Nice food and very friendly staff

It was quieter when we dined, but really pleasant attentive staff while we were there. The food was lovely and plentiful. A really pleasant place. Would go again.

Wow, they're actually charging £13 for mains which are about £8 in all other Chinese restaurants in Worcester. Food is decent here but the huge price isn't justified, I used to come here a lot but won't anymore.

The food was decent, but it didn’t meet the quality you’d expect for the price. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it as it’s simply too expensive for what you get.

Very mediocre food at very expensive prices. Started with the sweetcorn and crabmeat soup. Very gloopy and bland - I could not have told you what the meat was and it was not seasoned at all. Main was crispy salted egg yolk king prawn with egg noodles. The noodles were what you would expect from your local takeaway and the prawns were overcooked - and again everything was just lacking in taste. I won't be going back.

The restaurant itself looks a little tired, so wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were polite, attentive and friendly, and service was quick. Delighted to see that the crispy duck was served traditionally, a whole piece, shredded at the table in front of you. Can't remember the last time this happened. These days you usually get a dish of unappetising cold mystery bits in restaurants and takeaways. The duck was delicious , will be back to order that again! The other dishes were also really good, you could tell they had been just cooked for you, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. Will be back.

Visited for the first time on a Saturday night. Were plenty of available tables. We had phoned in advance to ensure disabled/wheelchair access and they went to some trouble to ensure we got a really good table and to greet us on arrival. Food was standard British Chinese fayre but really nicely cooked and served. The wine list on the other hand is absolutely exceptional value. The mark-up on high quality wines is way below average so you can afford to treat yourself to something better than the standard Pinot Grigio- we tried an absolutely top class California Pinot Noir with sufficient acidity to cut through the various sauces, but there were lots of other great options. The owner was attentive and service impeccable; there if you needed, but not in your face and it didn’t feel too rushed, like many restaurants can nowadays. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, very attentive without being full on, the food was well presented and tasted amazing, would highly recommend without a doubt

This 2 star review is simply for pricing, first time here but left, the prices are way too much for everything on the menu, we eat out a lot in good restaurants but could not justify paying the prices on this menu. Staff polite and atmosphere looked nice, so we was sorry to leave quickly.

Empty on arrival late Sunday afternoon. Mains £16 each. Fatty duck. Very nice spicy Vermicelli noodles, recommended.

Great place! When we first arrived they brought out prawn crackers so I said we were vegan and they catered to us perfectly. Delicious food, good portions (a lot of vegan chicken too!) and super friendly and good atmosphere. We had the chicken chow mein (vegan) and chicken black bean sauce (vegan ). When they brought out the bill they did also bring out some complementary after eights, which we obviously left. Would recommend though!

Expensive, very expensive. Always enjoy eating here but sadly don’t come as often as before due to price. You won’t get much change out of £100 for two people or £180 for four! Shame as food and service is superb.

Surprised to see mixed reviews. First time we’ve dined in here and we had a great experience. A warm welcome, great service and delicious food. Especially enjoyed the salt and pepper tofu and sweet and sour mock chicken. A lovely meal out. Only thing that I would change is to make it more environmentally friendly - no need to hand out wet wipes in plastic. It was already opened for us otherwise I’d have refused it. Hope they phase these out.

Sunday night dinner, warm welcome and efficient service. Couldn't fault the food, "Traditional English" style chinese. Sizzingly beef, Prawn with ginger and spring onion were very good as were the spicy check wing starter.

A menu that read well and one hoped for a great Cantonese style Chinese meals. Sadly, a disappointed no. The appetisers were reasonable. The mains overcooked and drowned in a gluggy sauce that barely resembled what they should have been. Just disappointing.

After reading a couple of reviews we were looking forward to our meal. What a mistake. We just had a simple meal with some sesame toast as a starter. The starter was Ok’ish but soaked in fat or oil. As for the main meal We normally enjoy Chinese cooking as the fresh ingredients are flash cooked and retain their natural tastes. This was far from it. It tasted like either old oil was used or the wok needed a good clean, taste of burnt oil was overwhelming. We always vote with our feet and will not be visiting this restaurant again. If you read my other reviews you will find that I rarely leave a bad review,but in this case it is justified.

