I have ordered from subway many times including today and every time I’m dissapointed . I will stop ordering from there anymore . Every time they forget to put cheese and toast my sandwich even though I always select it in the menu . They forgot to add extras that I requested as well . They even given me the wrong drink ! I understand this can happen once but always ? That’s mad ! I totally don’t recommend buying from there . The salad that they put in sandwiches is gross .

Massive queue, staff can't keep up with delivery orders, those are being piled up hence no space to make sandwiches for customers waiting in the restaurants. Sub was just slapped together, it was falling apart before they managed to wrap it up.

Ordered on Uber and was missing a whole meal deal and the extra waffle fries I paid for. When I called up to find a solution to this I got told to go to Uber and they will sort it out which I explained to the women on the phone that it was not Ubers fault as the bag was still completely sealed up so nothing had been taken out. We then went to eat our sandwiches and they were freezing cold along with the side of meatballs. We phoned up again to explain we really not happy and just got told there was nothing they could do so we had to eat cold food and half was missing would not recommend eating here at all and the manager was very rude on the phone

Better than previously, when there were gaps unfilled with filling. Just a shame that the different flavours of fizzy drink has been stopped. Added 15/10/22 Good grief. You go in and join the queue while the five members of staff (one appearing to be under training) run round sorting out the on line orders. The machine goes ping and they jump to it, ignoring the fact that those who bothered to come in are queueing to the door. I noticed a group of three and another of two who got fed up with waiting. Is this any way to treat those customers they are facing? My sub came out of the grill, sat on the counter for several minutes while the servers sorted the on line orders, then lay open, unwrapped, while the server sorted another one! Makes you feel really wanted, don't you think? Hope the on line orders give good marks since I'd imagine the rest of us are really fed up, no pun intended. 29/5/24 about 14:10 A Wednesday afternoon, three members of staff (one of whom is obviously a trainee and has to ask about everything) and a fortunately small queue. Obviously the online orders still take priority so it is a short while before I am asked what I want. The young lady taking my order is also watching over the trainee; she is interrupted several times and when my order goes to be toasted it is left for a couple of minutes in the closed cooker, burning it so that it is thrown away and restarted - but without any explanation to me - so that the queue is further held up and I am nearly matched up to an online order. It doesn't help that the third staff member should be on the till but seems to be doing something out the back, and is therefore clueless about how things are going or the number waiting to pay. Sorry, things are going downhill here...

While seated I overheard how the older woman talks to the delivery staff, you can't stand there, you stand over there with the drivers, no you can't take this order until we make the other order, have you got a problem? It's the look on your face.. it will be ready when it's ready you need to sit over there and wait until you're called. To customers who walked in they were told no you can't use the toilet unless you are dining in, you'll have to pay for food first ( huge queue) then you can use the toilet. THIS IS ALL COMING FROM THE SAME WOMAN, huge attitude problem and bitter towards delivery drivers especially.

Considering this is a public place to eat, people should be able to actually come in and eat without being harassed by the staff there, and yet when my friends and I were visiting, we were told we cannot sit at the table unless we were paying customers. We WERE paying customers. When we were instructed to move, we did so, to another table, and we were subjected to glares from the staff. If you can enjoy your food after being treated terribly by the staff, that's okay. Otherwise, I'd suggest buying food elsewhere. Disappointing.

Myself and my friend were told we were not allowed to sit in the shop with our friends who were paying customers and paying for our food. The shop was empty so we did not see the issue, when we began to move we were glared at by staff members which is completely unacceptable and poor customer service. As well as this we witnessed another customer sit down in the shop without buying food and was not treated the same as we were. Would not recommend eating here.

The food was great, but my friends and I were treated appallingly by the staff. We were told we couldn't sit down because we hadn't ordered yet, even though our friends were currently being served by her; even though we all walked in together! Only one other table was occupied at the time, by a women who had not ordered yet, so I am not sure why we were targeted as a group of young students. I wish we had gotten her name. Will not be sitting in again.

Took almost 2 hours for delivery, even though originally it sad 30-40 minutes. Once driver was at the restaurant, it took about 20 minutes too collect. After that it would say "on way, 6 mins". Soon after would say "lost connection to driver but don't worry, food on the way". Then all I was getting was 8 minutes then lost connection again then more minutes then lost connection again and the driver was still at the restaurant. This is all very suspicious and clearly the driver was lying about what they were doing. Then when the food finally arrived the driver left it in the doorstep and ran off. I had to feed my daughter something else so I could get her to bed as it was too late.

Currently in Tesco retail park in Telford. In the cafe, after 15min wait in the queue. No tables have been cleared. The queue is long and no where to sit. Terrible service. People are walking out and I don’t blame them!!

Ive been in now around 7 times and i went in today because its my birthday so i treated myself to a dinner and every time ive been the foods been fantastic!!!!! Great friendly staff to i highly recommend it plus its cheap and the meals are great thank you i very much enjoyed my meals

I first visited this restaurant in September and had a lovely meal no complaints, I’ve since visited twice more, in early October, I visited again., I ordered a meal again and asked for a rump steak medium, when it arrived, it was rare, I left the table and quietly went up to tell the waitress that it wasn’t as I had ordered, she apologised and 10 minutes later my steak arrived back, it was inedible !! I called in tonight for a drink, & the chef’s wife asked if she could have a quiet word with me round the corner, - She told me in no uncertain terms that I was not welcome, & I would never be served again. I asked why, she told me that I’d complained before about the meal, and that I had gone into the bar afterwards and told everyone about the awful meal I had had. This was a downright lie as I am not that kind of person. It’s a sad time if a restaurant cannot take any criticism without banning someone for complaining.
