pick it all out before I could eat it. Also I ordered a Caramel Chew Chew ice cream but what I received was cookie dough which I'm not overly keen on. On a positive, the food was hot and the delivery driver was polite & friendly as always!

Best Subway in Wolverhampton, always perfect!

I went to this store today at 9:05pm. I was refused to be served even though the Google timings were clearly mentioned that the store is open till 9:30pm. When mentioned the guy at the till said “ I don’t know why the timings are 9:30” Not professional at all.

We had the footlong big breakfast in a toasted Italian herb and cheese baguettes and we always order the footlong cookie. All was delicious as always, and the delivery people are always polite and friendly. Upon opening our bag, we found a lovely note thanking us for our order and informing us they had added some extra cookies for us to enjoy. This was an unexpected surprise :) thank you Subway, your customer service is on point!

Twice I’ve ordered using the app for collection, the app has stated order is ready for collection but they don’t even start on the order until you get there.

Horrible bread was hard sandwich a mess

I have been to this subway regularly and it has been fine but I don’t know what’s changed because today I was in a queue for nearly 10 mins and was waiting 10 mins for two customers and asking what I wanted on sandwich was incredibly frustrating because it was just me trying to ask for what I wanted and being answerd with “you want extra” and “you want” questions repeatedly. The food was Devine but it is the same everywhere so it is always great. I never try to be rude to staff in any situation, but this was just baffling and confusing me that I waited so long for just loud talking

Always have a great experience with the Penn road subway, best one in the area! We order probably 1 or 2 times every 2 weeks and have never been let down. Be nice to your servers a please and thank you go a long way!
