Costa Coffee in Telford and Wrekin

Usually call in two times a week. On three occasions we have had a voucher to use. Today free cookie. Alas no cookies. Can accept that but last two occasions have tried to use a voucher and could not accept as they had run out. Should have gone to the costa inside next and tried there. So lure us in with offer of a free cookie then sorry have all gone. No alternative so looks like by I’m going to go elsewhere

Best place to get a drink and snack Lauren makes the best hot chocolate I've had but the other staff are all a close 2nd you also get great points

Come for lunch as a treat for my little girl before nursery and met Daddy whilst he was on his dinner from work. Customer service was terrible. Staff looked so miserable. I wanted a cooler as it was warm but the scream had changed. The lady serving me looked at me as if i was an inconvenience. After she took my order i even commented how annoyed everyone looked and her reply was one of the ovens had broken. Out of the three woman working not one looked at us and smiled or made an effort to talk to us or made us feel welcome. Personally if you working in hospitality you need to have something about you. The customers that come in are keeping that business going. They don’t return you have no job. I also thought the choice of cake was very limited. Everything looked like it had been sat there a week. Our order was £25 wish i’d of walked out and not spent a penny when we walked in to the cold welcome. Won’t be returning. Shame as it’s the closest one to home.

Came in to catch up with a friend and the service was poor by jan, I had expected to come for a fudge frappe but no fudge? He didn’t explain to me what they had ran out of or had non. Service was not what I expected and my receipt did not have my items displayed therefore I could not get a refund on an item

Just got into the drive through queue at Telford Drive Through and after the usual couple of cars in front of us went through we tried to order to be told there was no alternative milk at all... We are now stuck in the queue and can't have any drinks... Totally incompetent staff and management as how hard would it be to put a sign up BEFORE you get stuck in the queue. Switching to Starbucks...

We visited this establishment on 16th January as we were early for the start of our film at the Odeon Luxe.Service was very slow as there was only one member of staff who appeared to work there. The young lady who served us was smart, polite and friendly, clearly doing her best to serve the customers.However, the premises was disgusting.The cutlery, plates and tray we had were filthy, with the previous customers lunch still clinging on for dear life. The tables were sticky and dirty. The seating, window ledges and floor covered in stains and crumbs. We were appalled that basic hygiene was very clearly absent from this establishment.A deep clean is seriously required.We definitely won’t be visiting again.....Wipe your feet on the way out!

Nice enough Costa - what you see is what you get. Service nothing specially and not dog friendly unless you sit outside.

Called in after carvery lunch at Severn Gorge and a walk in the park. It's a very nice setting and because it was so hot people were sitting outside, drinking their various drinks. We sat inside and both had cappochinos, gettin served very quickly and efficiently.The drinks were both strong and hot with that Costa taste that is incomparable with other coffee houses.We enjoy Costas wherever we go but this is in a very nice location, so keep up the good work Costa..!!

Coffee is consisstently good and the premises are clean but not sure why the prices have to be so high!

Lovely and warm, welcoming with excellent coffee and treats plus a newspaper to read and comfortable seating

Have held a couple of work meetings in this coffee shop which is located inside the Cinema. It's clean enough but as with all Costa Coffees, it all seems a bit frantic when ordering/waiting for your coffee and there's no formal queueing system or waiting place to collect your drinks.Pleasant enough and quiet location

Quick service, decent coffee, clean and tidy Plenty of room to sit if you want to. Nothing to complain about but then again nothing to rave about , I mean its just a coffee shop

Situado dentro del cine en Forge Gate Retail Park, este café costa es ideal para una cita, o como un descanso de las compras o trabajo. El ambiente es tranquilo y calmado.Me llaman para una bebida para llevar en mi camino al trabajo. El personal es amable y proporcionar consistentemente un buen café a una alta calidad. Me prepara para el día. Mi preferencia es de tamaño Delgado café descafeinado de moka. Puro lujo!
