Still very inconsistent just depending on what staff they have on. Staff seem to lack urgency on some days. More plant based stuff please. The new plant based muffin is very nice however very crumbly. Obviously they’ve got the recipe wrong at the factory

When they have more staff on they’re much better and more organised. I’ve noticed a difference in speed of delivery and quality.

They lack consistency with food and drinks. Our wraps where stone cold whereas drinks where good. No healthy cake options. They could do with stocking up the fridge more as I really like the vegan oatmeal

I went here for my usual coffee and the staff are always bubbly and nice to speak to, it’s always clean. They are honestly all lovely. 100% recommended coming here plus the drinks are amazing 🤩

Honestly this place is all over the place. The staff have no clue what they’re doing. Obviously they all lack training. The food and drinks are good it’s just the speed of delivery needs serious work. A young member of staff couldn’t workout the tills to take a discount off
