Best Sunday dinner I've had out in a long time the beef was beyond perfect definitely coming for Sunday lunch again,we do come here on occasions for drinks or snack , lovely place staff brilliant, still can't get over the beef superb, tasty gravy,I would of paid more if I knew the high standard of Sunday lunch thankyou all.

We had a wonderful time during our Breakfast with Santa visit. This is the second year we've been and the staff were all fantastic, thank you Holly and Amy.

We went to the wacky wear-house part for our little boy to play and to have breakfast. Amy was accommodating and lovely it was very quiet and that was nice lol. But breakfast and staff were fabulous.

The staff Amy and Steph were very polite and friendly. Food was served quickly and was brilliant quality, thank you

Awful seats, taped together with gaffa tape. Slow service and had to wait 10mins after our food came out for them to bring cutlery. They weren't busy so not sure what the delay was. Kids liked the soft play though

For a budget range chain the staff are friendly and helpful. Pretty good value for money Only issue was the drinks were a bit flat.

Nice food...could have been a bit warmer unfortunately but it was served quickly. No knives and forks so had to go hunt for them across the other side of the pub. Atmosphere wasn't great but thisbis a chain pub and youbget what younoay for hence 4 stars

The staff were attentive and polite. The food didn't take long to arrive after ordering and it tasted very good. Maybe the manager from the coockoo oak should visit this place to see how it should be done.

Hannah couldn't have been more helpful. My food could have been hotter but I understand it is difficult to get food for 8 adults and 5 children out at the same time all at perfect temperature. The food itself was lovely.

If you like good food this is the place.

Food came was cold in the middle,no apology just warmed back up while the rest of my food was going cold

It has been a long time since we went for a meal here so thought we would go tonight for some food it was a quiet night(1 or 2 couple in) the service was fine but the food was bad, no care in preparing food tasted and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. the steak was over cooked we asked for rare and the burgers were drier than the Sahara desert. Family haven't felt well since the meal. Last time we will be visiting shame really.

The only reason for putting a four was because of the outside of the building. Needs a dam good clean up, all said and done the staff were very pleasant, we ordered food food that came out about 10 minutes after ordering and it was very tasty, hot and there was plenty of it. Been here for food three times now and never been disappointed at all..

Popped in on our way past Saturday at 5pm. Quick service nice food and attentive staff. Nice pint of Guinness too, what’s not to like.

Called in as a handy place to stop off while working in Telford Starter. Main and sweet all fantastic with large portions. Will be back tomorrow and a big thank you to Hannah who served me today. Thank you again. Steve

A casual drop in for breakfast. Not very busy as 9.30am. Easy to find a table. You can either order at the bar or via an app. Friendly staff eager to serve. Food and drink were nice.

Took our little one and his cousin here for a meal. Food was absolutely lovely, play area was amazing and allowed them to burn off some steam.

Called in for lunch on a busy Saturday. Staff told us there was a 20 min wait for food . Food arrived well before the 20 minutes but our lovely server Steph apologised for the wait. Food was delicious and just as it's described on the menu. All staff were polite, efficient and happy. The pub itself needs some TLC and updating. Will return

As far as pub food goes this is. 5/5 for a hungry horse. Staff were brilliant and i was served by a girl who was on her break. She came right over when she saw me waiting at the bar . For that i am truly grateful. Lovely family and peaceful vibe .

Took the grand kids for a play and some food. They loved Wacky Warehouse and absolutely nailed their food. Can't say fairer than that. Sophie greeted us and was lovely. Give her a pay rise!

Like most 'Hungry Horse' establishment - reasonably priced food. But just look at the dessert that my wife and I shared. Soon finished it.

Ordered at the bar and sat down waiting for drinks. They were brought over by a very friendly member of staff. Waited on food. My order came out incorrect. Was salmon sizzler instead of steak. This was swapped. Then when I started to eat the jacket potato it was stone cold inside so again had to be sent back to wait on it coming out. The steak knife was broken. The wooden handle was pretty much hanging off. Such a shame as we had bee earlier in the week and had the same dish with no issues.. UPDATE.. I responded by email and have resent twice since with no reply

Amy our waitress whilst in the play area today was lovely. Very friendly and helpful with all the information as we hadn’t been here before. It’s a little tired looking and could do with a little update/lick of paint inside but the kids had fun and enjoyed their food.

Came for bank holiday breakfast and everything was lovely, staff were great and very friendly

Had a sunday roast with a drink,very tasty.the staff are very nice,and the pub is noce and clean,the only criticism is if you are sitting under a speaker the music can be a little loud.

Ordered jerk chicken & wings the half roast chicken was cooked perfectly chicken wings with the jerk sauce had a kick to it but enjoyable Thank you Skye for your table service and to the chef and bar staff,will be back again soon

Absolutely awful service today after ordering food 2 meals being off the 2 £11.49 menu and 1meal being off the 2for1 menu and 2 childrens meals only 1 of each adult meals arrived and when we asked where the others meals were they said they had made a mistake meaning 1 adult had to wait for there meal I then had to go and ask how much longer the missing meals would be as we had finished eating ours whilst the other was still waiting in all the missing orders arrived nearly an hour later .

