Crumpets & Coffee Lounge in Worcester

Popped in for lunch. Very clean and friendly. Had a tuna and cheese sandwich, it was delicious and the brown bread tasted fresh and homemade, or as good as ! Good value too. Highly recommend a visit if you're passing.

First visit. Super friendly staff. Opted for Pumpkin spiced latte.....DELICIOUS. Definitely be back. Lovely counter of sweet treats aswell. Nice to support a small business. Thanks Crumpets and coffee.

this place is amazing. as a vegan, i’m always searching for coffee shop with good vegan options as quality plant milks, and let me tell you, this has both. get the oat milk, it’s amazing

We called in on the off chance that they sell vegan friendly coffee, they did. What was more impressive is that they do not over charge for it and they offer a better customer reward card than any of the big chains, buy 7 hot drinks to get a free one. They sell cakes, various coffee products and vegan snacks. There is a website, free WiFi and you can clock and collect. Well done for offering so much and getting it just right.

The service is second to none, we are always made to feel welcome and the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. We had our daughters 9th birthday party here and they couldn't have done enough. The decorations were fabulous, unicorns as far as the eye could see!! AND dog friendly. What more could you ask for. 10 out of 10.

Can not recommend this place enough! I will not go anywhere else for my coffee, they cater to everyone’s coffee needs and it is always spot on. I always feel welcome and so do my family and little girl. Keep up the amazing work!

This is a coffee connoisseur friendly coffee house, serving splendid coffee, nibbles and obviously crumpets too. Service is personal and quick, bearing in mind it is run by one person but that should not put you off. Atmosphere is friendly and due to its location, ideal to use whilst waiting for your bus connection or just a break from shopping in the Crowngate Centre. I thoroughly recommend giving it a try and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Whilst waiting to meet a colleague I stopped off here as it looked clean and fresh and had a couple of tables outside. I ordered a cappuccino and slice of nutty cake. The chap brought out the coffee and cake followed by a carafe of water with lemon and a water glass. This does not happen in many places and I thought it made this establishment stand out from others. They also offer a loyalty card which is quicker to fill than the ones offered by national brands. Well done, don't let standards slip. Will use when next in Worcester. Good service, good china great coffee and a place to sit and watch the world go by.

So another trip to Worcester was on the cards for today, and on the recommendation of Mrs2b Nomad, it was off to Crumpets and Coffee.On the ticket for me was two crumpets and a latte. No vanilla (GASP) so went for the coconut latte instead. Hmmm, may have a new favourite here.Some of the best crumpets I have tasted at possibly one of the best prices i have ever seen. In short, I would certainly recommend a visit

Once again nice to visit for coffee with a friend. Friendly service and lovely coffee. We can soya coffee which is great. they give you complimentary iced water and lollies which is a nice touch.

We have been visiting the Crumpets and Coffee Lounge for a year now... Usually 3 or 4 times a week! A warm welcome, great coffees, hot crumpets and delicious toasted sandwiches... And when summer arrives fab iced coffees! The large tables with comfy chairs encourage conversation with other patrons and add to the friendly atmosphere.. Marc and Jo the owners are passionate about customer care and of course providing the best coffee.. Or tea if you must

First time in this little gem of a coffee shop. Quiet and calm with excellent coffee and the crumpets...excellent. Will certainly be visiting this one again on my next trip. Fully recommend this one.

My wife and I were in Worcester on New Year's Eve just having a walk around and fancied a coffee and a sandwich. The place we had planned to go was closed so we called in here. The drinks were displayed on a board behind the counter and I could only see sweet items displayed. I asked if they did savoury such as sandwiches and I was given a menu. There is no meat available but I had a toasted cheese sandwich with I think three cheeses. One was a Mexican cheese.My wife is quite choosey about her coffee and drinks hot chocolate when out. She really enjoyed her chocolate which comes on a stick standing in a cup of hot milk which melts.Did I say she really enjoyed it. She thought it was the best hot chocolate she has had for a long time. She chose the crumpets which come with an individual pat of butter sitting on it. Only minor issue was she left the butter on top of the hot crumpet so when she came to use it the butter was liquid.My coffee wasn't overly hot and I drank it very quickly but it meant I bought a second which was a lot better.Overall it wasn't a bad experience and I wish them luck.For me I would have liked to see the menu on display rather than having to ask but that's just me.

Wow, my wife and I found this café by accident, but is the best coffee shop in town (City) and probably the price as well, great value..Forget the usual coffee chains and get the personal touch with an owner who is passionate about his café and his unusual line in snack options. Not only was the coffee excellent but the individual touches of Iced lemon Water and Lollipops was a great touch.A must visit café.