Four of us went here and got the set menu, so much food. Food was really good and the staff attentive. Drinks were a bit pricey but i guess that's most places these days. Definitely go back again for sure.

Excellent food and service, staff were polite and friendly. The crispy shredded chicken chili is a must-try if u haven’t do so. The hot and sour soup is so good that I finish having it before remembering to take a photo. Definitely the best restaurant I’ve tried in Worcester! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Totally fantastic vegan options. Absolutely delicious. We loved the salt and pepper tofu, but all of it was amazing. Wonderful, lovely, attentive staff -- especially the Ukranian person who served us most. We will certainly be returning!

Awful service and mouldy food! I’ve have used this restaurant through just eat for over 2 years and since my recent experience has been really good. However, the last time I ordered food it was cold and mouldy! I contacted the restaurant and they said that they would look into it and speak to just eat. I spent £49.84 and was refunded £23 as a credit note through just eat. I have been speaking with Davvy who said he would update me as I requested a full refund which I believe is only fair and reasonable. I haven’t heard back from him now for over a month and he has ignored my messages so can only assume he hopes my complaint goes away. This is awful service and no way to run a business when they have even accepted that they made a mistake. All about the money and not about real customer service! Will not be going back ever!

First of all this place has absolutely outstanding service! The owner was lovely and was also working as a server, says a lot about a manager when they get stuck in. We ordered from the vegetarian section which was pretty much all vegan. Every single dish was as delicious as the next. The flavours are fantastic and incredibly unique. All of the servers knew everything about the menu options which was very refreshing. The decor is also incredibly charming with lots of table space! Only *slight* downside is there are no vegan desserts sadly so hopefully this can be an addition in the future! A must visit for any vegans looking for delicious food. We will definitely visit again!

I very rarely eat take out due to having celiac disease and become very poorly from consuming gluten. This restaurant was recommended on the celiac uk website so I thought I would give it a go. I must say I am impressed, the man my husband spoke to on the phone when ordering for collection was extremely accommodating and understanding, he even swapped a few things round in the dishes to suit my needs, everything we had was gluten free, it was great not to worry about keeping food apart and we all got to share. Food was lovely, especially the chicken fried rice, chow mien which was made with rice noodles, shredded beef and sweet and sour chicken which again was adjusted to suit. Only bit of criticism was the chips weren’t the best but everything else was very nice. Will be having food from here again.

This place is a little gem. The food is unbelievable and the staff so friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

A stunning Singaporean restaurant located in the heart of Worcester. Visited mid week with my mum and we both loved it. The service and quality of food is outstanding. The Singapore rice noodles are a must! Highly recommend 🙂

We came here for my grandma’s 100th birthday meal. There were more than 30 of us at the restaurant and all had a lovely time. We were well looked after, food was on time and tasted great. We would recommend this restaurant to others.

Went in at 6pm for an early meal , starters went well very nice , then at 7pm Asked when main courses would be coming told 15 mins again asked at 7.45 pm told 5mins finally had eBay 8.30pm , said leaving can I please have bill for what we had , don’t go other tables around ours same problem, very upset, still had to pay for full meal even though we didn’t get full meal , will never go back again even though the restaurant was recommended to us , by hotel .

The food was very pleasant. We only had a starter and main and a bottle of prosecco. The bill came to just over £92 for two of us. I gasped. Over £30 for the prosecco.. Sorry but no way. Too expensive.

We went here for my Daughter’s Birthday. We were really impressed the staff were very welcoming, the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The menu was excellent. Even my eldest son was impressed and that is quite something!! I just can’t fault anything.and all the family with their different choices all agreed. Thank you for an enjoyable evening Singapore

Great night with family and friends. the waiters were really friendly and helped with any queries with the food. The service was fast and the food was great.

