As this Dunelm is in a retail park There is obviously great parking. Shopping online always successful in that they often find your goods very quickly when you pick them up. Staff are friendly and helpful. On occasion of having to return a product that has been no problem at all no questions asked and an immediate refund. Opening hours are very good as they lend themselves to people who work later Usual excellent range of good quality goods

My wife took a fitted bed sheet back to the coventry store today we had spent over £200 on new bedding and one of the fitted sheets was smaller than the others although it said king size on the packaging it was definitely not the same size all my wife wanted was an exchange but the manageress Nikki told her she couldn't have an exchange and was very abrupt with her and ready for an argument, is the past couple of years we have bought chests of draws, curtains, curtain poles and all new bedding quilts, pillows etc, we shall not be visiting the store ever again as the customer service is quite appalling....Sort your management out.

I wandered around this shop for at least half an hour, after finding what I wanted I went to the till and the lady that served me said are you the lady in the big campervan ? And I said yes. She said “ we were all talking about you when you drove in”. There is not a clear view of the car park from the tills ! She must have seen my face and said “oh in a nice way”. The lady on the till continued to try and make small talk but I just wanted to get out of the shop as it was clear that they had followed me around the shop after they had seen me arrive in a motorhome. We were only passing through but we won’t be shopping here again when you make customers feel like that. Do better Dunelm as you have lost what was once a regular loyal customer.

Used Dunelm for made to measure curtains, they sent a gentleman called Bav to measure our bay window. It took about 4 weeks to make, Bav turned up to fit them, very efficient very polite 👏 Made a wonderful job. There service and communication was 1st class, would recommend to anyone Coventry store 5 stars Barry and Julie

If you want stuff to fix your 10 year old leather sofa, Dunelm is the place to go

Dunelm is a good place to go if you need to buy household products. All manner of well made things are available at reasonable prices. They have a website where you can search for the item you need at your local Dunelm to see if they have it in stock.

I just follow the wife around this place with a basket/trolley, she loves it.

Always manage come away with everything we went on for (and plenty we didn't) from Dunelm. The range of products is always pretty good and the prices are not too bad either. The only thing that always lets this Dunelm down is the staff serving. On our last visit, we were served by someone who barely spoke to us and was chewing gum. Customer service doesn't seem high on their priority which is a shame as it's so important. If businesses don't want people to take their custom online, they have to make visiting a physical store a pleasant experience, they certainly don't do that here in my experience.

We came for brunch before shopping. I had a breakfast Fully loaded bap which had bacon, sausage egg, hash brown etc .and my wife had toast & marmalade .My roll buttered, with . generous fillings. was tasty .My wife had really good quality toast with generous portions of butter We had flat whites to drink. Very friendly and helpful customer service here

Title: Horrible Customer Service - Avoid This Store at All Costs! I had an infuriating experience at this store, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. I wanted to buy a tablecloth, and after waiting for 30 minutes with no assistance, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager flat out refused to come because she was "busy." After persistent asking, she finally showed up, only to be incredibly rude and dismissive. She claimed they were short-staffed and told me to "just go and wait there." Her attitude and lack of responsibility are appalling - she has no business being a manager! To make matters worse, the two elderly ladies working in the tablecloth section were completely useless. They moved at a snail's pace, chit-chatting and wasting time instead of helping customers. This store is a joke, with staff who don't work and a manager who is utterly unqualified and rude. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother visiting this store!

Very angry an unhappy piss poor customer service. Brought two lamp shades not cheap ones . Gutted to find that when I opened the second one quite a few bits missing. Took it back to the nuneation store which is alot closer to home. Was horrified I have to pay a delivery fee to get the matching one . Total Rip off!!!!@ Here me a mug of a customer supporting your shops and I get ripped off too. Well I will be taking this further to head office total con job! I don't . Don't expect anymore of my trade bloody joke very Angry and unhappy .I hope you go the same way as woolworths you can see why people use Amazon! Worse customer service ever!

Free parking for customers ,can be busy though.

It's a bit like your Granny's attic (it's ram packed with goodies( just not as dark and dusty. Dunelm stocks a wide variety of (mainly) household goods (bedding, kitchen goodies, lights etc.) at very reasonable prices. There is also a cafe at the back of the store, I'm not sure if this is the norm as this is the only Dunelm store I've visited, but I haven't looked at the menu let alone actually eaten there - but maybe one day I will.

