Starbucks in Nuneaton and Bedworth

It's a drive thru coffee shop so it's very simple but the staff were lovely and it was away from the main services so we didn't have to go into the main building which was nice.

Drove through and got a coffee.

Unbelievably slow, 25 minutes wait for one take away coffee.

Went to collect a too good to go bag. I wonder sometimes how people get jobs in customer services. 4 staff stood there was looking at me like a piece of crap on their shoe. Smirking and giggling. Very unprofessional. Not a smile on their face. Very poor experience.

I'd give this tip zero if I could. The place was utterly filthy, the toilet was disgusting and the staff had no attention to either the customers or their environment. In fact, the customers were clearly ruining the staff's very lazy day. As a foot note, not only has the coffee at this branch become exceptionally expensive, a third of a cup of foam is a brilliant con. Had the coffee been nice, I may have felt less aggrieved but this stop was a master class on how not to run a business.

A waste of time. There were five people working, but only one was actually doing any work; the rest of the staff were just having fun together. I waited 15 minutes for my coffee. The lady who made the coffee was very rude—she just placed the coffee on the counter without saying what it was or calling out the name of the person who ordered it. Avoid this place.

Poor surly service, Dirty Tables sticky uncleaned away, dirty floor, condiments area dirty spilt milk and sugar everywhere. Not a please or thank you at any point of the transaction.

Let down by rude young man serving. It was not busy but he was so impatient. Order was wrong when I collected. Duty manager not interested but other staff were lovely

Enjoyed picking up my Frappé no issues will drive through again. They did run out of my favourite pistachio but was able to give another great option.

Undrinkable americano, bitter & metallic taste, waste of money and time, only tasted when back on the motorway so couldn't return it

9 pound for s sausage bap and a medium cappuccino. Half filled cup of cappuccino this has happened twice now and I get attitude when I point it out never again wi I waste my money at this expensive place

£4.40 for a medium latte!!!! An ok latte, no better than greggs which by the way do a medium latte and a breakfast roll for £3.55 all in. Why are Starbucks and costa soooooo much money it's daylight robbery.

Only toilet tissue in the toilets so I did a poo in the sink.

So, I'm a Starbucks employee and just visited Corley services southbound. Ordered 3 drinks and 2 food items just to be told that they can't accept staff discounts because they are a franchise.... not only this I then had to pay full price for all my items and recieved a undercooked pinin. Our motto is to make every moment right... there was no effort of this today. In this situation i would have discounted or suprise and delighted an item. Customer service is number one. Partner training on customer service is needed in this store!

Can't eat the food unless it's gluten free. Very helpful assistants. I like that though it's drive-thru there's a seating area with good views through the windows

Not a fan of Starbucks coffee but didn't have much choice at these services, however it was one of the better coffees I've had from a Starbucks. Shame about the pastries though, not good!!!

Even though I was about the only customer staff still managed to forget to make my order - chatting and giggling obviously more appealing than working. Also bought what was possibly the worst chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Cup of black coffee and a cookie over £6 so I expect more from both products and staff.

Regular stop off. Avoid main rest area. Quick get out and order. Can get drive through. Close to entry and exit roads.

I went to Starbucks to grab my hubby a hot chocolate and the lady who served me, I'm so sorry, I didn't catch her name, but she made my lil boys day with his cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles! Thank you so much for you act of kindness today, it really made our day and my son was super happy! I hope this gets to the right barista because she went above and beyond with her customer service today so thank you x

Decent place for a pitstop while travelling. As with every Starbucks, decent selection of drinks, wasted on me - I have the Latte every time though. Staff were friendly, the place was clean and tidy. Toilets well looked after. Would use again

Love Starbucks, however this one in particular never ever seem to be able to get my order right all I wanted was a vanilla latte and they are simply unable to put vanilla into the latte

I always fall in love with Starbucks I'm a huge fan of.

Friendly and polite staff providing efficient service in a well-maintained store. Quite quiet / no music, so not very homely for a relaxing coffee break but an ideal environment to reply to emails!

Has its own toilet, so we usually park right outside, grab a coffee and use the loo, then head back on the road. Great way to avoid crowds, queues, a long walk to/from the car and gross service station toilets.

Joel made me a caramel macchiato perfectly and deserves to be the manager of the location, he’s the best

Always a great place to go for a decent coffee and a friendly welcome. The team at the moment are really pleasant and don't make you feel like you're in the way! Nothing is too much. Definitely recommend this establishment

Just used the outside outlet on the Northbound side. Ignorant staff,more bothered about talking to each other through their headphones,have no manners,please and thank you obviously not in their vocabulary and drink just put on the counter,didn’t say it was mine,it was just left there,had to ask behind the counter and just got a grunt! I’m so sorry I inconvenienced their day by entering to buy a drink!!!!!!