My wife and I were trudging back to the car after a strenuous visit round an old building and were desperate for a reviving coffee when we passed this little café. Never been in before so we tried it - the owner was friendly and welcoming, explained his philosophy of running the café and talked us through the snack options (although intriguing, bowls of American cereal were left for another time) and we sat outside and within minutes came iced water with lemon (oh and two lollipops...!) then coffee and then two of the best crumpets ever!!!!!This is one of those simple cafes which deserve to be well known and visited. Worcester is full of coffee chains and their uniform blandness is becoming a pest - here is a young chap, full of thoughtful enthusiasm, keen to engage with the customers and making us feel so welcome we will be back. Food is simple but good and the coffee excellent and the price is fantastic value.Cannot be faulted!Malcolm & Sue

We take our Wednesday walking group from The Hive and were made very welcome. The drinks were excellent and some group members enjoyed the sandwiches and crumpets. On a hot day we were given complimentary iced lemon water which was a lovely touch. Staff were welcoming and helpful to our group. We plan to have it as a post walk refreshment stop.

Gets better every visit. Popcorn flavoured Ice Coffee a real treat. Nice simple menu, crumpets rock!

The cafe is clean, tidy and inviting. Having seen great pictures of food on social media we expect a proper menu. The only menu they had was for the coffees. What’s the harm in putting the menu up for the food items. The guy spends to long on his mobile phone and on computer right in view of the customers.The drinks we had where excellent

First visit to Crumpets and Coffee, what a little gem. Lovely coffee, and really good brownies. Friendly, helpful staff and cosy surroundings will certainly be returning.

Not really a coffee person, but that doesn't matter one bit!The owner, Marc, is a very friendly and approachable person that has a love for coffee and offers a good array of drinks, including some nice teas. Decently priced and a welcoming atmosphere, with free Wi-fi and a few unusual soft drinks and healthy snacks. A couple of not-so-healthy but delicious cakes and such as well!Definitely worth popping in and checking it out.

Immaculate cafe - warm welcome. Good coffee. Useful if waiting for a bus as right by bus station! Free Wi-Fi too.

Visited Crumpets & Coffee Lounge whilst in Worcester. Was very impressed by owners passion and knowledge for coffee, who was very personable and friendly. The lounge had a really nice relaxed feel to it and I was able to login to the free Wi-Fi can catch up on my emails for 2 hours whilst enjoying a couple of good coffees. Highly recommended!

First Impressions:Location is great and easy to find, perfect if you need a break from shopping! If you are familiar with the @crumpetscoffee brand you will spot the logo straight away! The coffee lounge looks modern and fresh and invites you to come in!Coffee:The best thing about @crumpetscoffee is obviously the amazing coffee! I love my coffee but I am not a coffee snob, I will pretty much drink it from anywhere but the coffee here (and on the website) is the best you will taste, really flavoursome and rich! I drank mine so quick I actually felt drunk on coffee and high on life! I opted for a Vegan Gingerbread Soya Latte :) and felt like a professional #CoffeeSlurperThe menu is simple and doesn't bamboozle you with options yet there is enough to suit everybody!Don't panic, if you don't like coffee there are plenty of cold drinks and tea available too!Food:Both myself and @laurenlsj are Vegan so we were delighted to see there were options for us from crisps to snack bars and protein balls! I know in the future the lounge are working on some Vegan toppings for crumpets too so watch this space!For non vegans there are plenty of cakes and of course crumpets too!Prices:Very reasonable :) As you can see from the coffee list above, you can get a decent coffee without breaking the bank!Atmosphere:The Coffee Lounge is very clean and fresh looking which really makes it stand out. It looks sharp and professional yet it is welcoming and invites you in.There is music playing quietly in the background and the lounge gives off a great vibe!I would recommend coming to the lounge for a catch up with friends, just like myself and @laurenlsj. For a pitstop to rest your legs whilst shopping. To get some work done in a less busy environment or just to relax and enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee!Customer Service: I feel the customer service you will get at the Crumpets and Coffee Lounge will never be short of exceptional! Independant coffee shops always offer a more personalised and authentic service and I know you will be well looked after!Vegan:As mentioned above there are a good range of Vegan options and this will only grow with demand! Myself and @laurenlsj loved our Soya Lattes and we tried a Squirrel Sister bar for the first time which was amazing!Other:In case you are wondering there is WIFI available and Crumpets Coffee Lounge also have loyalty cards where you wil lbe rewarded with a free coffee!The Lounge is open Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 5pm!
