Just got a tea from here. Was £1.90 for a regular takeout cup, which isn't extortionate but by no means cheap. I live less than a quarter mile from here and never been because it's open almost morning-exclusively. Fairly cramped and there is no wheelchair accessibility but the interior is charming.

The guy who wrote a crap review needs to dry his eyes. This is a decent cafe with decent people who reside. If you font like it book a table at the ritz. Top quality service. Top food.

Great little place that has good foot fall of customers. Ordered the full breakfast that came without the fried bread. Instant coffee. Clean inside with tables wipeddown. Really comfortable inside.

The bacon and cheese omelette with chips is delicious; with a nice even amount of cheese and bacon in the omelette, and the chips are nice and fluffy.

Frannie Annie's was by the best eatery I've ever visited in Nuneaton. The service is exemplary. The food is exceptional. The ambience is unparalleled. I can only thoroughly recommend to those that have never visited such a delight.

Breakfast was fresh , hot and pretty damn perfect , service was excellent and timely , but unfortunately they have no toilet facilities. , which is a shame because it's possibly the best Breakfast in Nuneaton

Been here a few times now and the food is always spot on, the prices are great for what you get. Staff are honestly lovely will definitely come back for more - my only critique would be that I wish the coffees were bigger but that's just because I love coffee🤣😅 Honestly, recommend this place so much!

Started a job last week round the corner and wanted a bacon an sausage cob so Google’s cafe’s near me.frannie Annie’s was 3 minutes away so gave it a go,was already busy so thought that was a good sign.ordered a bacon and sausage cob and also a ham salad and have to say it was probably the nicest pair of cobs Iv ever had.fresh,bigger then your average too.so went back the next day and had the same!!fair price,little wait but cos it’s a good cage it’s expected.will be back when I’m in the area again for sure.can’t fault it,the breakfasts that were flying out looked amazing too.great little cafe,nice staff and very fair on price.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My GF and I have been coming here quite often for the past 6 months or so, it's a lovely little place too have a breakfast. The food is always top notch and great value for money too. I like the peace and quiet atmosphere in there too. Definitely check this one out guys you won't be disappointed, it's a little gem I tell ya plus you can pay by card! 😉

Best breakfast I've had in a cafe, just a shame the brown sauce Aldi's such a nice breakfast needs HP sauce, but brilliant cafe. Pancakes 10/10 too.

My partner phoned through the order and the person taking the order must have not listened or written it down both orders we're wrong - missing toms off one sandwich and brown sauce instead of red sauce on the other 🤢

Average breakfast, below average customer service from Frannie herself. I’d give minus stars if I could. Avoid if you’re after a warm face to serve you and avoid if you want half decent sausages. The staff were being clicked at like they’re some sort of stray dog and I got looked at like a piece of dog muck on the bottom of her shoe. Frannie Annie more like Frannie Angry.

After reading previous reviews I can see that I am not alone in how myself & my partner were left feeling. We ordered & collected an order which was wrong, my partner asked to order some drinks before he left & some sauces, this seemed to be a huge inconvenience to the owner (Fran), not very sure why. She was clicking at her staff which has infuriated us both, if either of us did that in our jobs we would be at the Job Centre looking for new roles. The staff looked bedraggled at the sheer amount of orders being barked at them & the way they were being spoken to. Kindness costs nothing & you should treat those how you want to be treated. She then humiliated my partner in front of all of the customers, some laughed (clearly regulars) & others left (obviously disgusted at her customer service skills). I really think Fran needs to reconsider how she talks to people, you really don’t know what’s going on in someone’s life & you could be the person that sends someone into a spiral. Deep for a post about a fry up but customer service goes a long long way! The only thing that saves this business are the attitudes of the other staff working there. Had previous breakfasts from there but when Fran is at work, the toast is warm bread & the orders are wrong. Unfortunately won’t be bringing our custom to back to Frannie Annies, bang average breakfast & derogatory customer service. Attached is my half empty coffee that tastes nothing like a mocha. What a shame

Great cafe, friendly service. I'm not usually one for eating any fry ups but I gave this place a shot. Good value for money and quality food. I had one of the king sized sausage, bacon and mushroom baps, loved it!

The food isn't great from here Edit after reply from owner: The bread was cheap and not very fresh. The quality of the sausage wasn't great, the bacon was too undercooked for my liking and all the food was pre cooked and heated up on ordering. I find this a shame because it was a nice cosy little place and the staff seemed nice. I only order to take out on my way to work so my rating is based purely on the quality of the food.

Whilst we were staying in Nuneaton, at The Manor Hotel, we had our breakfast at "Frannie Annie's" Cafe which is just across the road from the hotel. My two Sons ,and I, had a very nice breakfast, a very nice breakfast indeed. The staff were very good in the service, and cleanliness of the Cafe and themselves and the standard of the food was excellent.it was, also, inexpensive.If we go back to Nuneaton we shall DEFIANTLY go to Frannie Annie's" again for our food.I recommend that if you are in Nuneaton that you pay a visit to "Frannie Annie's" you WILL NOT be disappointed I assure you.