My partner and I visited after hearing good things. Unfortunately our first impression was of disappointment as we entered a messy and disorganised waiting area. The staff were very friendly and helpful in accommodating allergies and intollerances. The food was tasty and portion sizes were good. However, the restaurant itself was untidy and in need of a revamp TBH. Tables were too small to eat at comfortably. The crispy duck starter was very nice but the pork ribs were actually rib tips and therefore full of cartilage. We enjoyed our Szechuan mains which were full of flavour. We ordered rice but recieved chips, which was rectified on request. But we didn't receive the prawn crackers that we ordered. At roughly £70 for two starters, mains, sides and soft drinks, unfortunately we were left unimpressed and won't be returning in the near future. There is good potential here though as the food is generally very good and it is in a prime location.

I've been coming to this place for nearly 10 years now. It is superb for both eating in and for take out. David and his team always make you feel very welcome and do a fantastic job no matter how busy the place is. The food is delicious and is always served promptly. The restaurant itself has a wonderful atmosphere and is perfect for small and larger groups.

This restaurant is surprisingly spacious! We celebrated Chinese New Year here with Chinese friends. Attentive & charming service from David. The food was plentiful & excellent. I felt very happy & relaxed from the moment I opened the door. Well done Team Singapore 🇸🇬

The food was alright but my main comment would be that the food was dissapointingly inauthentic.

Not the best value Chinese i've had by a long way. Set menu which was sparse overall with little amounts to share was over £30 a head. It was comfortable enough inside. Service was very slow between starters & main, around 45 mins. Nice enough staff. I wouldn't visit again based on my experience.

I have visited here numerous times and order to takeaway. Food is always excellent. Great vegetarian and vegan options. Pricier Cantonese restaurant but also think it’s one of the better ones.

Just awful really I'm sure the tempura prawns were probably from Tesco. The chicken chow mein was terrible too dry to eat. Complained but no bill reduction just offered a free drink Was looking forward to going there based on trip advisor reviews....never again.

Festive menu in place , big price increase , beer was £6.90 sizzling beef, 1 rice , beef chow main , glass wine £62.80, plus tip on bill at end over which was added automatically £6 , avoid , better places and cheaper in worcester ,,

wasnt really that impressed with this place, its like stepping back into the 80's. Food was nothing special, had better takeaways and the atmosphere was non existent, decor in the place is so dated. Waitress struggled to write our order down on a little pad, had to check it back 3 times. Beef rendang was watery/tasteless , partner"s fries were soggy. Also beware of the 10% service charge automatically added to your bill at the end for mediocre service. Wouldnt rush back personally.

Myself and three friends went there tonight for a 54th birthday celebration. When we lived in Worcester. We used to go every two weeks, butfive years ago we moved to Tewkesbury so this is the first time returning. For starters we had salt and chilli ribs Barbecue ribs, satay chicken skewers and prawn toast all but the barbecue ribs were very nice. The barbecued ribs were quite tasteless.. for mains my Two friends had Nasi, Goran and They enjoyed it, My partner had I think it was called the Malaysian chicken curry, it was chicken on the bone and it was tough and fatty, I had sizzling fillet beef in black pepper sauce. I have to say there was nothing sizzling about it. It looked like it had been stewed. It was tough chewy and to be honest I really don’t think it was fillet beef at all it was tasteless. In all fairness. They did not charge us for the chicken curry, but when I complained to the manager about the sizzling fillet steak at I think £22.00 which I left most of he said well it wasn’t our best night and sorry you were disappointed, and to add insult to injury they put a service charge of £14 which, needless to say, we did not pay, most definitely won’t be going back there anytime soon Yeah

Great tasting food at a value for money price. Friendly & attentive staff. Great baby change facilities too. In the main menu, there was an upgraded meal deal which we had. A platter starter, containing a very meaty & bursting with flavour spring roll, with a large meaty spare rib & a generous mound of crisp Seaweed. Mains was a nice mix of flavour options - I went for Sizzling Satay chicken, while others chose Crispy chilli beef (which remained crisp to the last mouthful). It was rounded off with a huge bowl of egg fried rice. Very nice & we all went home satisfied & full.

Food is authentic and very tasty. Portion is large as well. Service is proper with friendly staff. Highly recommended!

