We went to Slug and Lettuce Worcester for a bottomless brunch on 31st August. Alex our server was absolutely fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble! The drinks were constantly flowing and she was so attentive and helpful. We had a wheelchair user in our party and she kindly arranged tables downstairs for accessibility. We can’t thank Alex enough for making our night possible.

We went for a bottomless brunch for my boyfriend’s birthday on 31st August. Alex our server was absolutely fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble! Bottomless brunch, the drinks are good but the food was diabolical, breakfast menu only til 5pm then price goes up would not recommend or go back

Bottomless brunch was great, drinks were nice, Mac and cheese was good. You know what you’re getting with a Slug! Always a good time!

The fact that you're waiting 20 minutes for food and still not being able to get an estimate of how long will take. Everything else is fine but food wise is ridiculous.

Just had lunch for 4 adults. Food was OK but very average for the price. Give or take a pound or so it was 50% dearer than Wetherspoons and Yates and the quality was no better. Unfortunately for us they had work going on (maintenance men) so for most of the lunch hour (12.55 -1.50) we had to suffer hammering drilling or cutting. So the atmosphere was noisy and aggravating to say the least. Both Wetherspoons and Yates cost us £36 ish including 4 alcoholic drinks (pints). S&L cost £52 with 3 soft drinks and 1 bottle of beer. Definitely stick to Wetherspoons in future.

Exceptional friendly welcome from the point of walking in by Ethan who had already organised our table for our bottomless brunch. Was incredibly attentive and professional throughout. The food was bloody lush. Bacon double cheeseburger with lovely crispy bacon, with an extra of mac and cheese. Highly recommend and no faults with either food or service which is so unusual these days. 5 star + will definitely be back

This place is jaw-droppingly beautiful, well worth a visit.

delicious cocktails... bar service to the table was good & highly recommend however watching the "so called security" inside was a joke. it's one thing interacting with the clientele but blatantly flirting with very poor dance moves and then leaving his post to chat clientele up, which was made obvious when he moved to right by the route out, smoothing his hair and being on his phone & then leaving the establishment without any inside security just shows how the "bouncer/security " approach these days is lacking respect. he did provide us with entertainment but not in the way you'd want.... and the dj needs to up his game too.

Me and my friend last minute booked bottomless brunch. We were pleasantly greeted by the lovely Alex. The following 2hours she took care of us and made sure our bottomless option was completely looked after. She is an absolute gem! We will be back because of Alex. She is an absolute star! We haven’t experienced this any where else. X

Had a right giggle me any my mate last minute booked and wasn’t t entirely sure what I was to expect but tbh Alex the bar lady made sure we had a brilliant experience, lovely younger lady xxx

Not worth the price, two drinks each in two hours… hardly bottomless. Was told I had to pay the additional charge for sweet potato fries even though I didn’t receive my correct meal after pre orders were sent. The last serving told me somebody on our table got them, absolute joke!!
