Little jem of a place. Very good Guinness and last week had a guest ale Timothy Taylor's Golden Best.

Brilliant neighbourhood local with great ales and a carvery to die for.. excellent!

A grate local pub with good selection of drinks this one of the few places that you buy apfelcorn and Ashbac brandy

Good range of beers, ciders and spirits. Sports bar with nice screens. Hosts and bat staff very friendly and helpful.

We were up from London glamping and we wanted to watch the euros we found out they had tvs the pub staff and customers welcomed us it was brilliant Heidi and Dave the landlords were so good to us and we had a brilliant time with everyone thank you all so much

Fantastic pub the management are really friendly and welcoming. The staff are fantastic. We was there 24 /6/24 for the psychic night . We will definitely be popping in for a drink and a bite to eat . Kind regards Darren & pam .

Popped in here to watch the football whilst staying away from home. Made to feel very welcome by both the staff and the regulars. Had some good fun with everyone behind the counter and the 'warm nuts' were lovely! 😂

My mum relocated to the neighbourhood from Bedfordshire after the death my dad last year. Any fears of how she will settle were quickly quashed with this pub. Sounds daft but with their carvery, theme nights and extra curriculars , Dave and Heidi make it their mission to be the heartbeat of the community. Above all they did an amazing job hosting a surprise 70th for her putting on the food and keeping it ssh! We had a wonderful time and mum was buzzing for days after. Thank you for all you do it really makes such a difference!

Great local pub, pool table and darts board and skittle alley. The meals are high quality, no microwave rubbish here....Food served Friday and Saturday lunchtimes and nights and Sunday lunch. Snacks in the daytime. Very friendly pub with good banter. TVs showing football and other sports. Food days and times have changed. There are now loads of things going on at weekends. eg. Quiz nights, clairvoyant nights, bingo etc. All great fun and worth going to.

Great choice of drinks and great value, lovely owners who let us go in the lounge area to sit and have drinks although it wasn't open. Very friendly.

Had quite a few meals there .excellent...and now lower wick neighbours meet there once a month ...hope it keeps going .

Dave and Heidi put themselves out all the time but throughout the first lockdown they really excelled themselves by creating their food specials as takeout /delivered food,following the release from lockdown they again excelled themselves and operated possibly the best pub and followed strict rules regarding covid.now we are again in a lockdown situation they will be creating take away meals.i know that many customers at the pub will agree with me that we have one very special landlord and landlady.please support them through this next phase of covid lockdown and we will all look forward to a great pint when this is all over WELL DONE DAVE AND HEIDI

Lock down. So it was a home delivery of a Sunday Roast...... And Pudding 😁. Great stuff, Thank you. So much in our two dinners that we have saved some for tomorrow. Desserts..... Delicious. All delivered to our door so no going out. Great value for money, thank you very much. One meal I didn't have to cook! Well done you two (and delivery lady). 👏👏👏👏

stopped in for dinner on visit from abroad. good service. chips (fries) were best we'd had in two visits to UK!! salad was also good. no good seating to eat in bar area (we were there to watch Euro 2020 qualifying) and no TVs in restaurant section, but was no worries. food is worth the visit!

Horrible turned up for an event (Darts Exhibition) only to be told that for no reason no entry even though I had money £5 entry fee.. Disgusting manners from management..you have to be a regular at this back street pub very clicky not friendly at all !!!!

Proper, home-made food and reasonably priced. Didn't expect it, thought we were getting cheap and cheerful. Will come again.

Great pub, lovely atmosphere. The Sunday roasts here are the best in Worcester. I would recommend booking before hand as they can get very busy.

Generous portions of proper tasty fare nice restaurant and staff. Reasonably priced too. Public bar bit noisy with tv and jukebox going but definitely worth a visit for the food.

My wife and I visited today for Sunday lunch following a personal recommendation of a friend. Booked in advance as it's normally very busy. We weren't disappointed...best carvery I have ever experienced. Food and service was superb. Amazing value....will be visiting again soon. Great effort 'Team Maple Leaf'

Had heard good reports about the food at this unassuming little pub so decided to try it for a get together with friends. You could be forgiven for overlooking the pub but appearances can be deceptive . We were delighted to be served one of the best 'pub' meals I've had in ages! All four of us had the chicken in garlic and white wine sauce (don't forget to add the Stilton!) and we all loved it! We had a bit of a wait for the food but that's to be expected when everything is cooked to order from scratch so that was no hardship for us . Service very friendly, warm welcome from the owner /chef, prices very reasonable. The only downside I could see is they only serve food Friday & Saturday evening and Sunday lunch :( But if the trade is not there for other nights, limited service nights are understandable. This is a pub with restaurant quality food so don't be put off by the location; it's definitely worth a visit. .......oh, and the puddings are great too!

Visited this pub before going to eat next door. Considering it is a 'locals' pub in the heart of a housing estate, the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly & efficient. Also good in that they remember what your previous round of drinks were. Clean & tidy.
