Visited the wacky warehouse with friends for the school holidays and was greeted and served by amy she was fantastic welcoming and very helpful. Will definitely be returning thanks to amy

Good food at a very good price definitely full up. On the full English, got to say a thank you to the server Xara, the place was quite busy for a Sunday morning but Xara went above and beyond, polite and professional throughout our visit. A refreshing change to our recent restaurant experiences around Telford, well done Xara and the bridge builder.

Served today by Tam and Sophie, both were friendly and helpful. The food was good and a decent price. Bought the pass so will be returning alot more :)

shocking it was that bad chips not cooked steak was grey and mega chewie been better eating my trainers , eggs rock hard all on mixed grill, next meal chips again not cooked burger aslo not cooked and the bread it must of been on the side all day hard never will we go there again how can you serve food like that to the public just SHOCKING

Lovely breakfast, quite empty pub as early morning so hard to judge atmosphere. Varied menu, plenty to choose from. Front of house Amy was lovely.

Came in last minute for lunch as we didn't have a lot on today. But I tried the new Southern Comfort atexas toast and it was the best thing I've eaten while put in a while. We'll worth a go. Top notch

Very plesent, meal most enjoyable

Nice quick breakfast - very good value. Would prefer my coffee served in a cup that’s not chipped on both sides - couldn’t be bothered to complain but will recommend the cup is thrown away. Amy was most helpful.

Really lovely food, great service and welcoming environment. Would highly recommend for a decent cheap meal and drinks. Menus updated frequently and offers on particular days which provide really good savings.

Booked a table for 12, was seated quickly and food come out all together, had one person allergic to fish and that plate was brought out with a marker to say. Great customer service.

Brought our child to the wacky warehouse to play, we was served by Amy who was very polite and helpful made our experience here enjoyable! Amy spoke about the new menu that we tried out it was delicious and will definitely be back again soon! (Oh and the signing was beautiful).

Had a sunday roast with a drink,very tasty.the staff are very nice,and the pub is noce and clean,the only criticism is if you are sitting under a speaker the music can be a little loud.

Our kids had a lovely time and Amy and Sophie were very friendly and was very helpful explaining everything that I was not sure about also explained about the summer holiday deal which is very good value for money. I will definitely be coming back knowing we will have another lovely time.

Always go to Hungry horse pubs for breakfast, never had a bad experience, lovely reasonably priced breakfast, fast service, friendly staff (Amy, Steph) and clean environment. Large car park suitable for a van.

WOW! The minute I walked in I got this rush of nostalgia. Being a late 90’s kid, the whacky warehouse pub vibe was a huge part of my childhood. The atmosphere here was brilliant almost like stepping back in time! The staff are as friendly as anything and the food was superb! Honestly surprised it wasn’t busier! We’ll be coming back for more.

My friends and I make the effort to go to this pub at least once a month, since it's close by and the food is fairly decent. However on this particular occasion we were ID’d for our alcoholic drinks, which we aren't usually ID’d despite being regulars, so naturally our IDs weren't out at the ready and we had to dig through our bags to retrieve them. Yes we should have had our IDs ready, but the staff member rolling his eyes whilst huffing and puffing felt extremely rude. One of our friends didn't have our ID so understandably, was told they were allowed to drink alcohol despite the fact we were all 27. But we said that was fair enough, just the law. We apologised for not having ID and returned the drinks that the one particular friend had ordered and ordered a pint of coke instead. However, despite complying to the instructions of not to drink alcohol and returning the drinks, the member of staff (who I believe was called Jay) was incredibly hostile to us. His tone was very aggressive and he warned us that if he caught our ID-less friend drinking he would refuse to serve us, which felt very unnecessary considering we had been so compliant up to now. Jay was rude, aggressive and seemed like he wanted us to kick up a fuss. I understand completely not being allowed to drink without any ID, but I felt like there was no need for his tone and attitude and how antagonist this member of staff was. We tried to move on from it and enjoy our meal but the staff was staring at us the entire time and made us feel very unwelcome, even after we ordered numerous nonalcoholic drinks. I understand that laws and regulations must be followed, however I don't think there was any justification for how rude and impolite the staff was and I really hope the hirer ups consider providing more training for him as he clearly has no people skills.

We visited this place on a Saturday afternoon. We sat down and was not approached by a member of staff at all. We are aware we can order at the bar or on the app, but I feel it's always nice to be greeted and have that human interaction. The place was completely empty and we still had to wait over 45 minutes for our main meal. The dish I had (chicken sandwich) was nice and cooked well, however my daughter's pasta and Bolognese was awful. It was dry and tasteless. The lasagne was rubbery and the vegetable lasagne was tasteless and rubbery, also. I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be visiting again.

