Called in here Wed 27th Nov for some lunch. We had a bowl of Tomato soup and a ham & cheese panani & 2 Americano coffees. Food was excellent, but unfortunately the coffees were very poor, both tasted like a spoonful of Nescafe instant and hot water, at £3 per cup they were vastly over priced. Sorry ladies, your food was excellent but your coffee let you down badly.

Came for breakfast & noticed prices have increased since a previous visit. Understandable due to the times however tea gone up by a whopping 50p for some reason? £2.50 for a cuppa is just greedy. Table was covered in crumbs and sticky from previous customers. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take our order despite being not too busy. The food took absolutely ages to come out, we'd all nearly finished our drinks by time it arrived. I had toast with eggs. The bread was barely toasted & still soft in parts. The eggs were overcooked & hard. Had to douse it all in brown sauce as it was so dry. Another member of our party had a bacon & black pudding sandwich. Black pudding had to have been microwaved as it was soggy and barely heated through. Bacon was OK but stingey on the serving & obviously cheap stuff as the rashers were so thin. Another person had a sausage sandwich. The sausages were terrible. They tasted spongy and bland. If you go into a supermarket and look in the freezers you can get bags of 20 frozen sausages for a couple of quid. Low quality and crap basically. These tasted exactly like those. £4.50 is frankly a ridiculous price for this cheap, poor quality rubbish Cappuccino was like drinking warm milk, barely any coffee flavour at all. Tea was OK but a bit weak. All drinks came with a complimentary biscuit which was nice. Over £20 for 3 breakfasts & 3 drinks is a joke, especially concerning the lack of quality & slow service.

My visit started well with Waitress 1 being very helpful and polite taking my order for a bacon/sausage sandwich on White bread with Brown sauce. Waitress 2 (could have been the manager) brought my sandwich to me and put it down but it was on Brown bread so I pointed out the mistake. After consulting with Waitress 1 the mistake was confirmed and Waitress 2 took the food back with a tut and no apology. After a short time my new sandwich came (on white bread with an extra thumb print too!). Waitress 2 put the food down and just said "thank you" to which I replied "No apology?". I was then asked why I should receive an apology as Waitress 2 didn't make the mistake to which I said but she was representing the establishment and should apologise for the mistake on behalf of the shop. Waitress 1, whilst washing up, said that she would have apologised once she was free but Waitress 2 was still attacking me asking me "Why I was being so rude? And that she would have to ask me to leave if I continued" which I was astounded by. I said I would save her the trouble and left. Manners do not cost anything and if you are providing a service you should be polite to customers at all times. A simple "sorry" would have avoided any conflict and prevented this poor review.

The service was really slow and there was only one other table being served, the food was from the freezer and not heated through, didn’t clean off the table. They need to step it up a few notches

Arrived just after 3 and advised only drinks and cake available which wasn’t an issue until the manager/owner came bustling and re-iterated it tersely making it like the staff hadn’t told us. Smallest pieces of cake I have ever been served & bizarre you have to through the washing up to access the only toilet.

Food was undercooked & microwaved. Poor quality food items. Waitress lovely & apologised. Cook extremely abrupt & rude. Heard her, afterwards swearing & shouting, at the poor young Waitress. Dreadful behaviour!!! She, should be sacked. Definitely, won't be visiting again.

The food was very disappointing. The tuna mayo on a jacket potato and on a so-called 'chef's salad was non-existent. All we had were a few small packets of mayo to use. One of my nieces had a panini were the cheese had not melted at all, and i had the worse salad i have ever had. The chicken had obviously been cooked in the microwave and was tasteless, and the bacon - also microwaved by the looks and texture - was planted on the top as two rashers. in the salt i had 3 small pieces of tomato and a few bits of cucumber with a lot of lettuce. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful.

