Lovely food, honestly THE BEST customer service! When there has been issues they have helped me and ever chucked in the old freebie as a apology! What more could you ask! Great value for money I'm a returning customer and have been using for ages now! Very happy with their service etc.

Never ordering here again! Just had a kebab and just projectile sicked it up! Really bad food. Don't order. I would like a refund ! Waste of money...I'm never one to complain but never had a take away and sicked it up half hour later.

Ordered the party mix-grill and fresh naan. The food was really good and you can actually share it, also it's cheaper to order through their website directly than uber eats, saves you 3 to 4 pounds. The only remark, the salad was only lettuce and red onions. Maybe add tomatoes and something else to it.

Food late & cold. Left clear delivery instructions which were comlletely ignored instead spending 10mins on the phone outside while we explained the instructions that he had clearly printed at the top of his delivery order. Bad experience - never use this restaurant with delivery

Nothing was correct apart from garlic bread

rang 3 times to be told it wad on the way, then tried to tell us they had delivered it, food was nearly 2 hours late, stone cold

food was spicy but didn't say that it would have been spicy on the just eat app what a shambles and waste of money

Myself and my 80 year old dad visited Friday 10 May. Not exactly sure what time we arrived but were served with coffees and toasties. The waitress was happy to take our money but failed to advise they were due to close. On the website, it shows closes 7:30pm. At 5:25pm they started closing up the shop very loudly around us, making us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. At precisely 5:35pm someone from behind the counter literally screamed at us ‘we’re closing!’ We had been there 15 minutes. Begs the question, why didn’t you advise us that we wouldn’t have time to eat and drink when you took our money I wonder. Disgraceful disregard and disrespect to your customers. Some customer service training urgently required here. Hang your head in shame Caffè Nero! We will never return or recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

I don’t know who decided these were deep pan pizzas but I’ve seen thicker placemats. The garlic supreme had no garlic taste to it at all, tasted like cheese on bread. Was cold when it arrived so felt like eating the earlier mentioned placemat. Very disappointed

Recent edit 5 stars now, the food is back to good quality and now my fillet burgers always fresh and hot. the price is decent too any issues they sort you out keep it up. take away and delivery both fine. 2 stars just because delivery was quick, but the food was poor quality i ordered a fillet burger the burger was microwaved, they sent wrong pizza and drink the chips tasted like polystyrene because they put piping out fries on to the tray causing to melt which sticks to chips not healthy!!!!)... price is overpriced for un fresh precooked food. avoid this place snd go opposite takeaway always fresh.

ordered a double cheeseburger but received a single cheeseburger. don't waist your money upgrading a cheeseburger meal deal to a double because you will only receive a single

Special moments … This is a very special place with special people … and the coffee is brilliant too. What separates this place from the rest, is the quality & empathy of the people who work there. As we sat there, an elderly man struggled to a seat … with his walking frame misbehaving. How the employees dealt with his desire for coffee and a cake defies my ability to connect descriptive words with actions. They were magical. We come here often and this was yet another exemplary performance. Make no mistake, it’s often busy and you may have to queue, the coffee is brilliant, but it’s the spirit of the place and the love of the people who work there that fills the air.

The order said large coleslaw I would hate to see the small if that was a large

As my naan & drink didn’t arrive with the fish sadly I’ve marked late on delivery but the fish I must say was banging!!

Flavour is great, was cooked well but as you wrap the SFC in loads of paper, it just all steams into a box of mush.

Great coffee house, and some really comfortable seats inside. Great layout and very welcoming. Coffee is excel!ent........dependant on which barista you get. Jaime, Kasia and Amy are excellent, the others are very good too, but not elite like the aforementioned. It's primarily my "go to" caffeine -fix, and worth every penny, but falls slightly at the last hurdle with the baristas you 'could' get serving you. Cakes are always fresh and moist.

The chicken smelled funny and fries were cold. The popcorn chicken and spicy wings were good. Couldn't even eat the chicken due to the smell

I love cheese very much, I also love garlic and cheese pizza. I asked for LOTS of cheese and they put LOTS of cheese on it. Very happy my little cheese and garlic pizza love heart was for filled :)

The pizza was burnt and I did not get my milkshake i had to ring the restaurant and and it come 20 minutes after my food was delivered

Staff were friendly, smiling, happy and professional about their craft. They always make you feel welcome, and make the best drinks then any other Cafe Nero we've been to! Always a pleasure to sit and unwind here. The cakes are always fresh and moist. Other branches should take a leaf out of their book! Thank you Cafe Nero Nuneaton staff!

5 out of 5. A clean and well maintained cafe.. This venue is family and disable friendly and has a toilet to the rear of the cafe. There are plenty of drink and snack options to choose from. Staff are cheerful and ho the extra mile to make you feel at ease.