Long wait in between courses considering the establishment was pretty much empty. Wouldn't recommend lasagne or Bolognese off the kids menu as both were very rubbery. Staff friendly and inviting.

Staff member jay was very polite and efficient.He was taking orders serving at the bar and cleaning up after customers. Other than a staff member bringing food out jay was the only staff member we saw from the time we got there and until we left

We had a fantastic time for my daugters 5th birthday party! Amy and Sophie were amazing party hosts! The only thing I'd say is, the timings for the party online say 2hrs and the actual party time is an hour and a half, this was mentioned to the hosts and they've brought this discrepancy up with the management. Overall we had a great experience thank you 😊

We went here for a family meal, and we have been many times before. Jay (especially) and the rest of the team were very good, friendly, and welcoming. Service was good and very quick. The choice of food and the food itself was good and tasty (with the exception of one meal, which may have been an addition to the menu and was very bland and considering the elements of the meal I would have expected it to be very tasty.....and neither did it 'sizzle') What lets this place down is the lack of care and investment from Greene King. The whole place needs a refurbishment, there are large patches of wallpaper and paint missing, the tables are patchy from being so old, seats broken and patched up, carpets etc. This is definitely not a reflection on the staff that work here, they do a great job, but the fault of the venue, which lies with the brewery.

Me and my hubby, came for a quick dinner after shopping. Meal good value for money, both had Thursday super specials chicken new yorker lovely but needed a little more bbq sauce. Service with a smile from Kate and Nic 😊

15 of us came for my sons 16th birthday. Age range from 10 months to 65 years, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The food came out quickly, staff were extremely friendly especially Jay who served our table and also did the booking over the phone. All the food was delicious. We were given a secluded area where we didn’t have to worry about the younger children bothering other diners. We come regularly and service is always too notch. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Star of the show today JAY the absolute legend was our server today, bought our food out promptly starters first and then the mains and then desert all perfectly times , while juggling other tables, this guy obviously has some experience in waitering tables as he left no table without service from what I could see, on a busy Monday evening aswell, checked to ensure our food was all okay. Compliments to the chef also as stake was very tasty and cooked perfectly. Thank you

We’ve become quite the regulars at The bridge builder over the years, we go there once or twice every month & go there for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, anniversaries, because we love it so much. All of the staff, the food and just the setting is brilliant, literally can not fault the place. Well done to everybody that works there for making it such a lovely place.

The food here is your typical pub food but nicer. The staff are friendly. The thing that let's it down is the decor. Big rips in booth seats and really quite unattractive

Came here with my partner and my toddler for meal and soft play. Ordered food via app was easy peasy. Drinks came quickly with a friendly young woman with blonde hair (didn’t get the name) who was extremely professional. Drinks were spot on. Our waitress was Skye who is very nice lady and attentive. We had our horseshoe rack, our onion rings were not crispy as desired and warm, our sauces were runny than usual. Then we had our mains for gammon 15oz and rump steak 8oz absolutely gorgeous and filled us lovely! Skye was lovely, seems a bit eager to get reviews in a family restaurant (I understand a 4/5 star hotel/restaurant, doesn’t seem needed)- personal opinion - she chatted a little too much while we enjoying our main meal as a family - she seems nice enough person. Went to the soft play of the Whacky Warehouse for my child, the lady with short hair was incredibly attentive and friendly told us an hour and a half entitlement play. No problem whatsoever (previous times stayed over an hour and a half never had anything said) Skye came to us reminding the time, came across bossy in a way. My toddler she really enjoyed herself. Did witness kids throwing stones outside on the car park and staff sorted this quickly and professionally. Will come back here again to our local family restaurant

Have to say the guys and girls here were amazing. Considering how late we arrived in the evening the food was still cooked as if service had started.. bar staff (jay) was really helpful, engaging, hats off to the whole team who are doing a fantastic job.. would recommend to anyone.

Xara is a friendly host and great with the children. It’s standard pub grub and perfect for children with the Monday deal. Will revisit.

Fabulous visit with 3 young ones, xara was so good getting the kids in the play pit rather than them sitting at the table. Highly recommend.

the waitress taking our order was very abrupt and had a bad attitude. The beef lasagne tasted microwaved and the sauce was like glue, the steaks were mostly gristle and the chicken was dry. the restaurant was dirty with food all over the floor by most tables, would not recommend.