Visited the wacky warehouse with friends for the school holidays and was greeted and served by amy she was fantastic welcoming and very helpful. Will definitely be returning thanks to amy

Great place, went late morning and had a great meal for lunch and really enjoyed it, good easy disabled parking and access, friendly and polite staff.

Great soft play area attached. It was surprisingly quieter for the summer holidays but much appreciated. Soft play is great and all 3 kids loved it. Food, both adults meals were huge and very tasty highly recommend the tandoori sizzler. Kids meals we had the kids standard main meals and they were big enough for our 9 year old. Staff which were Amy and another lady who I didn't manage to catch her name, were pleasant, friendly, chatty and engaged with the kids that were playing which you don't normally see at soft play.

Bridge builder is a great place to come, food is always great and the service is excellent, very polite and pleasant. Would definitely recommend here.

Good food at a very good price definitely full up. On the full English, got to say a thank you to the server Xara, the place was quite busy for a Sunday morning but Xara went above and beyond, polite and professional throughout our visit. A refreshing change to our recent restaurant experiences around Telford, well done Xara and the bridge builder.

Served today by Tam and Sophie, both were friendly and helpful. The food was good and a decent price. Bought the pass so will be returning alot more :)

shocking it was that bad chips not cooked steak was grey and mega chewie been better eating my trainers , eggs rock hard all on mixed grill, next meal chips again not cooked burger aslo not cooked and the bread it must of been on the side all day hard never will we go there again how can you serve food like that to the public just SHOCKING

Came in last minute for lunch as we didn't have a lot on today. But I tried the new Southern Comfort atexas toast and it was the best thing I've eaten while put in a while. We'll worth a go. Top notch

Nice quick breakfast - very good value. Would prefer my coffee served in a cup that’s not chipped on both sides - couldn’t be bothered to complain but will recommend the cup is thrown away. Amy was most helpful.

Really lovely food, great service and welcoming environment. Would highly recommend for a decent cheap meal and drinks. Menus updated frequently and offers on particular days which provide really good savings.

Booked a table for 12, was seated quickly and food come out all together, had one person allergic to fish and that plate was brought out with a marker to say. Great customer service.

Always go to Hungry horse pubs for breakfast, never had a bad experience, lovely reasonably priced breakfast, fast service, friendly staff (Amy, Steph) and clean environment. Large car park suitable for a van.

WOW! The minute I walked in I got this rush of nostalgia. Being a late 90’s kid, the whacky warehouse pub vibe was a huge part of my childhood. The atmosphere here was brilliant almost like stepping back in time! The staff are as friendly as anything and the food was superb! Honestly surprised it wasn’t busier! We’ll be coming back for more.

Nice food, service was quick. Jay really brought the place alive with his humour and quick service. With staff like Jay I'm sure we will be back soon.

My friends and I make the effort to go to this pub at least once a month, since it's close by and the food is fairly decent. However on this particular occasion we were ID’d for our alcoholic drinks, which we aren't usually ID’d despite being regulars, so naturally our IDs weren't out at the ready and we had to dig through our bags to retrieve them. Yes we should have had our IDs ready, but the staff member rolling his eyes whilst huffing and puffing felt extremely rude. One of our friends didn't have our ID so understandably, was told they were allowed to drink alcohol despite the fact we were all 27. But we said that was fair enough, just the law. We apologised for not having ID and returned the drinks that the one particular friend had ordered and ordered a pint of coke instead. However, despite complying to the instructions of not to drink alcohol and returning the drinks, the member of staff (who I believe was called Jay) was incredibly hostile to us. His tone was very aggressive and he warned us that if he caught our ID-less friend drinking he would refuse to serve us, which felt very unnecessary considering we had been so compliant up to now. Jay was rude, aggressive and seemed like he wanted us to kick up a fuss. I understand completely not being allowed to drink without any ID, but I felt like there was no need for his tone and attitude and how antagonist this member of staff was. We tried to move on from it and enjoy our meal but the staff was staring at us the entire time and made us feel very unwelcome, even after we ordered numerous nonalcoholic drinks. I understand that laws and regulations must be followed, however I don't think there was any justification for how rude and impolite the staff was and I really hope the hirer ups consider providing more training for him as he clearly has no people skills.

It’s been a very nice experience our waiter is very helpful and has made this a great experience

We visited this place on a Saturday afternoon. We sat down and was not approached by a member of staff at all. We are aware we can order at the bar or on the app, but I feel it's always nice to be greeted and have that human interaction. The place was completely empty and we still had to wait over 45 minutes for our main meal. The dish I had (chicken sandwich) was nice and cooked well, however my daughter's pasta and Bolognese was awful. It was dry and tasteless. The lasagne was rubbery and the vegetable lasagne was tasteless and rubbery, also. I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be visiting again.
