Nice place, but not a Costa coffee.

NOT Costa - However lovely cafe inside garden centre.

Costa at Melbicks garden centre..... Very clean very polite smart staff excellent service at our table.... Yes coffees and cakes a bit expensive but good for a treat now and again .

Esperando en la cola para ser rastreado y rastreado cuando un miembro del personal dijo "no puedes quedarte ahí, estás bloqueando la salida, tendrás que caminar o regresar o ir al restaurante por el otro lado" no me disculpes, ¡nada! Ella podría haber dicho que puedes pasar al otro lado de la salida, pero no, ¿envió a unas 8 personas al otro restaurante? gestión en su mejor momento? es como enviar gente de River Island a Next ?? El restaurante Melbicks tenía un personal encantador y estaba muy bien organizado. Costa, ¿te decepcionaste?

Esta es la segunda vez que el personal ha sido grosero en esta tienda. ¿Puede Costa volver a capacitar a algunos miembros de su personal para que al menos tengan algunos modales al tratar con los clientes? Gemma M fue espantosa y muy grosera. Pedí y pagué bebidas y luego, cuando me preguntaron por qué no tenía crema en mi frostini, no había pagado la crema y tuve que volver a la cola y pagar la crema. Nunca me han pedido que pague la crema, si ella estuviera haciendo su trabajo correctamente, me habrían preguntado si quería crema al tomar el pedido. Me he quejado a Costa a través de la aplicación y obviamente no les importa, ya que solicité una respuesta y eso fue hace semanas. Bastante rápido tomando los 18 a tiempo que paso en Costa. . . . . muy decepcionado con toda la cadena recientemente.

Visité el centro de jardinería Melbicks el domingo 15 de marzo con mi esposo y mi hijo. Dejé que mi hijo con problemas de ansiedad severa ordenara su bebida, que era un frostino, creo, un hombre llamado Mohamed estaba tomando su orden y le hizo muchas preguntas a esta bebida que mi hijo respondió nerviosamente "sí, por favor" a cada pregunta. Lo que aparentemente justificó una risa y un "¿alguna vez dices no a nada?". Mi hijo estaba muy avergonzado, lo que lo hizo sentir muy incómodo por el resto del día. No creo que sea aceptable que un gerente cuestione una respuesta demasiado nerviosa y no debería trabajar con el público si no puede reconocer los modales y el lenguaje corporal de los clientes.

We went shopping to Melbicks Garden Centre and after we popped into the in store Costa Coffee shop (bad mistake!!) we have used Costa coffee stores for the past decade but this was a totally "different" experience, service was slow, staff appeared extremely "grumpy" ordered both extra hot drinks and were "lukewarm" at best and then to cap it all there was NO brown sugar available (just artificial sweetners!!) I enquired where the brown sugar was and the reply from a member of staff gobsmacked me informing me they hadn't had any for a week and a half and are waiting a delivery!!! Really!!! what a total farce and disgrace!!

Went to Costas in Melbicks ordered 1 latte 1 tea paid at till went to get sugar and was told we have no sugar on site Absolutely pathetic. Wasn't told before .Another joke at Costas

Always get great coffee lots of variety for food and drinks go regularly

Worst experience in a Costa coffee you've ever had. Rude man. Girl on till couldn't speak English and when I asked her to repeat the question the manager raised his voice to me for asking what she said. Needs more trainingm definitely not management material

Decided to stop for a hot drink and quick snack whilst doing some shopping at melbicks Garden center. Really disappointed in the service, I was served by Mohamed and let's say he definitely needs more customer service training. He was more interested in trying to embarrass his members of staff than put any effort into serving me.

The way the manager speaks to his staff is revolting. Poor girls slaving there bums off why he orders them around will not be returning if I could off gave it a 0 I would have that manager needs to be looked at. Needs to live a day in the life off the lady staff and be spoken to the way he speaks to people. Making sexual references towards the girls in front off customers will be taking this further!

Located in the Melbrick garden centre close to the NEC. I arrived early for a meeting in the area so popped in here for a Mocha coffee. Its part of a garden centre so it does feel slightly out of place, however, loads of parking, pleasant staff and a decent coffee. I'm easily pleased!

