Kaspa's Desserts in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Appalling customer service. Went in and there was a group of teenage girls having a party. We were ordered to sit at a cramped table in the window. We were ignored for 15 minutes, then eventually after the girl behind the counter could no longer avoid eye contact, she grunted "the tills free now if you want to order" we got up, left and went to McDonalds

Went in when it was really quiet and they wanted to sit us on a really cramped table by the window. We asked if we could have a booth and were rudely and sarcastically told ‘not really’. Apparently it was because it was busy, despite there being at least 10 booths available - it was literally dead in there. Absolutely appalling customer service. First time there and will be my last.

We visited Kaspas Nuneaton beggining of September. Ordered 2 sundeas. Theay were nice, even a bit pricy. After a week decided to order home delivery via JustEat. Delivery was quick, but sundeas extremely poor. Much smaller than when eat-in the restaurant as well as cost 9-10£ per sundea. Horrible. Don't offer home delivery if you can't keep with quality and standards.

Great loved it amazing selection from ice cream to crepes and waffles will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I only wanted something small to cool off with... How can there be such a wait when only 4 tables were seated 🤣😂

just left from here a bit ago, me, my husband and our 3 year old just popped in for some ice cream, my husband went over and asked for some tissue for my little one & one of the ladies said “ what” in such a high pitched voice that i could hear it from my table where i was sat. found it rude, that all he asked for was tissue and the reaction given by the staff member was a bit surprising and disgusting. been coming here for a while since it’s been opened, but after todays incident don’t think i’d like to come back again after the treatment given by the staff member in particular. there were 2 ladies working, one whom was very polite and helpful and the other just came from the back with a fiesty attitude and my husband asked for tissue and she said “ what” as if she couldn’t understand what he was saying. found it a bit racist as we are muslims.

The sundaes are scrummy, and great for a treat! The staff were obliging, courteous; and friendly. There was one discrepancy unfortunately, we ordered 3 chocolate fudge brownie sundaes, 2 of them had chocolate sauce, but one did not. It was not until after it eaten that the person knew, for sure it was missing, by then, it was too late! It was lovely, the brownie was warm and moist, but for a chocaholic, choc sauce would have been better! I would definitely recommend Kaspas, to take the children for a treat, meet your friends, celebrate.

Loved the desserts, the atmosphere, friendly staff, first time visit and I really enjoyed it. No wait for a booth witch I thought were quiet jazzy. Order cake pretty quick to be fair and tasted really good , thank god for the take away box too . Price was fair to eat out these days

Clueless staff, overpriced desserts overloaded with sugar, but overall, an average visit. Good intentions, but wouldn't rush back too soon. The decor WAS fantasric, probably better than what we actually ate!

staff have no clue . When asking for the nutritional value sheet they did not have a clue what it meant and then said they have 150 stores in the UK - but if you have 150 stores in the UK then why don't you have a nutritional value sheet for people will illnesses ( diebeties.ect..).It was like a playground .There were kids (teens) overrunning the place .overrunning all outside and inside the place with their shirts off acting like it is a playground.The staff hade no control whatsoever of the store and they have no security in sight . Dissapointing. They definitely are loosing money because of the service .We had to end up getting a takeaway .I was disappointed because I am a diebetic and I could not eat a THING because they did not have the slightest idea of what carbohidrates are . I do NOT recommend eating here and definitely not after 7 . Thank you.

Customer service terrible. Staff stood chatting instead of serving customers. Waited quite a while for a table as staff were ignorant. Staff were also very rude to customers, but very pleasant to eachother. My food would have been nice if I didn’t have to wait such a long time to have it.

Wow, the desserts are heavenly and the choice is superb. You have the choice of both hot or cold desserts. You usually have a little wait after ordering, but this is because each dessert is made to order and looks and tastes delicious. This is a great addition to the shopping centre of Nuneaton.

This was our second visit and was hoping it would be better than our first, but service was slow despite there only being a few people at tables. People coming in for take always were being prioritised. We had to ask how long our order would be, and only then did someone start to make it. Our previous visit had been when it just opened and our dessert was not as advertised. Again the service was slow. There are better ice cream parlours locally but as this one is in town I was hoping for better things.

Visited here with my friend for the first time and absolutely loved it. I had a Sundae and my friend had a crepe covered in Nutella and strawberries. Service was very quick, just struggled to eat it all on my own

The desserts here are absolutely stunning, came here with my boyfriend twice. Absolutely stunning crepes, waffles and shakes. Couldn't find a bad fault about them! 😊

Unfortunately never got to try there desserts as at 8pm they were cleaning up and would only do takeaway, a family member had even rang earlier in the day to check times. Very disappointed and will not bother again. Ended up at Sweet treats on the Watling, which was lovely and open :)

Went here over the weekend as we wanted a coffee, but ended up staying for a waffle and cheesecake.

So another day, another Kaspa's. Under every rock there's a Creams or a Kaspa's. Surprised to see one open in Nuneaton. So the waffle is fluffy and light. They have a new gimmick of adding things into the base itself, one of the options being Oreo. It didn't taste much of Oreo so just a gimmick till they do something better.
