Caffe Nero - Nuneaton in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Ordered 2x large fish and chips. The food was tiny! If that is the large one, the small must fit in a child’s playhouse. Food was delayed considerably! Not happy with portion size or time

i thought my samosa was missing but found it after id marked it as missing so all good , i called the restaurant to apologise put my error right and he was very understanding that i cant do anything and not to worry , top bloke.

One star is too many. Ruined my night. Stale cold food with a soggy burger bun. Even the pizza was inedible this was my sons birthday treat with his birthday money and now hes crying. Thanks roosterz ruined a 4 year old boys birthday :(

Order wasn’t received after phoning restaurant numerous times last time spoke to them they wee rude and didn’t put the phone down properly and I heard them talking about The delivery’s all being wrong

Had to call the restaurant 2x aswell as messaging through this app, said it was delivered 2x and they said this sometimes happens 🤦‍♀️, so they updated time delay and was still late after the updated time

I was excited to see that the place was under new management... But quickly after tasting the food I realized it's still the same old bad tasting food. Would not recommend it for weak stomached people and also please don't order the roosterz box it's not worth it. The onions had sprouts coming out of them in my salad... Which shows that the quality is not being maintained and the chicken tasted funny. The garlic sauce was sickening.

This cafe is first class. I never go anywhere else for my morning coffee. Friendly staff and excellent coffee. Snacks are good with a choice of fillings etc + choice of crisps and cakes

Took over one and a half hours to delivery two burger meals.

1st time I have ever I got food that was cold but it warm up in the microwave ok and the food was still very nice

food was cold as the restaurant is only 7 minutes from my house, and took over 20 minutes to get to me after it said out for delivery. Ordered none spicy food for myself and when it arrived chicken coating was red and spicy. it ended up in the bin as I have an intolerance to spicy food. My partner was okay with his food but needed warming but not great as it was chicken with mayo batch with salad and chips which they were very over cooked and greasy. It's not a place I would order from again.

Food arrived late and cold. Charcoal chunks on pizza. Coleslaw which is meant to be cold, somehow warm?… Wrong drink sent. Spoke to the restaurant to try and rectify this, advised nothing will be done and to mention that my food was cold next time I order. I don’t think that’s going to prompt another another.

It was missing pieces and it was cold

The food was cold when it got here and was crushed. I salvaged some chicken and air fried it back to edible health. I won't be ordering from here again.

why offer a spicy chicken burger and a regular one, if they are both spicy?

Ordered a chicken tikka wrap with full salad the wrap was tiny so thin it had minimal amount of chicken on it. I also had no salad this was a meal so came with a can of pop and fries but £7.75 absolute joke! Also no garlic bread that we ordered not good service at all! Wouldn’t order from here again!

Chips tasted of old burnt oil, everything was cold and we asked for no onion but got onion on everything also asked for a chicken doner in naan but they sent a mixed naan so majority was inedible and went to waste 👍

Specifically asked for a not spicy chicken strip wrap and it comes spicy and we also got a Donner wrap and it was soggy the inside literally fell out the bottom and the chips taste stale

Recent edit 5 stars now, the food is back to good quality and now my fillet burgers always fresh and hot. the price is decent. any issues they sort you out keep it up. take away and delivery both fine. 2 stars just because delivery was quick, but the food was poor quality i ordered a fillet burger the burger was microwaved, they sent wrong pizza and drink the chips tasted like polystyrene because they put piping out fries on to the tray causing to melt which sticks to chips not healthy!!!!)... price is overpriced for un fresh precooked food. avoid this place snd go opposite takeaway always fresh.

Lovely food, honestly THE BEST customer service! When there has been issues they have helped me and ever chucked in the old freebie as a apology! What more could you ask! Great value for money I'm a returning customer and have been using for ages now! Very happy with their service etc.

Never ordering here again! Just had a kebab and just projectile sicked it up! Really bad food. Don't order. I would like a refund ! Waste of money...I'm never one to complain but never had a take away and sicked it up half hour later.

Ordered the party mix-grill and fresh naan. The food was really good and you can actually share it, also it's cheaper to order through their website directly than uber eats, saves you 3 to 4 pounds. The only remark, the salad was only lettuce and red onions. Maybe add tomatoes and something else to it.