Quick stop for a coffee fast efficient time saving service for those that haven't got the time to walk around looking for coffee on the motorways

Another stop with my mother who now finds it hard to walk. Easy to stop, help her walk into the unit. I can't do the sitting and watching the TV. The shop is clean, tidy. Staff really helpful, even dropped a cup, which was mopped up, replaced. WILL BE BACK

Came off motorway for cup of coffee and a sandwich, Choice of the usual places decided on Starbucks. Bought the goods, no clean tables, stood looking a young lady appeared with a spray bottle ana a cloth, ahh good. Looked at her as she approached, swung my gaze to the unoccupied tables all with cups wrappers from previous customers on them, thinking a great tables will be cleaned. Stood waiting, But, she left the spray and cloth on a table and decided to arrange bottles in the food display. I waited , but as she was messing with the bottles another lady who I guess was a regular customer or acquaintance, struck up a long conversation. I gave up grabbed some tissues and wiped my own table. On another observation in this place and considering the abundance of viruses lately , the milk for beverages was in a common jar for literally hundreds of customers to use ! Health hazard or what ? not to mention the possibility of tampering with the milk as you can just open the top and add whatever you’d like to everyone’s milk unrestricted or monitored. Get your act together Starbucks.

This was a very pleasant stop and well above what you'd expect at a motorway services. I've only given four stars (I'd have added a half if I could) because of the excessive use of non recyclable labels on everything. We ordered two coffees and each one came with a sticky label as did our two identical croissants! That they were served with recyclable napkins and cutlery made the use of the printed sticky labels even more incomprehensible. Staff were lovely and the place was very clean

Really disappointed this morning, arrived at the drive through a little after 7am to be greeted by "what do you want?" No, good morning, no welcome to Starbucks...I then ordered my drink and a pan au chocolat and the response was "is that it?" Drove round to the collection point and had it "thrown" at me. Usually a great place to stop, but not again.

Customer service was non existent. Waited several minutes for staff to acknowledge me then I was just stared at. I gave my order, no name request. The cashier took payment no thank you or receipt offered. Order was just placed at counter. Most of tables had dirty crockery on them. The toilet was shameful filthy sink and loo flooded floor and toilet roll everywhere. I’d suggest you skip this kiosk and instead go into the larger outlet in the main building.

People serving you coffee on this particular day had a bad attitude towards me and my partner. Felt like they didn't want to be there and me as the customer was a burden. The staff do not communicate very well will not be using again

Charging my car so popped in for a brew One barista working - serving one customer 3 staff chatting and having a laugh around the till and totally ignored me for 2 whole minutes Ignorant I walked out Judging by previous recent reviews it’s not a one off - like I say Starbucks et al, you’ve recently made a big investment - you ought to sort it out

The tables where a mess tables dirty floor a mess asked a member of staff to clean table not happy please avoid bad management breeds bad staff

On paying the staff told me that their system was not working so I could not use my Starbucks card to pay for several drinks and foods !!!! Annoying to say the least, had to use alternative means to pay. Also trying to get the staff to understand that we required a small cup for an elderly relative was near impossible - we gave in ! Rest was fine

Awful really. One of our coffees had a human hair on the inside of the lid. We were there for half an hour and no member of staff did any table wiping at all. Tables were covered in crumbs etc. Won’t use Starbucks again.

Went through the drive thru this morning about 8.15 and got a medium white Americano. Paid by contactless card. Later checked bank and got charged £12.94 for a single cup of coffee. Tried phoning them afterwards but no one answering. Think will avoid in future and just use Costa

Friendly service and nice hot coffee at this welcome break services. It was 6:30am so everywhere was nice and quiet and of course spotless.

Convenient but not much food choice if you are gluten-free. Everything a little more expensive but to be expected on a motorway service area. Like so many Starbucks, everywhere just a little grubby.

Ordered a cortardo served lukewarm, asked them to heat it up, they did a fresh one that was still lukewarm, the next one came half full, was told they cannot serve it hotter than 80 degrees centigrade, it would have been nice if it was a degree above tepid.

If you have a pet with you, use the drive through and they let dogs in, means the dog does not get stressed being left in the car and all the noise going on around the motorway service area.

We stopped for a coffee and look break after a theatre trip in Lichfield. It had to have been around 23.30 and most of Chorley South bound was closed. Starbucks probably wouldn't have been our first choice but it worked out just fine. We had Americano and Cappuccino with fruit toast, normal Starbucks fare, but what made this visit memorable was the lovely barista who served us. Cheeky, funny, fabulous and attentive service. I think his name was Kieran.

Had the funniest tasting hot chocolate when ordered two lattes. Drive through was busy so no time to re-wait. Did mention it. Guess somebody else got our coffees. Lemon cake taster was delicious.

Used services for a toilet break and main Starbucks queue was horrendous so as we were driving straight on we decided to get back in the car and go through the drive through. No queue to order. Staff could relay allergen info confidently and accurately. I misordered which milk but they rectified it in super quick time and all 4 drinks were ready fast and correct. It's not a cheap stop now our kids are older and want to be in on the action! But it gets us through another leg of our journey...
