Was only one other person ordering, and it still took 10 minutes to get my food. Also why does Burger King make you pour your own drink, if I'm paying £11 for a meal, the least you can do is actually make the drink rather than giving me a cup to do it myself.

Tried ordering on the touchscreens twice and it failed both times with no explanation, once we’d finished the order - it wasted so much time. Barely any staff so didn’t order at till. Went to KFC instead and their screens worked. You also couldn’t order a hot drink on its own, which makes no sense.

Travelling North from Gatwick, myself and the family stopped off at the welcome break services for a Burger King. An experience where I wish I had checked the reviews before forking out £40 for. Ordering is similar to McDonalds with the self service, though, when it comes to “customising”, we didn’t realise that actually doesn’t mean customising in the sense that McDonalds does where you can omit things like sauces and lettuce etc. So, a bit surprised when we chose not to have sauce, it arrived with half a tub of mayonnaise smeared all over our chicken and whopper burgers. Having raised this with the most unhelpful and rude staff, we got nowhere. Having paid £40 for a few burgers, which were as warm as my hand, half of the food was binned. I would not recommend this place to any human or animal. Places like this bring down the brand, which most are nice.

Went here 3 years ago. No fault of the staff. A man didn't hold the door for me and it soured the taste of my whooper

Travelling home and decided to use this services. Thought we’d use Burger King as usually good burgers. How disappointing! Despite it being very quiet (maybe that was the problem?), both of us ordered burger meals , both burgers just lukewarm. Why? No queue so surely should have been served food that was at least hot! Tried to submit feedback on their site, won’t accept it, not sure whether it was because it was motorway services? Anyway, won’t be using again, not forgetting paid exorbitant prices being on motorway!

asked the young lad who worked there if everything was definitely there just to get out and find out half my stuff was missing? One of my daughters had no nuggets when I clearly ordered 2 lots large onion rings never in the bag won’t be going there again honestly don’t waste your time food was quite disappointing as well tbh expected a lot better

Placed an order through just eat at 18:20, delivery time kept getting later and later. They then cancelled my order 2 hours later and I now have to wait 3-5 working days for my money back and have no food

Fantastic food as usual for this chain. Lots of good deals and discounts available at times. Really nice burgers etc, cheese very nice. Nuggets put McDonald's to shame.

Stood queuing for 5 minutes at the till while the woman who was "serving" ignored me whilst preparing an order (there was only 1 order on the screen and she just stood at the hotplate where the burgers come down with her back to me). When she eventually put the order together she than told her colleague she can't talk as she's got to take an order. I then went to use the Burger King app and she smirked and said no we don't accept that here, I asked where is the signage to say that and she just smirked again and said we don't need it. Rude and completely unprofessional! Bad enough lorry drivers get treated by 2nd class citizens by the public let alone people were paying an exorbitant amount to have our lunch or tea

Had an order number of 374. Older of the 2 ladies shouted 364, which had already gone, so I asked if she was sure, as I knew it was mine. She shouted "NO, 364!" Then screamed "374" to which I said to her "you said 364". She then went on to rant at me that she hadn't. Just what I wanted on my lunch break, to be shouted at! Another customer confirmed as I walked away that she had said the wrong number. Appalling attitude.

Ordered on Just Eat. Delivery would take up to 45 mins. That delivery time changed to 1 hour and the 1 hour 15. They close at 10pm so the new delivery time would have been 10.15pm. At this point they still had not assigned a driver. I cancelled the order and will not order from them again as this is the 2nd time they have let me down.

Ordered from the touch screens, it all came up perfectly as ordered (even the burger which had been customised). Was tasty, hot and fresh. Should be a given from BK but rarely is.

Got to counter at 22:41 and told they were closed. Supposed to be open until midnight?

Food is pretty good but I hate the chips. Really loud and people kick off kinda often but overall great place to eat at.

Awful, never had shower service for fast food in my life, food cold by the time I got it and drinks only filled over half way???