Food late & cold. Left clear delivery instructions which were comlletely ignored instead spending 10mins on the phone outside while we explained the instructions that he had clearly printed at the top of his delivery order. Bad experience - never use this restaurant with delivery

Myself and my 80 year old dad visited Friday 10 May. Not exactly sure what time we arrived but were served with coffees and toasties. The waitress was happy to take our money but failed to advise they were due to close. On the website, it shows closes 7:30pm. At 5:25pm they started closing up the shop very loudly around us, making us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. At precisely 5:35pm someone from behind the counter literally screamed at us ‘we’re closing!’ We had been there 15 minutes. Begs the question, why didn’t you advise us that we wouldn’t have time to eat and drink when you took our money I wonder. Disgraceful disregard and disrespect to your customers. Some customer service training urgently required here. Hang your head in shame Caffè Nero! We will never return or recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

I don’t know who decided these were deep pan pizzas but I’ve seen thicker placemats. The garlic supreme had no garlic taste to it at all, tasted like cheese on bread. Was cold when it arrived so felt like eating the earlier mentioned placemat. Very disappointed

ordered a double cheeseburger but received a single cheeseburger. don't waist your money upgrading a cheeseburger meal deal to a double because you will only receive a single

Special moments … This is a very special place with special people … and the coffee is brilliant too. What separates this place from the rest, is the quality & empathy of the people who work there. As we sat there, an elderly man struggled to a seat … with his walking frame misbehaving. How the employees dealt with his desire for coffee and a cake defies my ability to connect descriptive words with actions. They were magical. We come here often and this was yet another exemplary performance. Make no mistake, it’s often busy and you may have to queue, the coffee is brilliant, but it’s the spirit of the place and the love of the people who work there that fills the air.

The order said large coleslaw I would hate to see the small if that was a large

As my naan & drink didn’t arrive with the fish sadly I’ve marked late on delivery but the fish I must say was banging!!

Flavour is great, was cooked well but as you wrap the SFC in loads of paper, it just all steams into a box of mush.

Great coffee house, and some really comfortable seats inside. Great layout and very welcoming. Coffee is excel!ent........dependant on which barista you get. Jaime, Kasia and Amy are excellent, the others are very good too, but not elite like the aforementioned. It's primarily my "go to" caffeine -fix, and worth every penny, but falls slightly at the last hurdle with the baristas you 'could' get serving you. Cakes are always fresh and moist.

The chicken smelled funny and fries were cold. The popcorn chicken and spicy wings were good. Couldn't even eat the chicken due to the smell

I love cheese very much, I also love garlic and cheese pizza. I asked for LOTS of cheese and they put LOTS of cheese on it. Very happy my little cheese and garlic pizza love heart was for filled :)

Staff were friendly, smiling, happy and professional about their craft. They always make you feel welcome, and make the best drinks then any other Cafe Nero we've been to! Always a pleasure to sit and unwind here. The cakes are always fresh and moist. Other branches should take a leaf out of their book! Thank you Cafe Nero Nuneaton staff!

5 out of 5. A clean and well maintained cafe.. This venue is family and disable friendly and has a toilet to the rear of the cafe. There are plenty of drink and snack options to choose from. Staff are cheerful and ho the extra mile to make you feel at ease.

The lamb diner kebab from my last 2 orders was like the kebab meat has been scraped off the floor terrible food and service is not much better. A few years ago it was nice it went very downhill

Ordered takeaway for 7pm. Still hasn't arrived at 8pm and not answering their phone. They have to taken the money but haven't delivered. Ordered from Mr Rooster instead. Shocking service and wished I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Fantastic Nero. Best one I have been too. The staff go above and beyond. They are simply amazing. They do my drink without me telling them what I want. Love this place

It came late, we live quite close to it so when you get a message the driver is on the way and it takes 45 mins somethings wrong, hence why the chips were soggy and cold, the chicken not cooked properly and had pink pieces inside. Chicken looked anemic batter was very pale looking, it just didn't look appetizing in the slightest. My GF's Garlic bread pizza was ok apparently in taste but again cold as well. I rang up to complain, the guy said he'd send another chicken burger out which I accepted but knew it's probably going to be similar and it was! no sauce again pale, and soggy so binned again! We had to order a papa John's instead which came hot, on time and well cooked! AVOID this amateurish place clearly don't know how to present or cook food properly!!

Food was awful. It was cold upon arrival and chips were soggy. Chicken wings were far to overcooked and garlic bread was overcooked and cold (good effort for doing that!!!). I won't be ordering from here again, sub standard
