Stopped for a quick pit stop, was drawn in by the great sax music being played. Couple of cocktails enjoyed along with a couple of sharing plates. Great venue

We came for the cocktail masterclass with food, was well organised they knew exactly what was going on and was easy going, Ronnie was great at the cocktails made it very fun! The food was lovely as well great price

Booked a table for lunch, unfortunately the Saxxy bottomless brush music was way too loud, had to shout to each other for a conversation. Starter portions were poor value for money. Main course was missing all the vegetables, and not substituted with anything else, so was just a bowl of noodles with prawns and green onion garnish. The fish was frozen and dry and chips again a small portion, with 1 1/2 teaspoon of minted peas in a tiny condiment bowl was ridiculous. The salad/garnish looked like it had been dragged from the bottom of the bin. A very low standard meal. No one came to check to see if everything was okay, but I'm guessing they didn't because they we would have asked for a refund. Save your money and go elsewhere, as you will leave hungry and broke.

We came here for a bottomless brunch for my mums 50th and it was perfect. The service was fantastic, jasmine the waiter who served our table was lovely. Food was great and the drinks were refilled before we had finished our current ones. Definitely recommend and come back soon.

Very disappointed. Booked a table for a quick bite before some other activities in Worcester. Food took a ridiculously long time to come. Staff were rude, clearing the table before some members of our group had finished. And the food absolutely bang average. Will not be returning

Liv was really great serving us. We got stuck in traffic so arrived late but they honoured our full time. Also when there was a bottle neck at the bar she ordered us an extra drink to make sure we didn’t miss out.

Good cocktails. Service was so friendly and quick! I enjoyed the new coconut margarita and Pina coladas. It is nice to sit outside if the weather is sunny and warm too. Nice little spot.

I really love coming here, the food is great and service and staff are fabulous....just one thing why do you have to play the music so LOUD and so early. I visited yesterday 6:30pm and I thought I was in a club. It was crazy and we could not have a decent conversation so left after one drink. Love the vibe and music but maybe turn it down a bit until later!

Nice venue, however depends on the staff serving.. very poor service today, couldn’t be bothered to shake cocktails rather pour and serve. If it was busy I wouldn’t have minded but very quiet so no excuse!

I won 100 on the bingo so decided to treat myself to a lovely breakfast. The food was great and the staff were exceptional. The decor is modern,trendy, new and clean. I went here on a Christmas night out and ended up leaving my phone there but one of the guys working there found it for me and looked after it, making sure I got it back the next morning! I am so incredibly grateful for him! Plus the drinks and service was amazing, everyone was so lovely! Couldn’t recommend it enough :)

Being a mid week booking the restaurant was quiet but had a nice welcoming feeling. Staff friendly and helpful. Having never been before, we assumed table service which was completely wrong! We sat there for quite a while before we realised you had to order at the bar or via their app! Food was extremely good and tasty. All 6 of us had starters and mains. The cocktails were lovely especially the Tipsy Orange created by Nathan - it was amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Food was absolutely lovely great service and loved how you got smarties in a shot glass very nice touch.

We ordered 2 meals which came very quickly & were very hot. However, I had ordered Pad thai with king prawns but there was a mix up with the order & there weren't any prawns. This was soon rectified & not only came back with king prawns but the biggest prawn cracker I have ever seen. Also I was given a refund for the cost of the pad thai, something I didn't ask for or expect. The staff were fantastic & apologetic & couldn't have done more to help. All bar One are offering a xmas meal for the homeless & are asking people to donate money if they can to help, therefore we donated our refund to help give somebody a meal at xmas. Thank you for a lovely meal & sorting out a problem without any hassel or stress. We will definitely be coming back for another tasty meal.

The staff who served us our works xmas dinner were fantastic and really attentive. The food was absolutely brilliant too! The only thing that would have made the evening even better was if the music was a bit quieter. There was a DJ on which we didn't know when booking online. Maybe the speakers at the rear of the venue could be turned down where the diners are? There was a good atmosphere though because of the music.

Had food delivered the food was cold & it said on the bag not to reheat,which is a joke,it cost £50 & i complained & still no refund which I think is absolutely disgusting,I could do a weeks worth of shopping for that.will never have food from there again totally over priced for poor quality & quantity.