Took a trip with some friends for a nice coffee. Absolutely disgusted in management rude to staff and customers. Sexual references towards staff who are young girls. Formal complaint will be made. All girls working hard the manager stood around chatting to other garden center staff. Will not be back

Most staff are lovely inside especially the manger Mohammed. There is a staff member who is always miserable and makes it awkward to be served by her. other then her it is a good size and always got a good selection when I pop in with the dog.

Been today to costa the summer drinks where really good and also the new latte was very tasty Great team amazing atmosphere and looks very clean Mohamed was very helpful taking our drinks to the table and been very chatty Will be back again Thank you

I have been away for a few months so havnt been here since january. Im not impressed with the new manager he doesnt seem to possess any people skills at all seems to come across rude to his staff and would rather chat to customers then offer any help to his staff. I witnessed someone complain to a member of staff about drinks not being hot enough all all he said was "thats what happens when u leave it for 45mins" ... costa melbicks was ran much smoother by the two girls before he became manager. All other staff are friendly and chatty no fault on customer service.

Costa Coffee Shop situated just inside the main entrance of Melbicks (Blue Diamond) garden centre near to Birmingham International Airport. It has quite a large seating area and serves exactly what you would expect to find in any other Costa Coffee Shop. It's not a fast service so if you are in a hurry, you could try the in-house restaurant which also serves drinks.

Really nice place, bit expensive but nice coffee. Always try to visit when I go to Melbrick's.

Came into Costa before shopping at melbicks and I have to say it was the worst Costa experience I've had so far, the queue was quite long but the girls on the tills (very pleasant hence the one star) were taking orders and working their way down the queue, unfortunately the baristas couldn't keep up! So although my order was taken the 4 people behind me got their drinks before as they were not working in order and trays were getting mixed up, wrong toppings were being put on coffees, food was coming back with complaints of being stale, I made my feelings known that I was not happy at having to wait and being served out of turn, not one apology was offered!! I think the manager needs to go to customer service training!!!

Dog friendly Costa within the garden centre. Four tables set aside inside the store! Fairly normal Costa franchise otherwise, as it is supposed to be. Staff pleasant and helpful. Reasonable amounts of space, outdoor area through a fire door - for smokers and nice days.

Just returned from a very disappointing visit to Costa at local garden centre. There were five staff dealing with three customers using one machine. After I paid I waited at least ten minutes for drinks while the staff chatted and messed around. Our food was sent to the table and was cold before we got our drinks, which were not hot either. There is often a number of people waiting for drinks after paying. Why not allow us to sit down and then bring them over. We pay enough!! The manager could tell we were annoyed but avoided eye contact and kept slipping away to the back. People were returning cold drinks. Will not be using cafe again.

All standard fare for Costa costly. Food is extremely expensive. Staff pleasant, but as usual with Costs slow service, even when not busy. Very overpriced.

Decent coffee, always seem to be low on food when we go (which is a couple of times each month). It's nice that dogs can accompany owners at a couple of the tables.

Costa Coffee here is a brilliant place just to chill out before having a chill out walk around the garden centre. For me it's always an extra hot skinny latte in a mug (not glass) + a round of brown toast. It has a side section where you can sit with your well behaved dog. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It can get very busy on weekends and certain times of the week but with its large seating area it's rare there is no where to sit. I highly recommend here.

We pop in here fairly regularly for a coffee and breakfast bap, prior to picking up supplies for the dog. It's standard "Costa", staff always seem keen and efficient. No complaints

This lovely Costa is located just inside the main entrance of Melbicks Garden Centre. As with the garden centre dogs are welcome and there are seats where you can safely sit with your dog. Weather and inclination permitting, you can even sit outside in the fresh air. A great visit.

Inside the Melbicks garden centre and a nice place to visit and meet with friends. Large variety of drinks, not just coffee and small snacks to eat. Quite expensive so I don't visit very often. Very clean and I've noticed staff always clear the tables as soon as the are finished with.

It didn't say it was closed on Google so I wasted time and fuel going there
