We went mid week before 6pm and by time we finished our dinner, place was nearly full!
Friendly service, nice atmosphere.
Dips were delicious, cocktails were tangy. Baba ganoush was delicious and garlicky.
Shish meat was tender and full of flavour.
We will definitely return!
Authentic Greek Taverna ambiance. Our waitress Giselle was very friendly and helpful. Food was perfect, especially the Sea Bream which the chef filleted for us at our table.
Bottle of Greek Rose wine went well with our meal. Portion size was very generous - we did not have room for dessert!! Would recommend booking as it is understandably very busy. Will definitely return.
Coffee very weak and not enjoyable, coffee was spilled in saucer no sugar in lovely jar. Very strong smell of cooking no vent to take smells away menu very sticky i think a little bit more care needed i left all of y coffee ,paid and walked out wont go again.
Literally the most delicious pizza we've ever had, and we've eaten so much pizza 😂 . Too much pizza probably but obsession is bigger now. Especially impressive cause its vegan!
I've only recently turned vegan so im super vegan cheese sensitive, usually I find it bad on pizzas. But here was soo good, you'd not know if it wasn't for asking.
The pizzas are wood fired and so flavourful. Large portions too, grateful we got a box to take leftovers home cause we ate every crumb. I ordered one with truffle sauce, my partner got four cheese and we shared, both were so delicious and we had different favourites.
The menu is all vegan but can be made veggie. There's loads of options, we ordered two and they were just soooo good. Making me hungry thinking just about it. So hungry I can't even write this review without repeating myself. Too focused on pizza fantasies.
The place is above a bar style establishment but its nice relaxed and not rowdy. You order drinks from the bar. Would be cool if you could order drinks directly in the restaurant cause then money is going direct to them and they deserve it, but I'd imagine there's an agreement there. None of my business anyway but it's the only thing I'd say that could add to the vibe.
The pizza maestro was so lovely, welcoming and overall just a business we'd love to support. Would recommend to anyone and can't wait to go back. We were travelling when we found vinnies pizza and we've since considered driving the 3 hours one way specifically for the pizza.
Enjoyed a lovely lunch with my mum and daughter. My daughter is gluten free and they provide a number of GF options. Love the place, food and service. I’ve also previously enjoyed their meze nights and would highly recommend.
A Belgian beer cafe in Worcester ! Not cheap but, at the moment, their Rodenbach Alexander on draft was great. Not to mention their super bacon baguette !
Third visit to Reishi - for a birthday meal on a Saturday evening. The food was again delicious, with lots of variety. We particularly liked the 'fish' cakes, with a wonderful lemony tarragon sauce, and the cheesecake. The staff were great and the atmosphere was lovely. Looking forward to our next visit.
Popped in for lunch. Very clean and friendly. Had a tuna and cheese sandwich, it was delicious and the brown bread tasted fresh and homemade, or as good as ! Good value too. Highly recommend a visit if you're passing.
Absolutely amazing establishment, a core player in the Worcester music scene; one I hadn't visited for a while until recently. I was served by an absolutely amazing young woman (I did not get her name, but she had very red hair!), who made sure my friends and I were looked after despite the bar being very busy. I did not order any food on my visit, but the food brought to the tables around me looked and smelled amazing.
I will say that my one negative comment is that the facilities are looking slightly worn, the place could definitely do with at least a lick of paint to liven it up a little more - that, and it seemed a tad understaffed for how busy the night was!
I will definitely be returning :)
Simple, tasty and healthy sushi. I tried a burrito which was delicious. A very relaxed and pleasant environment in which the service was friendly and efficient.
Tried this place on the off-chance, not knowing anything about it. After all, one pizza's much the same as another, isn't it? "A Margherita, please."
Sat down in an atmospheric narrow cavern with a corrugated ceiling, set in a railway arch. Room for little more than one line of tables. I was the only customer. Three staff on--two youngsters and a lady owner. I felt a bit awkward. Bit of a wait. Good sign, though.
And, oh my gawld, what a pizza it turned out to be! For a start, it was square. (So, no, all pizzas aren't the same.) The base was very thick and almost chewy in places, especially the corners--but in a good way, like sourdough. The mozzarella was the real thing, with cartoon-like elasticity which made eating this pizza an experience--the opposite of a fast-food pizza. The tomato sauce ran into pools over the surface.
They'd cut the pizza into 4 quarters. I only managed 3, it was so filling. And I thought I could eat any amount of pizza put in front of me.
No way should a place like that have been empty.
One of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life.
We love the food served up by the lovely Jane and her staff. It's a regular Saturday lunchtime treat for us - thought I had actually already left a review as been coming here for a number of years now :)
Food is always freshly prepared to order and Jane puts alot of effort into offering interesting and amazing specials each week. It's literally a hidden gem, but quality always draws customers !
