Cromwell's Bistro in Warwick

We had a staff night of drinks here and well all loved it, the layout was perfect for our group of 10

Been here a few times with the family. The food was fine and quite good value. There was not much atmosphere and it was very quiet. It was clean though with parking nearby .

A pesar de haber reservado una mesa para cuatro y no ser absolutamente ningún otros clientes esa noche la calidad de la comida era bastante pobre. Yo tenía lo que pensamos que sería un excelente plato principal, lubina a £11.50 . Ninguno de la comida estaba caliente, el acompañamiento de arroz salvaje fue una pérdida de tiempo y dinero, haber podido para caber dentro de un muy pequeño eggcup. Tuve que pedir camas supletorias chips para hacer la comida merece la pena y, como resultó, éstas eran las únicas cosas buenas en el menú. Los otros huéspedes ordenados fish and chips y bistec sobresaliente, que eran sólo pasable y nada a destacar.

Part of Grand Hotel has nice bistromfayre. Good for sunday lunch at only £10 we enjoyed a meal for with drinks at around £55

We only used this for drinks which were reasonable and the staff were very friendly.

Wait nearly an hour served cold starters. wait over an hour served cold undercooked vegetables - potatoes nearly raw. when we complained to waitress no recompense made just some inaudible excuse about the chef. when we complained to manager told thank you with a smile as if we'd complimented them.

Went here for a birthday meal out, 5 of us in total and took over an hour for the main courses to arrive. When it did arrive the veg was cold, main meat Luke warm, soup was cold and in general not very satisfied. When we did complain about food being cold it was met with a poor reaction from staff and even less interest from the manager.
