Subway in Telford and Wrekin

Usually fine but girl called Olivia working today at 15;35 19/4/25. SO rude to customers and her colleague. Awful attitude and missed something from my order

Don’t get me wrong the food is delicious however the young girl that making the sandwich this afternoon is rude with no manners “SEAT OVER THERE WHEN THE FOOD IS READY I WILL CALL YOU “ word by word that’s what she said in a very disrespectful way Behaviour like that should not be tolerated

Got order completely wrong one sub had a sauce in that wasn’t selected and no salad? When salad was opted for and the other had jalapeños in which wasn’t selected.

Added stuff I didn’t ask for in it so now it’s a waste

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway due to the staff’s unprofessional behavior. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed when taking my order. The old lady at the till looks desperate Instead of being welcoming, they acted as if serving customers was a burden. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this location falls short. I hope management addresses this issue because it seriously affects the overall experience.

# Avoid Guy Russell !!!! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this subway. I ordered a foot-long Italian BMT, but what I got was a compromised sandwich. The lady preparing my order started making the sandwich correctly, but then Guy Russell intervened, instructing her to remove TWo slices of ham! This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from Guy Russell. The lack of attention to customer requests and the meddling with orders is appalling.

Time kept going up for an hour and its stone cold

Absolutely ridiculous I recommend to never order from here spent £26 for a foot long meal, footlong churro and footlong pizza slice, and only the crisps and drink came absolute joke and they could only refund £13.36 what a way to rob people if I could rate 0 stars i would absolute joke

My food was stone cold when it arrived and because it was once toasted it was damp from condensation. Not to mention the delivery time kept getting pushed back so whilst it was technically delivered on time it was a lot later than I expected when I oordered it.

Food was stone old and of very poor quality. It had clearly been sat out for quite some time. If the order is due to be delivered, surely it should be kept inside an insulated bag until picked up. Not impressed

do NOT order from this restuarant. Food turned up more than an hour late and it was stone cold, tried to call the restaurant to let them know but could not get through. Utterly abysmal service, will never be ordering from this Subway EVER again.

I purchase a meal deal, paid extra for a bottle of regular coke, which was missing from the order delivered.

Popped in this afternoon to get a sub and see that a young lad serving sneezed into his plastic glove and carried on making the sandwich. No washing his hands or changing gloves. Just carried on 🤮 I left the store and yeah it's not worth coming back until this is rectified.

both sandwiches were made incorrect and after complaining to both subway and just eat they said there was no more they could do. over an hour and a half wait to not be able to eat lunch ridiculous.

I’m usually easily pleased but wasn’t happy with this. Order came late. Took over an hour to get here. All the food was stone cold. The portion size of the waffle fries was a joke. Literally had 3 cold waffle fries in a box half open.

delivery time was amended several times. took over 1hr 30 to arrive with delivery time being amended to 1hr later than originally estimated. would not have ordered if I knew the time would be that late.

He was driving around my estate for 20 minutes before he even rang me! I message him several times and it still took him 20mins to ring me! My food is cold I asked him to cancel my order but he would not listen to me. Very poor communication, he hardly spoke English very hard to understand.

I have ordered from subway many times including today and every time I’m dissapointed . I will stop ordering from there anymore . Every time they forget to put cheese and toast my sandwich even though I always select it in the menu . They forgot to add extras that I requested as well . They even given me the wrong drink ! I understand this can happen once but always ? That’s mad ! I totally don’t recommend buying from there . The salad that they put in sandwiches is gross .

the app wasn't updated at all and the driver didn't knock the door or use the doorbell so when the app suddenly updated from got your order to delivered. my food had been sat outside my door for almost 40 minutes

Massive queue, staff can't keep up with delivery orders, those are being piled up hence no space to make sandwiches for customers waiting in the restaurants. Sub was just slapped together, it was falling apart before they managed to wrap it up.

Very disappointed. I very clearly put instructions in the notes at the checkout, however, these were ignored! I requested a refund due to being left with a £30 order that I now wont eat. This request was declined, leaving me out of pocket for a mistake that wasn’t made by me.

Ordered on Uber and was missing a whole meal deal and the extra waffle fries I paid for. When I called up to find a solution to this I got told to go to Uber and they will sort it out which I explained to the women on the phone that it was not Ubers fault as the bag was still completely sealed up so nothing had been taken out. We then went to eat our sandwiches and they were freezing cold along with the side of meatballs. We phoned up again to explain we really not happy and just got told there was nothing they could do so we had to eat cold food and half was missing would not recommend eating here at all and the manager was very rude on the phone

Our first and last ever Subway. 1 Our order was packed into the smallest bag possible. 2. Hot food and a cold drink were squashed in together - resulting in squashed rolls - which were cold and not very pleasant. 4. The box of Waffle fries was half full and very cold. Not Impressed.

considering how expensive subway has got the food portions are shocking the nachos are absolutely shocking wouldn't even call them nachos had bout 6 doritos cheese was all over the box not even on the doritos the new waffle fries were rock solid not even enjoyable the churrro was horrible had a really bad taste was very doughy no cinnamon flavor to be honest. footlong was amazing as always just shame everything else was shocking

Better than previously, when there were gaps unfilled with filling. Just a shame that the different flavours of fizzy drink has been stopped. Added 15/10/22 Good grief. You go in and join the queue while the five members of staff (one appearing to be under training) run round sorting out the on line orders. The machine goes ping and they jump to it, ignoring the fact that those who bothered to come in are queueing to the door. I noticed a group of three and another of two who got fed up with waiting. Is this any way to treat those customers they are facing? My sub came out of the grill, sat on the counter for several minutes while the servers sorted the on line orders, then lay open, unwrapped, while the server sorted another one! Makes you feel really wanted, don't you think? Hope the on line orders give good marks since I'd imagine the rest of us are really fed up, no pun intended. 29/5/24 about 14:10 A Wednesday afternoon, three members of staff (one of whom is obviously a trainee and has to ask about everything) and a fortunately small queue. Obviously the online orders still take priority so it is a short while before I am asked what I want. The young lady taking my order is also watching over the trainee; she is interrupted several times and when my order goes to be toasted it is left for a couple of minutes in the closed cooker, burning it so that it is thrown away and restarted - but without any explanation to me - so that the queue is further held up and I am nearly matched up to an online order. It doesn't help that the third staff member should be on the till but seems to be doing something out the back, and is therefore clueless about how things are going or the number waiting to pay. Sorry, things are going downhill here...

Extremely slow staff, a lengthy queue and the staff are happily just chatting away about nothing work related , no sense of urgency or care that people are waiting, the food was average and staff were friendly when we finally got served. Food was average

i am absolutely amazed with the young lad called thomas in there! he was so kind to me and my family and is a very well mannered lad the food was delicious i’ll defo be going back there thank you for brightening up my day thomas! he even polished my olives for me

While seated I overheard how the older woman talks to the delivery staff, you can't stand there, you stand over there with the drivers, no you can't take this order until we make the other order, have you got a problem? It's the look on your face.. it will be ready when it's ready you need to sit over there and wait until you're called. To customers who walked in they were told no you can't use the toilet unless you are dining in, you'll have to pay for food first ( huge queue) then you can use the toilet. THIS IS ALL COMING FROM THE SAME WOMAN, huge attitude problem and bitter towards delivery drivers especially.

Cold food! Could see on map I want the only delivery he was doing! Get a £1.15 refund but not till I shop again with just eat. Should be immediate! I have paid for food that is not satisfactory
