Arrived just after 3 and advised only drinks and cake available which wasn’t an issue until the manager/owner came bustling and re-iterated it tersely making it like the staff hadn’t told us. Smallest pieces of cake I have ever been served & bizarre you have to through the washing up to access the only toilet.

A very friendly owner supported by some lovely youngsters who were busy helping. Very reasonable prices and a pleasant environment. Service was prompt and meal great.

Food was undercooked & microwaved. Poor quality food items. Waitress lovely & apologised. Cook extremely abrupt & rude. Heard her, afterwards swearing & shouting, at the poor young Waitress. Dreadful behaviour!!! She, should be sacked. Definitely, won't be visiting again.

The food was very disappointing. The tuna mayo on a jacket potato and on a so-called 'chef's salad was non-existent. All we had were a few small packets of mayo to use. One of my nieces had a panini were the cheese had not melted at all, and i had the worse salad i have ever had. The chicken had obviously been cooked in the microwave and was tasteless, and the bacon - also microwaved by the looks and texture - was planted on the top as two rashers. in the salt i had 3 small pieces of tomato and a few bits of cucumber with a lot of lettuce. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful.

Came here for dinner with family. I’m sorry to say that this was one of the worst dinners I’ve ever had, chips were burnt at the ends and then not cooked in the middle. Burger was like a rustlers one. Cornish pasty looked suspiciously like a ginsters. Maybe their breakfasts are better but I won’t be coming back to try, really poor. Tea was nice but food wasn’t.

I honestly wish I’d have walked back out instead of sitting down, but it felt rude. There was nothing nice about this place. In the stair bannister there was some kind of plush toy topper, but it was dirty. Every sachet of salt was damp and in clumps. My daughter ate her baked potato and she said it was ok. I ordered a ham and cheese panini, which was like warm, and the cheese was not melted. I ordered a side of fries and they were undercooked, with burnt bits on the top, and luke warm. The table surface was sticky, and there was old sauce in the lid used to hold the sugar. I would usually give honest feedback at the time and give the company time to fix it or at least respond, but the ladies serving didn’t even ask if I had enjoyed my food (despite my plate being hardly touched. I feel it a very basic thing to ask your customers if they are happy with the food and experience and any business that doesn’t deserves a poor review on Trip Advisor. The place seemed quite busy though which surprised me. It was actually the worst food I’d eaten in a long while.

Very mediocre food, slice of quiche which they had scattered with cheese to make it look better, half a bag of salad lettuce to fill the plate (no cucumber, onion etc) and a large tasteless tomato, and a pot of shop bought coleslaw very bland and tasteless. My husband had chilli which he said was ok. Overpriced and not worth the cost. The tea for two was nice. Sorry, would not visit again.

the staff were pleasant and there was plenty of choice of eats written on whiteboards outside the cafe so you could see what was what before you went in although no prices on board there was some outside seating available we had carrot cake tea and coffee the cake was nice and not the biggest slice in the world the coffee was tasteless and weak even the Americano struggled to impress the price was unbelievable at £36 and a few pence for four of us would I go there again ? I doubt it

My husband and I called in for breakfast whilst out shopping. The staff were friendly and service was quick. The menu was a good size with a wide variety of choices. We opted for their Belly Buster breakfast sandwich and i can honestly say, it lives up to its name! Will definitely be going back in the near future.

On a day out in Bridgenorth on the Severn Valley Railway we stopped at Millie's for lunch. To start off the staff were really welcoming and sorted us a table with space for a pushchair. The nice quiet music kept my six month old asleep for the majority of the meal which was a godsend. My better half ordered camembert, I ordered the ribs and they did a sausage and chips for my three year old. The coffees came with a small bit of fruit cake with was a nice touch. There was a wide choice of drinks both alcoholic and non. The food came really fast and was delicious. The children's meal came with a nice box (that doubled as a doggy bag) and an activity booklet and crayons. The ribs were really nice and fell off the bone. I was even more surprised by how great the quality was for the price. It was our 1st trip to Bridgenorth and it won't be our last. When we come back we will be stopping at Millie's again.

Had breakfast yesterday morning, food cold, scrambled eggs had been microwaved, mushrooms where disgusting, the price £7.00, definitely not worth going back again. 1 x male staff member running around like a headless chicken, he didn't know which way to turn.

Been for lunch today and ordered the soup carrot and butternut squash which was OK, I asked for a brown roll but instead I got boring sliced brown so i asked for a roll and was told they didn't have any but could get me seedy one, that came straight from the freezer I think and was the so dry it would of made good bread crumbs .not worth £7.45 for the tiny bowl of soup 😡

I hate giving poor reviews but despite receiving a refund the way the fish fingers were supplied as dry, tough and over baked not only mine but my partner’s as well left us both very disappointed as we were expecting a nice meal after a pleasant walk. Apologies were received but a simple cook for fish fingers appears beyond the abilities of the “cook”. Mind you the roll was ok. We expect better on our next trip.

What a find we were staying at Ludlow Touring site and booked Sunday lunch at The Wheatsheaf . The pub was really welcoming warm and comfortable. We were two couples who went for Sunday lunch and we all agreed it was the best Sunday lunch we had had at a pub and really good value . The beef and lamb were really tender and there was a good selection of vegetables all cooked perfectly. The service was good and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for making our first visit a success