Came here for dinner with family. I’m sorry to say that this was one of the worst dinners I’ve ever had, chips were burnt at the ends and then not cooked in the middle. Burger was like a rustlers one. Cornish pasty looked suspiciously like a ginsters. Maybe their breakfasts are better but I won’t be coming back to try, really poor. Tea was nice but food wasn’t.

I honestly wish I’d have walked back out instead of sitting down, but it felt rude. There was nothing nice about this place. In the stair bannister there was some kind of plush toy topper, but it was dirty. Every sachet of salt was damp and in clumps. My daughter ate her baked potato and she said it was ok. I ordered a ham and cheese panini, which was like warm, and the cheese was not melted. I ordered a side of fries and they were undercooked, with burnt bits on the top, and luke warm. The table surface was sticky, and there was old sauce in the lid used to hold the sugar. I would usually give honest feedback at the time and give the company time to fix it or at least respond, but the ladies serving didn’t even ask if I had enjoyed my food (despite my plate being hardly touched. I feel it a very basic thing to ask your customers if they are happy with the food and experience and any business that doesn’t deserves a poor review on Trip Advisor. The place seemed quite busy though which surprised me. It was actually the worst food I’d eaten in a long while.

Very mediocre food, slice of quiche which they had scattered with cheese to make it look better, half a bag of salad lettuce to fill the plate (no cucumber, onion etc) and a large tasteless tomato, and a pot of shop bought coleslaw very bland and tasteless. My husband had chilli which he said was ok. Overpriced and not worth the cost. The tea for two was nice. Sorry, would not visit again.

the staff were pleasant and there was plenty of choice of eats written on whiteboards outside the cafe so you could see what was what before you went in although no prices on board there was some outside seating available we had carrot cake tea and coffee the cake was nice and not the biggest slice in the world the coffee was tasteless and weak even the Americano struggled to impress the price was unbelievable at £36 and a few pence for four of us would I go there again ? I doubt it

My husband and I called in for breakfast whilst out shopping. The staff were friendly and service was quick. The menu was a good size with a wide variety of choices. We opted for their Belly Buster breakfast sandwich and i can honestly say, it lives up to its name! Will definitely be going back in the near future.

On a day out in Bridgenorth on the Severn Valley Railway we stopped at Millie's for lunch. To start off the staff were really welcoming and sorted us a table with space for a pushchair. The nice quiet music kept my six month old asleep for the majority of the meal which was a godsend. My better half ordered camembert, I ordered the ribs and they did a sausage and chips for my three year old. The coffees came with a small bit of fruit cake with was a nice touch. There was a wide choice of drinks both alcoholic and non. The food came really fast and was delicious. The children's meal came with a nice box (that doubled as a doggy bag) and an activity booklet and crayons. The ribs were really nice and fell off the bone. I was even more surprised by how great the quality was for the price. It was our 1st trip to Bridgenorth and it won't be our last. When we come back we will be stopping at Millie's again.

We booked in for 8 people for my husband's birthday and ordered drinks and main on the app. There was a drink that we didn't receive but when mentioned at the bar it was all sorted. All 8 of us enjoyed our meal. We couldn't order dessert on the app so ordered at the bar. There was a bit of a delay between all the desserts being brought out but it has started to get busy at that time. Staff were very accommodating, food was great and would definitely return, thank you.

From having your scan as you go shopping re scanned and pulled out of your shopping bags at the checkout defeating the purpose of packing as you go, but more frustrating is the the staffs attitude, literally unpacking your bags items, to then just chuck everything back in( most items she just threw back into my trolly not even in the bag) breaking items in the process, and waiting 10 Minutes for the pleasure of this, great thanks Tesco. To some of the shortest use by dates, some times you can’t do a full shop because meats and veg will only last the next day, 2 at a push, and this happens more often than not. To increasing your dine in deal for valentines, usually £12, today £18 for the same thing. And the staff, rude, abounoctiious, and more times than not blocking the isles with zero thought. The car park, try to get out of this Place when it’s even a little busy, and you’ll be queuing from the car park to the main traffic lights for ages.