The lamb diner kebab from my last 2 orders was like the kebab meat has been scraped off the floor terrible food and service is not much better. A few years ago it was nice it went very downhill

Ordered takeaway for 7pm. Still hasn't arrived at 8pm and not answering their phone. They have to taken the money but haven't delivered. Ordered from Mr Rooster instead. Shocking service and wished I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Fantastic Nero. Best one I have been too. The staff go above and beyond. They are simply amazing. They do my drink without me telling them what I want. Love this place

It came late, we live quite close to it so when you get a message the driver is on the way and it takes 45 mins somethings wrong, hence why the chips were soggy and cold, the chicken not cooked properly and had pink pieces inside. Chicken looked anemic batter was very pale looking, it just didn't look appetizing in the slightest. My GF's Garlic bread pizza was ok apparently in taste but again cold as well. I rang up to complain, the guy said he'd send another chicken burger out which I accepted but knew it's probably going to be similar and it was! no sauce again pale, and soggy so binned again! We had to order a papa John's instead which came hot, on time and well cooked! AVOID this amateurish place clearly don't know how to present or cook food properly!!

Food was awful. It was cold upon arrival and chips were soggy. Chicken wings were far to overcooked and garlic bread was overcooked and cold (good effort for doing that!!!). I won't be ordering from here again, sub standard

Ordered pizzas. In pizza was black hairs. Also pizzas was burned. Trying to contact restaurant but phone is turned off. Put all order in the bin. £46 in the bin. Really bad that you can't add photos. Discounting. Also should be discount 20% but they charge all amount. Never again.

Food arrived 10 mis outside the delivery window but it had been on its way for 3/4 of an hour and arrived cold and the milkshakes melted. Ok once we had reheated the food.

Placed a very simple order on Saturday (i.e. Chicken Strips, Popcorn Chicken and Fries) for the kids to eat. The delivery time was due between 1900-1920. After 5 phone calls between myself and my wife the food finally arrived at 19:56. The customer service was rubbish as during these calls we were told "the driver is just leaving", "he will be there in 2 minutes" or "the driver went to the wrong address". Rather than be apologetic about the shoddy service we were told "we have so many orders, what can we do". Avoid if you want your food in a timely manner.

Good food. When it is cold outside you are standing in line with the door so you get cold air coming straight at you. Bit of wait to get food but food is good

Restaurant said that the food had been delivered when he hadn’t. I rang the restaurant and they said they had been to my house and knocked several times (they didn’t as I was sat next to the door) so they said they will send the order as soon as possible, order then took over a hour to be delivered. When the food finally came it was terrible chips were wet chicken burger was soggy overall food was terrible don’t waste your money on this place.

Should of listened to the reviews! Food didn’t even turn up! Rang the restaurant and they said it had left, still hadn’t arrived 30 minutes later rang again and they said it had just left! No idea what they are doing

Food was all cold (the cans of pop where warmer then the food) kids where so hungry I just warmed in microwave. Although cold the food tasted ok but not the best, also I paid for double cheese burger with hash brown however it did not have the hash brown. Mozzarella sticks where hard and definitely not stringy. Chicken nuggets where mushy. Very very disappointed with this meal

I'm going to start with the good of this particular cafe which I have been going to once or twice a week since the lockdowns eased. The staff are fantastic, please drop them a tip them if you stop by. They always put effort into making the coffees look fancy and they are amiable and easy to talk to. The leather chairs are kinda well worn but dangerously comfortable. The hygiene levels are alright considering the traffic, better than the branch in Coventry (though I also love that one, staff are also great, just not enough of them.) The pastries and cakes and sandwiches always look nice. I have one big complaint about the Nuneaton branch place, and its nothing to do with the staff or food. It goes higher than that. Its had a 'renovation' recently, and to my understanding some complete knuckle-dragger higher up instead of putting a little time and effort into helping this place clean and repair that beautiful mosaic floor you can see in the pictures, has had it ripped out and ugly grey slab tiles put in. Because when you think of Italy you think of ugly grey slab tiles. Whoever rubber stamped that deserves to be put into a spaceship and shot into the sun. I liked looking at that floor. Farewell mosaic tiles. I will never forget you.

Ordered a Lamb Leg Steak which was like rubber! No taste to it at all. Everything else on the order was alright.

We called 15 minutes after the later delivery time. Told it would be another 10 to 12 minutes. Waited another half an hour after that for food to be delivered. It was cold. The only thing still warm was a can of pop. Food was OK but not worth the wait.

Food was awful. It was cold upon arrival. Tandoori chicken wasn’t tandoori it was burnt grilled chicken. Sheesh kebab was like cardboard. Menu didn’t give the option for no sauce so assumed it would come on the side, it didn’t, it was covered in sauce! Awful food, would never have again.