First time ordering...I had satay chicken, unfortunately it was very bland, hubby had beef chow mein, he did enjoy it....the delivery driver wasn't very friendly.

This was beautiful food and lovely staff, my daughter had the duck in plum sauce and i had the chicken satay sizzler which was yummy, i would have preferred more satay sauce on the dish as it was a satay dish but that’s me, there was a good portion size, they were great with my 10 month old Grandson and have. a high chair too, we will definitely go back next time we’re in Worcester 💕

Saturday night visit , hadn’t booked but the staff accommodated us no problem . Service was excellent and the meal we selected set menu for 2 was absolutely stunning. Starters , duck and pancakes , two dishes with rice , wine and the Chinese beer was good value too. If I go to Worcester again will definitely re visit

I cannot state how wonderful both the food and the service was - my wife has a gluten allergy and they made sure to accommodate her in all the food they made. Would definitely recommend 👌

Family dining. The food is always pretty good here. Staff are friendly and attentive. The Noodles were excellent so too were the Ribs (very meaty), however the Rendang was tasteless which was disappointing. We’d return because we like it here. 👍🏽

Ordered tofu with black pepper sauce and salt and pepper mock chilli chicken. Literally the best food I’ve had in years. Tasted like a proper good take away which isn’t common when you only eat plant based food. Will 100% order again.

Good veggie choices, Excellent service and big portions, you cant ask for more than that. Its a big restaurant with loads of staff so you wont be wating long.

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful meals, my son had a booked schoolgroup session, we just picked him up, and we have been given a glass of water with lemon and ice, just for being so kind, my daughter has got a lollypop while we were waiting for my son to finish. My son said the meals were very tasty, despite he is very picky. We definitely found our favorite Chinese restaurant for the future.

Saturday lunchtime isn't too busy although I can't see why , really tasty food and very generous good value portions

Came to Singapore Restaurant for my birthday. 12 of us and everyone loved their meal. My favourite restaurant in Worcester. If you’re vegetarian you have to eat here!

Great food and very friendly staff

I've frequented this restaurant almost weekly for the past 6 months and it has gradually gone down hill to a point when, last week, following a recommendation from the waiter, who knows my taste for spicier foo. The "special" beef dish was so tough that i refused to eat it. It was duly replaced with the same sauce but with chicken. It was so salty that, if i wasn't so hungry an, bu this time, totally over it, I should have returned it as well. I shan't be returning.

Recently had a takeaway from them. Portion sizes were really good and the food was superb. A lot of very happy and very full people!

Had a lovely meal in the Singapore Restaurant. Lots to choose from on the menu. Chose the meal for two, good choice, tasty and lots of it. Staff were very welcoming and would definitely eat there again. We were lucky as we turned upon spec, only one table available. You may need to book in advance? Thoroughly recommend.

Went in by chance, absolutely blown away by the great choice of vegan options - sweet and sour chicken, prawn rice, duck pancakes - practically all your favourite options are available with vegan alternatives. Friendly and efficient staff, looking forward to returning.

2nd visit. We weren't overly impressed on the first one but thought we'd give it a second go. Service excellent, but décor is below average and food to match. Not a patch on Thai Gallery over the road.

I decided that a Chinese Sunday lunch would be a welcome change, saw that it opened at midday so booked a table. We were not disappointed, everything was lovely but massive portions, staff were fantastic, will return!

Visiting Worcester for the day, looking for somewhere to eat. We didn't want the usual pub lunch so looked for something different. This was a great find and lucky that they stay open all day. The lunch menu was amazing and good value for money....

Singapore Restaurant has been hyped up by many friends over the years so finally decided to visit, but personally I felt it was a bit underwhelming. Food was served very quickly and was tasty, but a few of the dishes seemed to get muddled up, and also I ordered chicken spring rolls in the set value meal which also contained prawns, despite not being listed as such on the menu. Staff were friendly and attentive, however some of them kept replacing alcoholic drinks very quickly without asking first, which isn't great as some of us were driving.

First time went in yesterday evening.. food amazing and good choice of drink. Was really looked after by the staff. Fully recommend