Ordered as a walk in on Sunday. ordered two batches at 11:15, finally was cooked at 12:08. Food was nice, its just a shame that the cook (whom i led to believe is the owner) was cooking peoples orders one at a time. Seriously order in advance people.

Really peacefull and so quiet inside. Fast service and huge choice in food. Just 3 other guys redusing to 2 other when i poped in. Definately a place to go for breakfast with somthing for everyone. Maybe a radio on quietly could break the silence or be turned up when that anoying customer comes in ;)

Frannie Annies is a good CAFÉ and I've always enjoyed it but the one thing that lets it down is that it's not up to date with this website they need to put a contact number and opening and closing times

Went there today for breakfast as my son and I went the other week also went last Friday with my daughter and the food was fine unfortunately I cannot say the same today The cook seemed flustered as there was a few customers in already we all ordered the 11 item menu bacon under cooked beans warm scrambled egg runny daughters vegetarian sausage still frozen in the middle mushrooms barely warm sorry will not be going back

This is a mixed review as parts were ok and others not so. Party of 4 , 2 meals came out then ten minutes later another 2 so that wasent good. Bacon under cooked on all four meals. Scrambled eggs watery on 2 meals Cold mushrooms cold potatoes. Veg sausage frozen in middle. Fried Eggs over cooked. Chips were ok on one meal. I liked fried bread, bread and butter and tea. Alas the rest was average. I was disappointed as it was recommended to us. Decor ok but to small a resturant really.cramped and to close to each table. Service lady was good. It was busy so some parts must be ok but not for us today. We probably won't be back I'm afraid.

Great place for breakfast and lunch, not to expensive and very friendly people. It's normally busy so sometimes you have to wait, if you don't want to wait you can always decide to take your order home

Placed an order for delivery @ 1pm for the workplace as we do every Friday to be told we had to collect due to no drivers, went to collect @ 12:55 the food hadn't started to be cooked, then informed they had ran out of batches so had used baguettes but this increased the cost by £1 per item, Only had the exact amount of money available and was told to go and get more on refusal the staff were very rude, finally they allowed me to take the food, got back there was hair in the sausage and egg, and batch missing and it was 1:30 so Lunch break had finished. I am completely dissatisfied with the service we received and can be very sure we will not be using this cafe for Friday Lunch again.

Service was fast and friendly. Personally thought the food was very average. Ordered a pork and stuffing back, pork was very fatty. But it was warm, although I think warmed up in a microwave.May return.

I regularly go to Frannie Annie's for breakfasts on weekend days. The service can unfortunately be a bit hit and miss- on a recent visit the cafe was full to capacity (mainly backed up takeaway orders) and I had to wait 30 minutes for an order of toast and tea. In my experience that was a one off though and there are usually a good amount of staff who are friendly and polite and get the food to you within around 10 minutes. The food quality is consistent, so you know what to expect.Menu pricing is good and although there is not a huge selection, they are good for a simple cooked breakfast and are always happy to substitute items for you to tailor your meal to personal taste.The cafe is small but always clean and has a 'shabby chic' look, with lots of plaques on the walls and obvious thought given to creating a nice atmosphere.

I don't like giving bad reviews I always try to find something good, however we ordered lunch from this place on Friday and the service was appalling. We ordered a variety of items from the "Take-Away/Delivery Menu". The order was placed at about 11.15 am, give or take 5 or 10 minutes. The order was given clearly and precisely, I did not phone the order through but I was sat next to my colleague who did and I heard every word. Whoever took the order told my colleague it would be with us in about 30 minutes. Over an hour later we rang the cafe to find out where our order was, we were told again it was 30 minutes away. Over 2 hours from making our original order was placed, food eventually arrived but the order was wrong. My colleague who paid £2.50 for a bacon and tomato batch/roll ended up with egg and bacon. They missed items off it was a complete mess. This was originally pointed out to the delivery person who began using very strong language in front of not just staff but other people we have in our building, but no apology. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL conduct. My colleague rang to speak to the manager, who instead of apologising began by blaming someone who apparently had begun working there that day. The manager was very defensive, offered no replacement or money off another order, not that we wanted that. An acknowledgment of their poor service and an apology would have been enough. It was not the first time we had used their service but I think it will be the last.

Went here with my family and was very impressed. I liked the different sizes in breakfast small, medium and large and got to choice between 15 items to have on each breakfast. All was cooked to order and was fast. The seating area was very clean and well mantained and the staff where friendly

Came in with mu hubby and two childrens. Place was clean n tidy and staff very friendly. Food came quickly and was spot on, what was better was the bill at the end. Great value and will be returning
