Absolutely amazing establishment, a core player in the Worcester music scene; one I hadn't visited for a while until recently. I was served by an absolutely amazing young woman (I did not get her name, but she had very red hair!), who made sure my friends and I were looked after despite the bar being very busy. I did not order any food on my visit, but the food brought to the tables around me looked and smelled amazing. I will say that my one negative comment is that the facilities are looking slightly worn, the place could definitely do with at least a lick of paint to liven it up a little more - that, and it seemed a tad understaffed for how busy the night was! I will definitely be returning :)

I hope the owners are aware just how amazing their staff are. I came in with a friend for what was meant to be just 1 drink, however the friendly service provided by both Evie and Tilly kept us here for hours. They were such good hosts!!

We happened upon this unassuming music cafe whilst walking around Worcester looking for an independent cafe for some late breakfast....what a find!! Beats any chain pub/cafe/restaurant hands down. Friendly, easy going relaxed atmosphere and staff, the food was absolutely fantastic! Hot, freshly cooked, tasty, very reasonably priced, and vegetarian options-which we had-lots of them, and just yummy. I would recommend popping in here if you are in Worcester, supporting this great establishment, whether you are vegetarian or not. A great find, and thank you!

I visited every independent café in Worcester during 2022 (don't ask!) There are a number of cafés with a real positive vibe (in every sense). Paradiddles rose to the top, friendly, good coffee, and of course very 'cool'. It's also a music venue. As such it hits all the top notes. 🎷🎸

So, after falling foul of Keep the Change on my last visit to Worcester, I was a little wary of trying anywhere new. My experience of vegetarian and vegan food when eating out is a mixed bag, so trying here at the suggestion of my partner was filling me with slight trepidation. I could not have been more wrong. The food here was excellent, generous portions and wonderful flavours. Not a shred of iceberg lettuce in sight!!! I loved the way that the vegan options on the breakfast menu were treated as the "norm" and "You can ask for meat or dairy versions" a wonderful take on menu's. Its how things should be from now on, with the vegan option being treated as the new norm, whilst not denying those who still choose to be carnivores their right. The service was super friendly, the person serving us appeared to be either an owner or tied in to a significant level from what they said, and a wonderful atmosphere despite the fact the pestilence sweeping the world means normal relations cannot be maintained. I cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back, and cannot wait until their live music restarts, so we can enjoy the place as it was intended. If you fail to go here, you only have yourself to blame. Its an absolute gem of a place, and we plan to come back again and again. Oh, and the wallpaper music was the best I have heard in a long time, since going to the Devonshire Arms back in the early Noughties down in Camden Town, so these people clearly really LOVE their music, and have good taste to boot. When my friends visit me in Worcester, this is where I plan to take them.

After moving to the Worcester area, I needed to find somewhere to take my almost 2 year old son for our weekly ‘daddy dates’. I had walked past here a few times on other visits to the city and always wanted to pop in, as I’m a drummer and used to work as a barista. I was blown away when I did pop in with my lad. This place is incredible. Super friendly staff, cool interior, comfy seats, decent coffee, beer on tap, gigs going on (evenings), great music playing through the day, food available and maintaining current Covid guidelines. My son loved it too. I’ve literally never seen him enjoy a coffee shop visit as much as this. Safe to say that we have found our new venue for daddy dates and I’ve found my new go-to coffee shop.

My Mum and I visited Paradiddles for the first time tonight to take part in their music quiz. Can honestly say had the best time, with brilliant hosts, great atmosphere and to top it off - we even got a prize for coming last! Absolutely top value for money. Will definitely be back for the next one!

You must try this friendly delightful place. Owners are super friendly. I went with a few friends on Friday night for drinks and pizza. Pizza is made to order from scratch. Drinks are reasonable unlike some of the places in Worcester where you pay stupid prices. Try their quiz night or music nights. Well done owners on this little gem

My wife & myself popped into Paradiddles for a cup of tea & a beer. After ordering we met up with one of our friends. The venue was fairly busy, yet service was still prompt & the owner who work the venue are very friendly. After finishing our drinks & enjoying the music playing in the background we decided to have another. We found that they also served panini’s so we ordered two. They didn’t take long to come out & they were delicious. I can recommend this venue for a drink & something quick to eat as it is very welcoming.

We were in Worcester for a presentation last weekend and were wondering what to do on Saturday evening. We had seen Paradiddles as we passed earlier in the day, so we thought we'd pop in for a drink, we left 4 hrs later... With local bands playing, a great atmosphere, nice wine at a very reasonable price ,we had a really good night. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like quirky and cool you will love it...

Friendly atmosphere and excellent music. Best place to just chill out. We should all be supporting local independent venues like this one. Great selection of vegan drinks, cakes and pizza

Been meaning to check this place out for ages. Can’t believe it’s been open almost a year! Popped in today to see if they do lunch.Small, but cosy and welcoming. Cute courtyard garden at the rear. Great music playing. Really simple food menu of veggie, vegan or meat pizzas in two sizes. Good choice of drinks, from coffee (including decaf & soya) to stocked bar.Chilled and enjoyed my coffee whilst reading my journal. My pizza came: wow! Freshly made, thin crispy base, loaded with veg, delicious, great value. Will definitely come again and be recommending it to others.

Its quite small but has two separate areas, one I think for food etc and one for bands. I had a coffee there. It has bench seating with adjacent internet access and older comfortable chairs. It is relaxed with a slight bohemian feel. There is a book case and boxed games for children and adults. I understand it serves food including vegan options and it is licenced. I can't comment on any of that because I didn't see any menus available. I also understand that there is a practice facility available for bands. There is an extensive programme of local bands, generally free access and they have quiz nights. This is an interesting place, I'm not sure quite how its business model works but I wish it well

Paradiddles is a music themed cafe and bar - live local musicians play here and the atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed. Enjoyed a quick coffee and snack, but will be back for pizzas as soon as possible.

This is a great place in Worcester for a coffee and cake or lunch. The coffee is really good with lots of different options including some really strong filters brews. The almond croissants and chocolate twists are also amazing. The staff are also really friendly whenever you visit and will go out of their way to serve you. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in Worcester!

Bartender was rude assumed we only pit stopped for a toilet and told us to leave after we said we would have a drink

Second-hand bookshops in Worcester appear to be the exclusive province of the Charity sector. Of these, Snowdrops is easily the best, both in stock and presentation; prices are acceptably reasonable. The café makes a good place to review your finds and persuade yourself to buy a couple more that you were feeling too mean to buy outright... [The bookspine counter is worth a visit all by itself.]
