I went to this store today at 9:05pm. I was refused to be served even though the Google timings were clearly mentioned that the store is open till 9:30pm. When mentioned the guy at the till said “ I don’t know why the timings are 9:30” Not professional at all.

Twice I’ve ordered using the app for collection, the app has stated order is ready for collection but they don’t even start on the order until you get there.

Delicious food, polite delivery driver, will order again!

Horrible bread was hard sandwich a mess

I have been to this subway regularly and it has been fine but I don’t know what’s changed because today I was in a queue for nearly 10 mins and was waiting 10 mins for two customers and asking what I wanted on sandwich was incredibly frustrating because it was just me trying to ask for what I wanted and being answerd with “you want extra” and “you want” questions repeatedly. The food was Devine but it is the same everywhere so it is always great. I never try to be rude to staff in any situation, but this was just baffling and confusing me that I waited so long for just loud talking

I have been charged twice for my order!!! Please refund ASAP!

Very Clean, good selection of sandwiches and salads. The two ladies serving were efficient, friendly, and made our sandwiches very well. They were delicious. Will be back soon

The subway manager delivered it personally to make sure it was delivered on time. On a previous order, I was also given two free cookies. Always delicious too.

Always have a great experience with the Penn road subway, best one in the area! We order probably 1 or 2 times every 2 weeks and have never been let down. Be nice to your servers a please and thank you go a long way!

The delivery time just kept getting pushed back, ended up being over an hour before it was delivered. By then it was cold.

Delivery was “on time”, but over an hours wait for a sandwich. When arrived bread was soggy from the salad.

Fuming!! Was left standing at the counter half way through completing my order while the server served her friend behind me in the queue. I also had to ask her to change her gloves after taking his money off him when she tried to carry on with my order Sandwiches are never nice from there anymore, always half empty. But this service today was more shocking than usual!

I ordered 2 create your own footlong meals 1 with cheese bites which did not state the had cut up jalapeños in I suffer with bowel disease so this really irritated my bowel disease and my sub was also missing so I had to ri g t

DISAPPOINTED The bread was stale and dry, making it difficult to enjoy. To make matters worse, there was also a noticeable absence of cheese, which significantly impacted the flavor and texture of the sandwich. For the price I paid, £16 I expected much better quality.

Penn Subway are great. Subways are always properly filled and made. They deliver promptly and we never wait too long for our order. Staff are friendly too.

Sandwich wasn't cut. Are your servers on the no sharps list? Dunno why all the reviews are talking about "gagging" but I fully agree. Added one star because the ingredients were between two slices of bread as requested - Even broken clocks are right twice a day.

My order this evening had wrong items sent. It was only 2 packets of crisps, but the ones sent I don't like. I ordered sunbites sweet chilli, I received Sensations Thai chilli. I called the restaurant to be told that if you select the sunbites then you will receive the Sensations. So why do they not change this on the menu?? I did ask but all I got were apologies. That's all well and good but that has left me with crisps I don't like and I'm out of pocket!! Not happy with the customer service!!

This is the best subway anywhere . Food preparation is always great . Delivery -- Fast and polite . Service --- cannot fault it . Highly recomend .

A great subway for popping in to collect your order no seating inside as shop only small. Staff listen to orders and prepare orders quickly.

Last time I ordered from here, I had some issues & i was not happy. After speaking with the manager, they were rectified. Thankfully, my order this time was great!! I have been ordering from this Subway for a few years, but this time was not good. When the food arrived, it was luke warm, bordering on cold. Not only that, the Subway melt and margherita slices had been toasted that much that they were hard, especially on the ends, which had to be thrown away. Also, I opted to pay cash, so obviously, the restaurant and driver would have known this. However, when the driver came (not as friendly as other drivers I've had in the past), he asked me twice if I had correct money & went on to say he doesn't carry change!! I find this very strange. Luckily, I did have correct money, but it makes me wonder what would have happened if I didn't!! Overall, I'm not happy and extremely disappointed. I'm not sure if I'll order again from here or not!!

I'm not very happy. Ordered 3 subs. 1 for my uncle, 1 for my partner, and 1 for me. I'm picky, so I only ever ordered tuna mayo and cheese. Plus, this isn't the first time I've ordered from Penn Subway. My sub was toasted even thou I didn't ask for it. So mine went into the bin as hot tuna on the sandwich is rank. So I wasted £8 on sub I couldn't even eat. When I called bout it all I got was next time you order give you free cookie. A free cookie, I just had to chuck £8 sub I couldn't eat. A cookie is 99p.

The food itself is fine but I'm afraid that although the staff wear plastic gloves to make the food,they also handle money while wearing the same gloves and then go back to picking up food.....money must be one of the most bacteria covered things ever...🤮

The presentation of the food was excellent and tasted mmmmmm. The staff are very helpfull with any enquiries about the food . Food arrived early by a pleasant and thoughtfull delivery driver . He was very polite and courteous . A credit to the profession . If you like good food and polite efficient service , i would recommend you try this place . 10/10

Subway on Penn road is the best subway I’ve been to by far. Their friendly and hard working staff know exactly how to put a killer sandwich together. 10/10 recommend

Friendly staff, especially the manager Gagan. Me and my partner always recieve a warm welcome. She is polite, friendly and hard working. She always goes that extra mile to make sure you're happy. The food is great, the salad boxes are like a work of art. If she left i can honestly say i dont think we would go back. I do not agree with the negative reviews.

Love my salad box. I got someone to pick up last week, and no sauces were added. I went in this week and made sure sauces were added. Tasted so much better.

Sides were delicious and the nachos have improved but the sub melt was completely soggy and stuck together - inedible
