Ridiculous foods come and its cold why on earth u out hot food in with cold drinks is beyond me.

Cookies were forgotten we didn’t get them

He was driving around my estate for 20 minutes before he even rang me! I message him several times and it still took him 20mins to ring me! My food is cold I asked him to cancel my order but he would not listen to me. Very poor communication, he hardly spoke English very hard to understand.

Driver phone was not working and he got rudec

Delivery was so late that the sandwiches were soggy by the time they arrived.

I have ordered from subway many times including today and every time I’m dissapointed . I will stop ordering from there anymore . Every time they forget to put cheese and toast my sandwich even though I always select it in the menu . They forgot to add extras that I requested as well . They even given me the wrong drink ! I understand this can happen once but always ? That’s mad ! I totally don’t recommend buying from there . The salad that they put in sandwiches is gross .

I orderd at 12;15 and the food didn’t get delivered for over 2 hours

Not only did this order arrive late but was missing items. Called to complain and they told me they had not completed any online orders today and then put the phone down on me Absolutely diabolical service they should be ashamed of themselves.

the app wasn't updated at all and the driver didn't knock the door or use the doorbell so when the app suddenly updated from got your order to delivered. my food had been sat outside my door for almost 40 minutes

Massive queue, staff can't keep up with delivery orders, those are being piled up hence no space to make sandwiches for customers waiting in the restaurants. Sub was just slapped together, it was falling apart before they managed to wrap it up.

Very disappointed. I very clearly put instructions in the notes at the checkout, however, these were ignored! I requested a refund due to being left with a £30 order that I now wont eat. This request was declined, leaving me out of pocket for a mistake that wasn’t made by me.

Food was delivered to wrong address so never received.

Cold no cheese jalapeño and olive on one sandwich which were not ordered as my wife does not eat them, not happy at all with the food quality

It was truly awful . Not cooked waffle fries , missing hash browns in subway and no meatballs . Couldn’t be worse really .

Over an hour wait! When food finally came I was missing items and the food itself was cold, not even warm!

Ordered on Uber and was missing a whole meal deal and the extra waffle fries I paid for. When I called up to find a solution to this I got told to go to Uber and they will sort it out which I explained to the women on the phone that it was not Ubers fault as the bag was still completely sealed up so nothing had been taken out. We then went to eat our sandwiches and they were freezing cold along with the side of meatballs. We phoned up again to explain we really not happy and just got told there was nothing they could do so we had to eat cold food and half was missing would not recommend eating here at all and the manager was very rude on the phone

Our first and last ever Subway. 1 Our order was packed into the smallest bag possible. 2. Hot food and a cold drink were squashed in together - resulting in squashed rolls - which were cold and not very pleasant. 4. The box of Waffle fries was half full and very cold. Not Impressed.

considering how expensive subway has got the food portions are shocking the nachos are absolutely shocking wouldn't even call them nachos had bout 6 doritos cheese was all over the box not even on the doritos the new waffle fries were rock solid not even enjoyable the churrro was horrible had a really bad taste was very doughy no cinnamon flavor to be honest. footlong was amazing as always just shame everything else was shocking

delivery time continually increased from original 10/15 minutes to over a hour. was in the preparation state for half hour- for a sandwich? of course by doing that you cant cancel

Better than previously, when there were gaps unfilled with filling. Just a shame that the different flavours of fizzy drink has been stopped. Added 15/10/22 Good grief. You go in and join the queue while the five members of staff (one appearing to be under training) run round sorting out the on line orders. The machine goes ping and they jump to it, ignoring the fact that those who bothered to come in are queueing to the door. I noticed a group of three and another of two who got fed up with waiting. Is this any way to treat those customers they are facing? My sub came out of the grill, sat on the counter for several minutes while the servers sorted the on line orders, then lay open, unwrapped, while the server sorted another one! Makes you feel really wanted, don't you think? Hope the on line orders give good marks since I'd imagine the rest of us are really fed up, no pun intended. 29/5/24 about 14:10 A Wednesday afternoon, three members of staff (one of whom is obviously a trainee and has to ask about everything) and a fortunately small queue. Obviously the online orders still take priority so it is a short while before I am asked what I want. The young lady taking my order is also watching over the trainee; she is interrupted several times and when my order goes to be toasted it is left for a couple of minutes in the closed cooker, burning it so that it is thrown away and restarted - but without any explanation to me - so that the queue is further held up and I am nearly matched up to an online order. It doesn't help that the third staff member should be on the till but seems to be doing something out the back, and is therefore clueless about how things are going or the number waiting to pay. Sorry, things are going downhill here...

