I won 100 on the bingo so decided to treat myself to a lovely breakfast. The food was great and the staff were exceptional. The decor is modern,trendy, new and clean. I went here on a Christmas night out and ended up leaving my phone there but one of the guys working there found it for me and looked after it, making sure I got it back the next morning! Being a mid week booking the restaurant was quiet but had a nice welcoming feeling. Staff friendly and helpful. Having never been before, we assumed table service which was completely wrong! We sat there for quite a while before we realised you had to order at the bar or via their app! Food was extremely good and tasty. All 6 of us had starters and mains. The cocktails were lovely especially the Tipsy Orange created by Nathan - it was amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Food was absolutely lovely great service and loved how you got smarties in a shot glass very nice touch.

We ordered 2 meals which came very quickly & were very hot. However, I had ordered Pad thai with king prawns but there was a mix up with the order & there weren't any prawns. This was soon rectified & not only came back with king prawns but the biggest prawn cracker I have ever seen. Also I was given a refund for the cost of the pad thai, something I didn't ask for or expect. The staff were fantastic & apologetic & couldn't have done more to help. All bar One are offering a xmas meal for the homeless & are asking people to donate money if they can to help, therefore we donated our refund to help give somebody a meal at xmas. Thank you for a lovely meal & sorting out a problem without any hassel or stress. We will definitely be coming back for another tasty meal.

The staff who served us our works xmas dinner were fantastic and really attentive. The food was absolutely brilliant too! The only thing that would have made the evening even better was if the music was a bit quieter. There was a DJ on which we didn't know when booking online. Maybe the speakers at the rear of the venue could be turned down where the diners are? There was a good atmosphere though because of the music.

Cocktails tasted nice, but our expresso martinis were not a full glass, make sure you get proper neasures

Lunch here - hubby had good fish n chips, plus I had tasty sea bass with yellow Thai sauce, and the largest freshest prawn cracker I've ever had in my life! Even better, the sharing dessert was excellent, very original. Crispy churros to dip into chocolate and caramel sauce, mini brownies with ginger ice cream, and very unusual Berry sorbet in thin casing. Yum! Helpful service, large indoor space as well as outside, rght by the Cathedral.

To be honest if you can not get the simple things right how can you get anything right. Nachos should be loaded with cheese and guacamole not the stale sad tasteless poor excuse we were served will we return or recommend very doubtful.

We'd booked a table for my birthday, when we arrived we told about the option to order with the QR code, but we explained that, due to having a voucher we'd prefer to order direct, staff member said that was no problem. 20 minutes later no-one had even taken a drinks order from us, 2 waiting staff had walked past us 7 times and ignored us. One waitress had even asked the next table if they'd like drinks, looked at us and just walked off...at this point we just left and went somewhere else. Won't be coming back. No idea if the food was any good, but so disappointed with the service.

Absolutely awful staff and completely unhelpful! Me and my girlfriend made a reservation for an evening meal, as always when we go for a meal I do not drink and therefore, do not bring my ID out. The staff on the door straight away when we approached asked for our ID I explained, we were NOT here for the bar or alcohol drinks, rather we just wanted food as we were under the impression it was a restaurant too? Considering it serves full meals. I am clearly well over the age of 18 and the staff member was very patronising and he found it very amusing I wasn’t able to eat tonight. We had drove 40 minutes to simply eat a meal and felt insulted by their approach to the situation and pure lack of sympathy. I will not be going back and hopefully as a company they are able to fix the attitude of their door staff, or simply employ new ones who won’t give a sticking attitude to paying customers doesn’t reflect well.

Lots of variety of food with very friendly and supportive staff. Willing for any changed that you might need to food. The atmosphere is slightly more high end while also being friendly and welcoming. They are currently cashless but you can still tip which is good. Definitely good for meals any time of the day

The place was filled to the brim today on our visit. So waiting time on drinks was a long time but I can understand due to the Christmas fair being on. food was lovely. I just wanted to write a review to praise our waitress Steph she’s a credit to the company! I could see how much effort she was putting into all the customers and not just us! I would really like to praise my waitress. I came to all bar one a few months ago. Today I returned to be greeted with the exact same waitress! last time I came in she was brilliant, and I remember in conversation from my first visit that she was a new member of the team, I can see her confidence has grown so much! She recommended me a lovely dish! and the chefs were able to cater to my needs! so a big shout out to Steph and the chefs!
