Had a takeaway meal which was really poor. Our chosen starter of aromatic duck was the smallest portion I've ever seen. Our main course of Singapore vermecilli had next to no meat or prawns, the crispy shredded beef portion was probably as small as the duck. Definitely won't be ordering another takeaway from here

Special chow mein that really is special. Topped by Egg omelet Enough for breakfast too Crispy fresh prawn crackers Delicious!!!

Phoned and collected quickly, about 10 minutes later Worth noting there’s a minimum card payment of £10

Telephoned order through at 6.25 pm & was told that it would take 15- 20 mins for order to be ready. Order was not ready when I went to collect at 6.40 pm & was still waiting for order at 7pm. Politely asked why the delay as customers were placing orders at the counter & receiving theirs before me. Was told they were just doing mine & apologised. Think they had forgot to do my order. Eventually received my order at 7.10 pm a wait time of 45 mins. Was not happy. Would have been quicker to request a delivery from another Chinese which I will do in the future.

An excellent takeaway meal for both of us. Lovely and hot and very fresh.very polite delivery man. Thank you. Chicken curry and boiled rice and special chow mein and a large pancake roll. All delicious

Absolutely loved the All You Can Eat, embraced the deal with my friends for a special occasion. The sesame king prawn toast in particular was an excellent starter! Many thanks

Food took 85 mins to be delivered food was hot which was a nice change. First time ordering from here. Didn't enjoy two of the meals curry sauce had no flavour broccoli was still raw and over powered with garlic. Crispy wonton hadn't been drained of the oil and the goo inside I couldn't work it out. The rest of the food was edible chips/rice etc. Wast of money in my op as the other meals couldn't enjoy. On the plus side a very polite delivery driver which is rare.

Great service and food every time I order from here. I don’t order often, maybe every 3 months or so. For me this is the best Chinese takeaway in Worcester City Centre I have found so far. The food is always good quality, prices are not crazy, the service is friendly and quick, they add fortune cookies, and around new years they handed out cute Chinese calendars. I have been here for almost 3 years and I don’t remember ever being disappointed with an order from them. I always order for collection so I cannot speak for the delivery service.

We ordered food which came to 43.00 and on plating it up, it was cold. Will not be going again.

I was surprised recently to read one or two poor reviews of this takeaway so I returned tonight. I have to say the extra hot prawn curry rice and chips I had was one of the best ever although the salt and pepper chilli ribs were a little bit on the fatty side as usually they are first class. Overall I really enjoyed the food as did my wife. No way could you give it less than 4 stars.

Popped in on the way home, got ignored by two members of staff. One walked straight past me taking a box out to the delivery drivers. Like most places now customer service sucks and they just want to do deliveries. Even though they would make more money on collections. Another customer they have lost.

Website says they’re open been ringing for half an hour, no response. Drove down to find they’re closed poor service

I’ve been using the since the 1980’s, every single time the food has been great. They’ve never got my order wrong and it’s always hot and very tasty. It’s a special advent for our family to have a Chinese meal and I’ve tried everyone in Worcester and my favourite is the Rainbow. The service is fabulous and our customer expectations have never been let down. Keep the good work up!👍

Have used the Hing Tai for 30+ years, and this was the first time since it recently changed hands - and it will be the last. Beef curry thin and watery with no “bite” and hardly any meat. Sweet and Sour chicken balls had a nicer coating, but the meat was dangerously pink and undercooked - and one of them was even prawn rather than chicken, would be concerning if I had a shellfish allergy. No criticism of the front of house staff, and it was at least ready on time - but that’s the last time we’ll be using them.
