I believe in judging businesses on how they handle things when they go wrong, I ordered online a got a phone call soon afterwards to say my order couldn't be fulfilled due to the threat of riots in Nuneaton and it was for driver safety which I totally understood my refund hadn't been processed by head office so I called back the next day and they sent a driver out to give me a refund in cash which I felt was excellent service. I'll definitely be ordering again ( when there's no riots) excellent customer service. I highly recommend I have eaten from here before and the food is good too.

Obviously not rating on atmosphere as my pizza was delivered in great time. The pizza from this takeaway is always great however my 1.5ltr drink was red hot on this occasion.

Lovely food as normal. Only thing is when I ordered the donner wrap meals I asked for cheese in the wrap not on my chips as the first option for cheese I presumed for wrap which I clicked as further down u have and option for cheese on chips which I didn’t click. Apart from that we love the food here never had any issues x

Better pizza than the other chains. And the wings were very tasty. The burger was nice and the kebab was 5 star, lots of salad and sauce. And delivery man was very nice also 😏

Pizza was burnt, bland and missing one of the toppings ordered. Also ordered x2 banoffee pies and x1 chocolate fudge cake but received x3 banoffee pies and no fudge cake. I called to explain and was advised they would send a replacement pizza (this arrived 40 minutes later and I fairness was much better) They also said they sent x3 banoffee pies as they've ran out of fudge cake... not good enough, my son is now sat here with no dessert as he doesn't like banoffee, why allow me to order and take my money if it's not available? Not happy at all, complete waste of money, will definitely not be ordering from here again!

Litrually just gave me a burger that was Iver cooked the night before or earlier on in the day its absolutely disgusting

The last time we ordered, the fries tasted a bit rubbery. We put it down to being a one-off but we experienced the same with this order. The burger was fine but the fries were even worse this time. They were darker in colour with some tasting not cooked through or rubbery. I have a feeling old oil is being used or fries already cooked are being reheated to sell on. It’s put us off from ordering again.

Snappy Tomato Pizza in bedworth makes great pizza every time. Unfortunately this time the great pizza was different to the one we ordered, but they sent us the correct one, thanks very much for sorting that out!

usually good but good had obviously been dropped as toppings were all on one half of the pizza. not great!

will not be ordering again order not complete and the spend £30 or more and get a free drink offer wasn't honoured. when i called them to question where the rest of the order was and about the free drink was spoken too extremely rudely and was denied a refund on the missing items (will be taking this up with justeat directly)

New Years Eve Last minute decided to order pizza, good delivery time, and enough for all family, food was hot too!

Had food from others closer before and has arrived cold, this arrived red hot but was further away. Tasted superb, good quality ingredients. Drink was ice cold too. Order with confidence that you’ll get good food.

The Beast is our favourite and it's huge great for when you having a party/guest round wil definitely be using again

The menu is misleading, and it is massively overpriced. The burgers don’t come with chips, even though the menu gives an option to add cheese to the chips when ordering the burgers. There is even a picture on the menu when you go through to burgers, of a burger with fries next to it. Paid nearly £35 for 2 basic processed burgers, a pizza and food packaging from the 1980s. The little food we did have was okay, just wouldn’t have expected to have paid that for it.

Spent £40 and food wasn’t great, didn’t get the things we ordered and order was late even though I ordered it at 5pm for 7:15pm so plenty of notice 🤦🏼‍♀️ it’s not like it was a difficult order either. Very disappointed

The pizzas were amazing quality and had loads of toppings. Definitely the best pizzas in Bedworth, wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

Ive ordered man times from you before.... however you chose to add a £4 delivery fee 0.5 bag charge and and a 0.50 service charge? £17 for a 10 inch stuff crust pizza no dip was a stretch and then £11 for a bottle of wine....i could have accepted that ....but an extra £5 charge? Im not going to use you or just eat again

I order from here all the time. The fries and chicken bites were red hot. The pizza however, this time, was cold and tasteless.

Kebab meat didn't taste nice & the spicy chicken bites had no heat or spicyness at all. They were just lumps of breaded chicken with a nasty flavour to it.

Ridiculous!!! I ordered a portion of chips for delivery which was £2.75 already overpriced. The food has now come and that portion of chips was in a small burger box. Can you imagine!!! Day light robbery!! And the staff taking the order has no patience and manners. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!

Food was ok. My burger and fries were cold. Rest was like warm. Wasn’t too happy. Was really hungry ended up leaving over half. Thr. Only had the chocolate fudge cake in the end

The only 2 items that were any good in my order was the 2 things they didn't make the ice cream and can of vimto, burger was inedible with lettuce that resembled a lady of the night and at the end of the night at that smothered in questionable sauce.

Great food would not order from here again though as had to pay £6 for delivery which I think is disgusting.

Both pizzas and kebab were lukewarm at best and portion of chips cold, chips under mixed kebab, were cold too, I ordered salad with kebab but got tiny bit of dress salad and chips to disguise the lack of meat This is the second time my order has been rubbish, so doubt I will order again

The food was amazing, was warm and incredible especially the cheesy garlic bread. Everything that I ordered was there, nothing was missing. Everyone enjoyed their food. Would definitely recommend to anyone who fancies a takeaway. It’s our go to takeaway normally :). Just love it

The garlic bread was described, made with pizza bread. This is correct. I assumed it would be a garlic bread pizza. It was actually, two SLICES of pizza stuck together. So when split, one slice was bare and the other had cheese on it. It was a mess. Delivery was very quick.

ordered a south of the board with doner meat and you get the little bits of the doner the size of a half a penny joke also the tomato sauce was sacrifed

Sent wrong pizza. Restaurant said they would send free garlic bread with replacement. When the replacement pizza arrived an hour after the sides there was NO free garlic bread and the rest of the food was now cold at this point. A waste of nearly £30 on an order. Disappointing as it’s usually really nice from here

£31 for the worst pizza and kebab I have ever had in my life. Honestly stick to papa johns or dominoes. Pizza turned up looking like my two year old had composed it. Gave the manager a call with the chance to rectify it but refused to help or assist in any way.

Ordered £35 worth off food that looked about £10 worth. Got my food and my pizza was all squashed in the box. I called the restaurant and they was very rude. Definitely wouldn’t order again from there

Really disappointed with the order we have just received. We paid £31.30 with delivery and received a sad looking bland pizza, some chips with the regular and large box melted together and an over priced cold kebab. I called to discuss issues with the pizza and was told by the manager that he made the pizza himself and that’s how it should look and there is nothing he can do for me despite on the “red tape” section of the website it saying… “Our absolute priority is to serve you with the best tasting range of Pizzas, Sides and Extras, together with the highest standards of Customer Service and we will always work to ensure your complete satisfaction.” Very disappointed as we’ve spent more than we would have done at dominoes!

The app isn’t in sync with the delivery , we were in the garden and almost missed delivery because according to just east it was still at the restaurant, driver didn’t seem to happy either
