Probably the best Chinese in Worcester I think their food is amazing, always tastes fresh, delivery is always on time, food is always piping hot, and very polite on the phone

We visited saturday evening & had to wait at least 5 minutes before someone came to take our order & we stood listening to a member of staff ( a young female } whom was in the cooking area out the back talking to the chef's & she was laughing about a customer who had phoned about a complaint with there order & the customer said the order was wrong & items was missing off the order plus she went on to say to the chef's F..k them they payed by card so they cant get a refund .. while we was waiting for someone to take our order i saw the chef defrost the food in a microwave & drop it on the floor & then pick it up off the floor & put it in the wok & cook it & send out to the next customer , Then the young lady came & asked us what we would like to order & we confronted her about the food that was dropped on the floor & picked up & cooked & sent out for delivery ... she replied O the floors is very clean i assure you ..at that we walked out & went to takeway over the road . Disgusting service & hygiene .

First time I have been there since it changed from a restaurant told by customers food is really good sorry folks the crispy chicken balls were soggy batter logs and under cooked chicken (pink) the rice did not look like rice but I divided it up between my dogs and the local birds and it went down a treat needless to say I will not return

Don’t ever order from here - they promise to deliver in an hour - waiting nearly 2 hours for a delivery- shocking service- how they are still in business !!

I ordered at 6:30pm and received my food almost 2 hours later after being told 45min to 1 hour upon ordering. Receptionist was rude and offered no explanation or apology apart from telling me that's the way it is. I certainly won't use you again!!!

The food is really good (really good), the prices are fair. A pity they miss out parts of the order. Happened twice now. When they are busy they won't deliver the missing items. "They will add it to your next order". A real shame they don't deal with the issue on the night. Very disappointed.

We are on a Narrowboat holiday staying at Diglis Basin we walked to pick our food up Not marked on google maps but type 153 London rd and you can find it The food was outstanding we ate the lot, Can highly recommend special Curry best Ive ever tasted Kids also ate every last drop give this place a try its worth it spot on price also

Horrible food, appalling attitude from the so called manager!!! Meat was like rubber, noodles were burnt, no flavour to any of it… phoned to complain and was told the I needed to bring all of the food back!! Even though we had to eat it to discover is was vile!!! LOST A CUSTOMER

Ordered 60 quid of food for takeaway 05.05.21 Starter youk sung ok Chicken sceuzan worse ever Tastless bland left the lot Thought I would try this new dish from them Sorry lotus it was a waste of money Shame Thats it for me from here not again

I always order the set meal for 1 but change the main to chicken and pineapple. Never any problems and always arrive s hot and early .prawn crackers taste like prawn too !! I would try more as I've heard the chow main is good !

Lotus house has been our favourite Chinese ever since it opened. We love the sweet and sour prawns, the duck and the chow mein in particular, but everything is great!

We have had takeaways from here on a couple of occasions and both times the food has been superb. Freshly cooked, piping hot and very tasty. They give good sized portions so I had enough for the next day too. Quick service too.

We have been regulars at lotus house since it opened. The food is really tasty, fresh, big portions and cooked to perfection. We particularly love the sweet sour prawns, szechaun duck and spring rolls.

Great food, good selection of choice from menu, well priced, offer a delivery service which was quick for a big order and still very hot. Would highly recommend.

The takeaway is a 20 minute drive and I pass around 6 other Chinese takeaway to get to it as I have found they are the best. Never had a bad meal yet and I go most weekends. Very glad they dropped a leaflet through my door as after the first order I’ve never been elsewhere. I would recommend the mixed meat rice and spare ribs which were very meaty

Have used this place quite a few times since it opened without disappointment. An extensive menu although we tend to be a bit set in our ways and generally order the special chow main. We'd recommend this dish.

Good food good price and a great delivery service, and a nice Verity on the menu never had a bad one. we always use them now

Totally agree with last reviewer, this is a brilliant new delivery/takeaway Chinese! We've ordered on several occasions now and they have all been great! Firstly to get the simple stuff out of the way: They've never made any mistakes, the food is always piping hot and delivery is very fast. More importantly: The food is great! Really tasty and loads of sauce etc. / very generous portions / meat etc. It's not often you find a consistently good Chinese, but we are spoiled having this and also Chung Ying over the road from it ! Very impressed.

I use this place regularly. The food always arrives promptly and is hot, and tasty. I do find that if I order a couple of hours after it opens it does take an awful long time for the food to arrive but I guess they get busier.

This was our second time ordering for delivery the food was very nice large portions and the service was great. It was the night of the very bad snow but they still delivered.

This was the second time we'd ordered a takeaway from Lotus House - the first time was shortly after it opened in the summer and it was ok - tasty enough but nothing to get too excited over.
