Costa in Worcester

This is the only Costa I'll use for home delivery, not my closest but always get everything right 👏👏

Missing items two order in a row now, great coffee and good delivery times- but please get the order right!

1) management 2) listen to your customers 3) ensure you deliver what they ordered 4) poor recruitment 5) unprofessional attitudes

I only ordered 2 items, 1 was wrong and the other was luke warm

Good service, not so many cake but still enough, nice atmosphere.

Over charged not happy that's theft

The fudge chocolate mocha I ordered did not have any syrup in the drinks

Arrived within the timeframe given. Coffee was too strong and bitter. Ordered one latte and one cappuccino. Cups not labelled. The cappuccino was only 3/4 full. Have photos.

I ordered an egg and bacon brioche and was delivered an egg, mushroom and spinach roll. I hate mushrooms so this totally spoilt my brunch. There was no notification of the change in on the app or via email. This is not good enough. Had I had an allergy to one of the ingredients, this could have been dangerous.

Cinnamon roll was dry and the coffee bitter.

Has my order got lost on delivery ?

Yesterday we stopped for coffee at Costa st Peter's Tesco. We would like to give a big thank you to the lady serving around 11.30, she was on her own working calm & attending the customers no flustered comments just served the queue. Most people took their cups plates ect to an area keeping tables clear. Working on her own with large amount of customers she couldnt be doing everything Happy New Year to the lady in question

Service is very slow. We needed to wait a good 10 mins before we could order. Costa coffee is always good .

Delivery driver was great just took long time too too make

For the second time in a row, my order was wrong, very wrong. In fact, I did not receive ANY of the items I ordered. Now you are holding back on a refund because its happens twice. Blame the customer for your incompetence.

Unfortunately no coffee could be served as their machine had sprung a massive leak and had to be shut down, just as I arrived! They were waiting for a technician to come and fix it, but that was going to take some time. Staff could only serve tea. I enjoyed the tea.....

Where do I start . I found Codta Coffee at Tesco very clean and tidy. A good atmosphere and good selection of food .the staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The to young ladys are very good at there job, you wish for better service. Lovely seating which good has well. I like to say thank you from Graham, Valerie and Janet.

Stuff very slowly, totally different coffe than ordered (never drunk anything so discousting). The worst costa ever.

Turned up at 4.46pm on 29th October and it was closed, if it says open till 5pm it should be open till 5pm. Terrible service

Called into the costa for a couple of cakes after shopping at Tescos. One of the assistants politely asked if we were eating in or taking out to which we replied taking out. She said that was fine as they were about to close. We walked over to the counter to met with a welcome of ‘we are closed’ from the assistant behind the counter. We explained that we’d been told that a take away was fine but she just looked at the assistant that greeted us and said ‘she should not have said that’ and walked off. It may have been an innocent mistake by the first assistant but I believe a little customer service training may be needed by the second. Never had a problem at costa before so let’s hope it’s a one off!

I went to this Costa for a quick cup of coffee, the service was slow but as there were only 2 members of staff on I felt like this was understandable and not a problem. I made my order specifying I wanted a latte with coconut milk due to a dairy allergy, not a problem. My issue was when it was being made, they made my friends first no problems made with regular milk... then they proceeded to make my drink with normal milk and not coconut. If i hadn't of been watching or asked if it was definitely coconut milk I would of drunk it and be none the wiser and then have an allergic reaction and not know what I'd reacted to. The staff remade the drink no problem, and they were lovely the entire time. I just think that more care should be made when someone asks for an alternative milk to make sure it is the alternative due to allergies.

2 x sandwiches, 2 x sweets, 2 x coffees. Received 1 x sandwich, 1 x sweet, 2 x coffees. Absolutely useless. And the sandwich we did receive looked like it had been thrown across the room.

Nice coffee shop. Though you have to use the supermarkets toilets which were pretty gross when we were there.

Belgian chocolate chip cookie missing, but replaced with another pack of 2 triple chocolate cookies. Thank you!

Unfortunately your driver neither speaks nor very little English, so even though it clearly stated on the order who the delivery was for he struggled to do that task which is what you are all about

Needed shopping, so my partner and I decided to walk as we live around 20mins away. Arrived there only to find I'd forgotten to bring my mask!! I thought as they can be obliging I'd ask if customer services would allow me a spare one. No way!! They were definitely not obliging, in fact, quite rude 😕. I won't be going there again!!

Bought my fiance a pot of tea and myself a medium latte we really enjoyed it, the staff were very nice they bought our drinks over too 🙂

The staff really let this place down. They lack speed and urgency. Clearly they have now passion for delivering quality service.

I use this Costa a lot when shopping in Tesco. It's usually pretty busy, but staff are normally very switched on and welcoming and cope well with the volume of customers. One member of staff has be quite surly a few times, but I've found all the others really pleasant and welcoming. Coffees and snacks are good.

The staff are slow and don’t listen to their customers. I once requested two soya bonfire spiced lattes. The girl argued claiming I had only asked for one drink. Totally unacceptable for people who work in a customer facing environment

On a busy friday morning the baristas had their hands full. Not a massive fan of Costa as I prefer independents with a shorter wait. But nice enough. Cakes looked good but resisted as on a diet!

Extremely Expensive but needed a Hot drink in the Worc royal hospital due to shock of seeing a relation in intensive care unit on life support, as none of the other shops/cafes in main Hospital or anywhere in hospital were open.

Well what can I say I was dragged into this costa my wife wanted a coffee and a cake the service was slow and what I paid for one cake for her I could of got a pack of 5 of the shelf for the same price.All in all it's like all the costa chain very over priced do yourself a favour find a cafe where you get value for your money

Usually good at breakfast. Not too busy and consistent coffee and food. The breakfast offer for a bacon or egg roll for £2 when you buy a medium coffee is pretty decent.

well as we are frequent visitors after shopping at Tesco...this weekend will be the last...poor service. dirty cups. plastic knives. cracked coffee glass what are you doing Costa ???? apology hmmm NO....

Was served by George on Monday 17th just after 8a.m. My Grandaughter had a babychino which was served in a takeaway cup & I was handed a marshmallow in a serviette (?). There were no plain croissònt which was disappointing as there are normally. Service is usually excellent - Harry always serves the babychino in a cup with saucer & spoon & marshmallow, bringing it over on a tray. Shame about the slip in standards. Training issue? Helen

The cafe was empty when we arrived. It was clean tidy and inviting. The staff seemed to be very slow at giving us our drinks. Our frostino’s where nice As a chain they should provide the same service standards throughout

Pleasant visit with nice seats watching the world pass by on the High street opposite the Guild Hall

Male Staff member was extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. They brought a take out cup and take out sandwich box to my table just in case i had to leave as i am on call with work. Atmosphere was nice and it was all very tidy and clean. Staff members a male and female look like they work well together. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop.

Called here whist waiting for my wife. Ordered a flat white and a chocolate tiffin. Simmone who served me very friendly and a good atmosphere in this Costa .My flat white could have been just a little hotter. It tasted okay but have had more flavoursome ones at other Costas. Surprised no serviette was provided on my plate for my tiffin and could not find any on display-these “small things “ are important!

I love the coffee culture but I do find that this chain is very expensive. The ambiance in th I s shop is not so nice being attached to Tesco but it's handy to recharge your battery whilst waiting for the car to be cleaned.