The food in no way matched the pictures! The bacon was wafer thin, looked like it hadn’t met the griddle and was cold. Chicken Royale was ok but the bacon king burger was poor. Had to ask for milk for the tea - the reply was ‘we don’t have milk but they do next door’ so I had to get it from KFC. The seating area (shared with KFC) is tired and shabby.

Worst burger King ever, cold food even though supposed to be make to order, absolute jokers, put me off going to any of these restaurants again EVER Total s##t

Bk North side shut at 940pm not at 10pm, staff rude , couldn't use food voucher for overnight parking. South site bk extremely helpful.

Absolutely ridiculous service and dangerous behaviour by Manager Milly at this Burger King 27/12/22 19:30!!! Milly and her staff made a dangerous error in putting mayonaise (risk of major allergic reaction) in my burger (that wasn’t even part of the recipe of the burger in the first place) didn’t apologise (just looked at me blankly, and wouldn’t even offer something to make up for the dangerous error which I explained clearly to her! Even offering a small soft drink or equivalent so I asked if there was anything they can do like a small soft drink- she simply shrugged her shoulders and implied “whatever, we won’t give you anything as an apology” - dangerous and inconsiderate manager - luckily I didn’t have a reaction but I would sue her heavily for her negligence and she’d have far more than a whatever to deal with - unreal! She should be reported higher up!

Bought my kids a meal here just now. Long hair in daughter's Whopper and the other burger was cold. Won't but here again.

A massive triple burger tasted brilliantly fresh, although the staff members needed retraining in customer hospitality because there was no eye contact and he was very abrupt and short.

This particular Burger King, seems to be more of a Franchise as they won't take vouchers using the BK App. The 3 🌟 goes exclusively to the Plant Flame Whopper - Well done Burger King, you really have achieved a lot of taste in these Burgers. I would actually give you 5 stars for just the burger however those ratings are only reserved for the very best of the best. Place is clean and staff are OK 👍

Here I think because of the good ingredients tastes better than other parts of Europe like I had from France and Germany last vacation!! Burger becomes King when you have a niche, Indigenous product to beat the peers before and after you! Keep it up and keep growing! If anything is right just go back to your basics! Your typical burger King, expensive but very filling food

Stopped at around 6am, toilets all filthy and had obviously not been cleaned through the night. North and South are both the same, only reason for 1 star is for the staff that are friendly, which to be honest, there's only a few

Ordered 2 burger meals on sun 19th, no salt for the fries as didn't have any so they were bland then went to eat our whopper burgers and I had one tiny piece of corner lettuce, half a cheese slice , totally over smothered in mayo and the bun was dry an stale and I paid £17 pound for these meals. I will never order from burger king again so no wonder they are closing high street shops and maybe they should could consider closing them all including service stations

Don't bother. Arrived at 22.50 to find it all closed up for the night. Website says 23.00 closed. When I asked why it was closed early, they just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Disgusting staff and I refuse to eat at any BK in the future .

Both the meals we got here were awful. I was there just after it opened and there was no one else around so no food out waiting, therefore I thought it would be alright but no. The burgers were cold, the chips were over salted and rubbery and the drinks seemed to have v little syrup in them yet somehow taste like refreshers. Rank.

Refused to acknowledge burger King app, nothing states this so you have to order first before they rudely say the app won't work. Apart from the slow mumbing staff, the food came quick

Updated due to Covid. Seating area removed now and access lanes to self serve screens. Food was still vood as was service. Standard Burger King with excellent flame grilled burger taste and generally decent beef. Quality of the burgers is much better than McDonalds and the fries are usually good too. Nice staff at this resturant and it was clean throughout on my visit.

Didn't eat there as I'm gluten free so quite a problem finding food I can eat, but looked very clean and tidy.

Called in for tea at Costa coffee. Staff were unfriendly and one assistant found it difficult to wipe a table properly and left it soaking wet. Was not COVID safe in my view. Disappointing after a really long drive.

