Food was fantastic and hot, very unusual dish but excellent.

I have just ordered a vegetable lasagne that quite frankly you wouldn’t serve to a dog was offered a replacement meal which I didn’t want so the lady said have a refund…..that’s quite fair ….however the till defaults to only refund the difference between full price meal because my son also had a meal from the pub classics so customers please be aware. We as a family use this pub 2/3 times a week but won’t be back again.

I would highly recommend! We came here as we were driving past and the family was hungry and was shocked how good it was. You have the food area and the soft play area, two completely separate areas. Food was amazing, quick and hot. Excellent family deals for 2 adults and 2 children for 20 pounds and dessert as well. Additional children meals were less than 3 pounds. Overall I am very happy

I was here with my partner today for some pub grub food and what we had felt like luxury! The food was absolutely gorgeous and the service from Claire who was so sweet! It was a bit quiet inside the pub which was a nice feeling as we've had a busy morning with our kid. But all around it was amazing! Highly recommend

I go here frequently, mainly for breakfast meet ups and am always pleased with food and staff. Food is lovely and great value and staff are always helpful and welcoming. Today want to say a massive thank you to Steph for going the extra mile to acknowledge that we are regular and valued customers made today a great day.

Brandon and Suzie were brilliant tonight, we did not feel rushed and the fact the staff met our energy just topped the night off! Brilliant service.

It was lovely, Claire was so professional and the service was on point. I was amazed with service as Claire took the time to make sure we were comfortable, happy and that my toddler was satisfied. Definitely would recommend eating here, such a friendly pub and the best service.

Cheap & not very cheerful. Pre-Pandemic, my family used to enjoy curry night at a hungry horse but it seems that the company now skimp on the recipes & ingredients (to keep prices lower maybe but at what cost?) We were one group of only 5 tables in use (ti's was the first clue, curry night always used to be rammed). The 'atmosphere' was a group of elderly diners sat right behind us, of which one, an old guy with a yam yam accent who spoke so loudly it was obnoxious and I'm sure his own party were sick of him! Didn't stick around for desert. Had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to leave as a guy was stood smoking in the doorway. Gross.

Visited this week for first time this year. Bar service has improved significantly since last year - staff now always available and more efficient. Decor now significantly improved - seating had needed reupholstery and tatty paintwork has all been tidied up.

Eating the starter the lad came and asked if we wanted are mains when we did have are mains the food was disgusting steak over cooked and dry curry was burnt to the bottom of the dish the two kids meals there salad looked terrible iv given better to my rabbit the peas on the other two meals was all dried up when it came to pudding was told they had not got any doughnuts defrosted it's Sunday afternoon for god sake you need closing down we won't be spending any more money in that place its gone down in standards since ones have left

Food wasn’t up to standard, Steak was all fat, She took £5 extra off me at the bar, Kids burger was disgusing, Cold food, Tables were filthy had to clean our own table and cutlery, No straws for the drinks. NOT coming back here again !!!

Food has improved massively here absolutely stunning. Whoever is running the ship is doing a great job well done! Will definitely be coming back again very soon! Jalapeño sausages are amazing! Highly recommended on the mix it up

Booked for a party and from start to finish it was so easy. Turned up with a cake and they did the rest, kids had loads of fun and the party food went down well with them all. Hannah and Holly were our party hosts and kept us updated throughout the party and organised everything from start to finish.

the service was awful and i had a couple of members off staff who were incredibly rude to me i believe there names were skye and brandon the food was rank and the atmosphere was awful the place was a state in my eye should be closed down whoever ur chefs are need more training clearly don’t know how to cook the staff you have there are incredibly rude lack poor communication skills and customer service skills to i will never be visiting again was a waste off money….

Hannah was our waitress, she was lovely and very professional. Food was amazing!

Unfortunately, I have to express my disappointment with the quality of the meal. The dish was served cold, and the taste left much to be desired. Plus, the cutlery did not seem perfectly clean, which raised concerns. I hope these comments will be taken into account in the future to improve the quality of service.

Xara gave us a 5 star service everything was great hot food and I felt welcoming when I came in I come here 1 day a week and it’s just perfect . I have breakfast and I can’t fault anything wrong with anything . I’d recommend it to anyone who hasn’t been here before . Had check backs and was asked if we wanted anything else . I’ll always return and just want to say thanks again and keep up the hard work

I come here at least 1 day a week and i always feel welcomed by the staff members who work here , smiles on their faces and always greeted when i walk through the door . Great service from Kaitlyn and Xara who are so happy and bubbly people to be in the industry . Make you feel assertive and happy to return back . Food was great absolutely spot on nothing to fault . Hot and perfect just how I expected it . I would definitely recommend it and ideal for a quick snack or even if you want to unwind and chill out . Thanks again . Keep up the good work girls .

Kay the mangeress was very helpful. What a lovely lady and a credit to the company. Give this girl a rise. The cherry cider is also very moreish and the steak and ale pie was delicious

We went for Sunday lunch and disappointed. The pictures on the menu showed a lovely big meal with 3 lovely slices of meat.but it came with only 2 not so big slices. On complaining we were told that's only for advertising purposes. Sure this is trades description? . We ordered them on the basis of the photos thinking that was what we would get. Then my son had ordered a double d.cheese and bacon burger and it came as single they bought us another. On complaining again but was minus cheese and bacon .which we'd payed for,. The place is very rundown and desperate for a makeover. Don't think we'll be going there again anytime soon. Shame it's been left to rundown it used to be good.we often went in the past.but trades description is just not on.

Great cheap and carefully pub for food and play area for kids and family

Awesome play space for kids & totally secure so no escaping. There is a bar there where you can order food & drinks or use their app. Our server Xara was lovely, she provided great service while looking out for the children in the play area & rescuing them when need be. 10/10 recommend if you have a little one that needs to burn off steam.

Had a lovely tandoori chicken wrap and jelly and ice cream for pudding, my husband had mighty mixed grill cooked to perfection and waffle and strawberry pub. Absolute fantastic experience at the Bridge builder! Our host Katelyn, went well above and beyond to accommodate us during the 6 nations rugby. Thank you so much for your time and effort. Fully recommend this place and most drinks have offers on, so it wasn't very expensive at all 👌

Able to enjoy good food whilst the kids play in the soft play. Holly and the team were great. We arrived as a party of 8 when only booked as a parry of 6, Holly sorted it out for us straight away with no hassle.