Great place to get goods for your home

We called here before shopping in the store . I had a breakfast sandwich which had bacon, sausage egg, hash brown etc .and my wife had a hot cross bun .My sandwich was buttered and . generous filling to my which tasted really good as did the lemon meringue pie slice and hot cross bun We had flat whites to drink and ginger biscuit -flat whites are always very good here .Really friendly and helpful customer service Great value

The reason I gave 1 star is for the customer service after an error from their end. Partial order was given at click n collect and when I came back for the rest of my order after checking at home, the response from till counter was IT'S AN ERROR. I gave my extra time to re-visit for the customer service error and what do I get in return ATTITUDE! NO SIGN OF AN EMPATHY NOR AN APOLOGY!! At the very next moment I just returned all the 17 order I placed. I am so regular online customer and never I faced such a bad customer service anywhere.

This is a one stop shop for home. Making your home more relaxing because of affordable items you can shop in here. I have 5 stars because not every body is rude. Some are not as professional as it can be. Asking for products he will just say look there at the back. But there are some staff they go and beyond for their work so its unfair if i dont give 5 stars for those go and beyond with the customers.

Well presented shop for customers needs

Customer service was practically non-existent here. The queue was building up and the till staff (or lack thereof) were either working at a snail's pace or standing around gawking at their mobile phones. I was very close to abandoning ship and when I did get serves, the young man was so miserable, I thought I would have insulted him by saying 'have a nice day!' From now on, I will just continue to shop somewhere that has self-checkouts or online.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the exceptional staff who helped my family (with additional needs) to access the store today. They were kind and understanding, and went to extraordinary lengths to assist us. I hope their manager might see this review; I was so impressed by their efforts to help us.

Not the best experience, staff are helpful but refunds are very slow to materialise and excuses plentiful . You really need to up your game .

Good products, just never agree to take an e-mailed receipt. If you think they will retain an electronic record, you're wrong. Always retain the old-fashioned printed version, easier for returns.

Was so untidy around most of the store, lady on the till who served me should never be allowed to do this job, no smile, no hello, thank you, on passing comment about this her reply was she's had problems today.

I love that they do the gifting Christmas tree. Always plenty of choice for what you are looking for and the staff are so helpful.

If you look at the reviews for all local Dunelm stores this is the lowest rated store in the West Midlands Renit. The store is always empty. The way it’s laid out is poorly done and feels more like a jumble sale, and it’s cramped. The staff all look miserable and the customer service is dreadful. This seems to be the overall theme on this particular stores reviews. They all need customer service training, including the passive aggressive over promoted store Manager, who will do all she can to make your issue worse instead of trying to help. No wonder staff are so unhappy when they have a person like that leading them (leading is a strong word) . This store is a very poor representation of Dunelm which is a shame as their products are great, but every time we visit this store we don’t buy anything and leave feeling all happiness has been sucked out of our souls! I joke, but the customer hating management here is no joke!

I was bullied in this particular store when I went to buy rug with my wife, a store attendant was told to change the item that was just bought same day but he rudely returned the money via card, we went to pick up another items and before stepping in to change the attendant had sneaked out of the counter and the supervisor came rudely and snatched the item from us and told others not to attend to us, she humiliated me and my wife and we where not sold to and she was being so racial and bullying. This is the worst experience I have ever gotten all my life.

I have been to three different Dunelm stores in the past 2 days and I must say the Coventry one is by far the best one and I have travelled on purpose to go there. Space is well organised and there are many discounts and offers. One of the people there was so nice that made us order a missing curtain online, pay through their iPad and collect from the store in Rugby ( the closest to us). 5 stars well deserved.

Certainly short staffed at this store 17 people waiting to get served at 13 30. Not good customer service at all Thursday 17 10.

Great store for interesting furnishings

Dirty, dirty,dirtyarrived10.30 on a Sunday, cafe area had not been cleaned !!! Staff miserable,, you need to get some positivity !!

Parking is criminal. Ended up paying £269 for overstaying 3 hour free parking. Never shopping there again.