Won't take burger king voucher. However, nothing to say on their website that vouchers can only be redeemed at certain burger king locations ! Avoid ! Get kfcnext door instead !.

I know motorway services are expensive, but when you're already charged an arm and a leg it would be nice to get what you order. Hot chocolate - no milk, americano offered instead, £0.40 cheaper, no refund offered. £4.60 for 9 chicken dippers - no dips available, sachet of ketchup given.It was a bad drive up so I'm not in a great mood, but it would be nice to come here for a nice little break. False apologies with no care behind them just wound me up. This isn't me being anti-fast food staff, I've been there myself, but you're basically paying for a premium product here - we're in Byron Burger territory.Just save yourself the hassle. Take 10 minutes before you leave the house to make a sandwich and sit on it on the ride up if you want it lukewarm. I would have found at least the same level of satisfaction.

I am extremely disappointed, because Burger King in Corley Cervices-M6, don’t accept vouchers from their own app-real shame. I couldn’t find in the app the restaurants that don’t work with vouchers. They made me client in another restaurant!

Double whopper good as usual, however vanilla milk shake was bland, and only 3/4 of a cup... So all in all quite an expensive meal at £9.50.

Too expensive for fast food staffs are too boring and they look tired

Staff didnt seem to care about their job, their customers or representing their brand. Asked for some ketchup and was given 1 sachet for a family of 4. When i asked for a few more, i received a glare, a huff and 4 more virtually thrown at me. Got out to the car to continue driving to find out the order was wrong. 1 kids meal not two, no veggie burger for my strict veggie partner (cheeseburger included instead - menu price massively less than veggie option). Too late at that point to do anything as we were back on the road. I hope BK read these and take note. Whatever happens, we would most definitely NOT recommend this joint nor will we ever return.

If you enjoy a burger and fries that are barely warm, looks nothing like the photo and you pay a fortune for that pleasure; then this Burger King outlet is for you. It filled a gap and no more.

Lack of adequate trained and pleasant staff. Same food as other BK shops. Can’t use any of their vouchers or App. Seems like a different franchise rules.

Chose a vegan meal, bean burgers but it had cheese in it we discovered when we got back to the car. Not good.

If ever you're in a hurry for food there is one simple thing to remember; don't use this Burger King unless you've got 10+ minutes spare to wait for them to make your food (and this was just before the lunchtime rush so no idea how slow they'd be when lunchtime happens) In the time I waited a friend managed to make an order at the KFC right next to it, get it and finish eating it...

Staff are rude and not very customer friendly. When asked about the use of vouchers it was unclear that I was not able to use them at this store. Prices are ridiculously high compared to the other fast food chains nearby. I will not be attending this store again even if I’m starving. Would not recommend to anyone to come to this BK but use the KFC right next to them.With having a large order you would expect for the items to be placed in a large carrier bag for the ease to carry, however all my food order was placed into a small kids bag( baring in mind I ordered 3 meals)

It was open at 9am on sat morning even though times suggest it opens at 10am. However no vegetarian options, unless you eat eggs. Only suitable option was hash browns.

Nice clean motorway service area

There is little choice at the services other than fast food chains. I chose the Burger King which was much as expected. The service was pleasant, the food the same as all the other branches and the price seemed to include a 'motorway premium'.

I approached the counter, staff was in the back but they saw me. They stayed in the back while I waited for about 3 mins. I walked to the next counter and the BK staff watched me again. Terrible!

Thought it was very nice, not something I eat often, In Fact seldom. Not sure. But 5 hours later was being violently sick with diarrhea. Cannot be sure it was the burger as it was after I ate dinner, but I felt "off" through dinner. And didn't make a great new year

Last 3 times I ordered from here orders were wrong. Staff don't lesten when taking orders also chilli cheese bits were dry inside.

I love me a BK! A bit pricey here, but the food's always decent and there's plenty of seating.