Extremely slow staff, a lengthy queue and the staff are happily just chatting away about nothing work related , no sense of urgency or care that people are waiting, the food was average and staff were friendly when we finally got served. Food was average

Missing the Nachos, hardly any meat in the sandwich. You would think the Minimum Wage Staff think they are giving away there own money

Ordered before and it was ok. But today we ordered. it was accepted and about 25 minutes later, when the order should have been delivered, it was cancelled. Really not impressed.

Rubbish the food was all wrong took a bite of mine and had an allergic reaction as Thay put in food that I was allergic to phone back and just hung up never go to the Havant subway rude have no clue what there doing shouldn’t even work there I only gave 1 star cuz I couldn’t do eny lower there just discussing and rude

i am absolutely amazed with the young lad called thomas in there! he was so kind to me and my family and is a very well mannered lad the food was delicious i’ll defo be going back there thank you for brightening up my day thomas! he even polished my olives for me

While seated I overheard how the older woman talks to the delivery staff, you can't stand there, you stand over there with the drivers, no you can't take this order until we make the other order, have you got a problem? It's the look on your face.. it will be ready when it's ready you need to sit over there and wait until you're called. To customers who walked in they were told no you can't use the toilet unless you are dining in, you'll have to pay for food first ( huge queue) then you can use the toilet. THIS IS ALL COMING FROM THE SAME WOMAN, huge attitude problem and bitter towards delivery drivers especially.

Cold food! Could see on map I want the only delivery he was doing! Get a £1.15 refund but not till I shop again with just eat. Should be immediate! I have paid for food that is not satisfactory

the drinks were put in the same bag as the subs which made them cold when they arrived the bread was not toasted and meatballs were hard and stale

Delivered on time, with items paid for missing. Maybe you should spend an extra minute or two making sure you actually send out what your customer orders.

As others have said. We thought they had forgot the tuna. It took a while but we were able to find some tuna in a foot long. When I say some, we mean some. Won't be back, it is BAAAAAD.

They always miss items out and get stuff wrong, they are so tight nowadays they actually weigh the filling they put In. Nachos are awful you only get 6 no salsa or cheese. Avoid at all cost.

Was ordered to be delivered for 12.35. Didn't leave the restaurant until after that time. Arrived about 13.12. Not impressed! Food was okay. I'm unlikely to order here again.

shocking service, order took just under 2 hours to arrive. had a ferry booked that we had to get to clearly I needed to order the hour before to get some lunch. staff at subway were rude when I called

Food was nice but staff unbelievably rude. Very unfriendly and unapproachable. Myself and my friend were told we were not allowed to sit in the shop with our friends who were paying customers and paying for our food. The shop was empty so we did not see the issue, when we began to move we were glared at by staff members which is completely unacceptable and poor customer service. As well as this we witnessed another customer sit down in the shop without buying food and was not treated the same as we were. Would not recommend eating here.

The food was great, but my friends and I were treated appallingly by the staff. We were told we couldn't sit down because we hadn't ordered yet, even though our friends were currently being served by her; even though we all walked in together! Only one other table was occupied at the time, by a women who had not ordered yet, so I am not sure why we were targeted as a group of young students. I wish we had gotten her name. Will not be sitting in again.

Considering this is a public place to eat, people should be able to actually come in and eat without being harassed by the staff there, and yet when my friends and I were visiting, we were told we cannot sit at the table unless we were paying customers. We WERE paying customers. When we were instructed to move, we did so, to another table, and we were subjected to glares from the staff. If you can enjoy your food after being treated terribly by the staff, that's okay. Otherwise, I'd suggest buying food elsewhere. Disappointing.

Took almost 2 hours for delivery, even though originally it sad 30-40 minutes. Once driver was at the restaurant, it took about 20 minutes too collect. After that it would say "on way, 6 mins". Soon after would say "lost connection to driver but don't worry, food on the way". Then all I was getting was 8 minutes then lost connection again then more minutes then lost connection again and the driver was still at the restaurant. This is all very suspicious and clearly the driver was lying about what they were doing. Then when the food finally arrived the driver left it in the doorstep and ran off. I had to feed my daughter something else so I could get her to bed as it was too late.

Order meatless philly steak, received meatballs. When called, the restaurant did not even say sorry. I understand that mistakes can happen, but not even apologising for it, is just horrible

Put the right address and post code the drive went to the wrong place then argued with me for 15 mins before coming to the right address and the food was freezing

The potatoes wedges weren’t even cooked properly they were hard and weren’t seasoned properly. The bread was stale but all the fillings were there.

This is a pathetic place for someone to eat as the people working there are so rude, they think are superior and i felt that the ladies at the bar is so uneducated and furious towards the delivery drivers. They treat the drivers very badly as I have experienced myself sitting there and listening to quarrel on this new year's. Seriously recommend to delivery drivers not to pick up from here.