I do love Dunhelm. Anything needed for my home is available, having not long moved home I bought most things from Dunhelm. One criticism is that space to move around with a trolley can be challenging, so much stock not enough room!

Everything you need for the home plus a nice cafe serving tea coffees toasted sandwiches cakes etc.

Standard Dunelm, you know what to expect, good for some household bits, generally not the cheapest but quality is okay, can be a bit hit and miss.

Well run shop , staff very helpful

I went in to buy myself some supplies for uni, ended up finding a lovely potted plant decoration for supposedly £7 which was such good value. I proceeded to the check out only to find it was £22. They double checked the price for me, which I did appreciate, but when I went to go check it myself I was met with an extremely rude worker who gaslit me when I explained how I had gotten confused over the price, and had no compassion or sympathy for me when I expressed how misleading the price was (as it had been hung on the wrong peg). As I was leaving the store, having not bought the item, I heard her mock me from behind which was extremely rude. Dunelm have great products but absolutely awful customer service, please train your staff to be nicer!!

The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond considering I was told my order would be ready in 3hrs. 5hrs later and no notification so I went there and the staff explained that one of the items on my 10 item order was out of stock (someone should of advised the website). But they offered me a free upgrade alternative and had me out of the store within 5mins

11:55 ish Wednesday 6th September - very nice woman on checkout had a lovely conversation to a little boy about dinosaurs before serving us. Give this woman a raise. Great customer service.

Gets so full of stock that it is impossible to find anything, or even walk comfortablely between displays. Much preferred the store when it knew it's position in the market place. Selling fabric, linen and habidashery

Ordered a blind online. The advét stated it vould be fitted internally or externally.. it cannot be fitted externallyand there were no instructions. In addition, we brought two smaller blinds and paif online , arrived at the store almost 1 hour away to be informed, they didn't have those in stock. Should I ha e known this when ordering, I wouldnt have gone through with the order. A complete waste of time, money and petrol!

Staff were really ignorant on the till, we were waiting to pay and there were two pairs of staff in their own conversations behind the till. One pair was looking at things on one of their mobile phones and the other pair both were just chatting. A different till staff member on the furthest till away from us was about to walk back to the shop floor when she saw us and went back to her till to serve us. The other four who we were closest to were still none the wiser. She actually had to past them to head back out to the shop floor. Yet, none of them was aware we were there or that she walked back to her till. Thank you to the girl who went back to her till and served us. I did thank her at the time, whilst sharing my disbelief of the ignorant behavior of the other four.

I enjoyed visiting and shopping. There are thousands of products inside. You can find almost everything you are looking for about the house. Bathroom products, kitchen products, garden accessories, such as carpets and chandeliers. It's due inside. The cafe has drinks and snacks. Available in customer restroom. Some products have discounts. You should set aside at least 1 hour for this store. I really liked the towel aisle. There are towels in almost every color. Hobby products and practice tools are also available. I made my payment without waiting at the cashier. It was a quiet store.

As usual, near perfect. Staff very helpful, products brilliant at the prices shown, parking again perfect. I purchased two wicker waste baskets £7.00 each. A bargain.

Staff had dirty nails and a face like a slapped....they did not smile when they looked at you and spoke and behaved unprofessionally as we ate. One heard saying in the kitchen 'err I'm not eating that shi!' We ordered drink and toasties and as one made the drinks which took 5 mins the other 2 stood washing up and chattering. Once the drink was made the one washing up had finished and then came out and put the toasties in the grill. Slow, i professional in behaviour and conduct dragging their feet and talking like at home. Other staff came up and got drinks and it beglcame a hang out for staff. Those behind counter all drinking the customer served drinks just not professional environment. Food ok. Choices good. Frappe was warm.

A range of household items Bedding Furniture Curtains They also doo made to order curtains, the colour and styles are very unique and good in price, very affordable, there is a coffeeshop inside which you can sit and order simple items, the baby changing room is towards the end of the store at the left and it was very clean with a comfy table. Each shelf has a few of the items on it and you can order more either in the store with the help if the staff or do online at your convenience. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The only thing is about check out, unlike Costco or IKEA that they bring scanner to you and large items, you have to put everything on the desk for them to be scanned. Its not helpful with long or bulky items. So I take 1 star out for this for management.
