Tesco Cafe in Birmingham

Me sentí obligado a escribir esta crítica. Fui ayer 15 de noviembre 24 con la familia a Tesco café Hodge Hill antes de hacer un lugar de compras decidió tener el desayuno tarde. Nunca he visitado este café antes. Estaba ocupado, pero el personal era excelente dijo que se precipitaron de sus pies. Anne que nos sirvió en la caja fue cuidador de intentive pasó por opciones y nos sirvió otra señora más joven chica que nos compró la comida también dos veces comprobado si todo estaba bien mi sobrina quería huevo extra como ella pidió aguacate aplastado no fue ninguna molestia que acomodaron rápidamente con una sonrisa nada era demasiado. Traté de localizar al gerente del café y pregunté a la tienda, pero estaba fuera de alguien llamado Steven, así que no podía dejar los comentarios positivos. Las opciones de comida fueron variadas y cocinadas frescas por encargo. Este personal está acreditado a la cafetería aquí mi experiencia fue muy positiva.

Use this cafe regularly, never dull cakes always fresh. Food excellent. Some is a little overpriced but if you were in London it would be double the price. And staff in London are not pleasant!! so eat it or stop moaning ! No one forces you too have it. Staff are fantastic and never rude.if they were, then maybe that person deserves it.They ain't there for abuse. Well done, Steve,Ann ,Julie, Karen, charlotte. Great team hard workers. The staff behaviour was very rude.They said us to get out of the cafe just because we took long to order.Tesco needs to Teach some manners to its workers.

Food was very good and Customer service was very good

The service was very good I would recommend it to other people as well

Food tastes like pure dirty grease I definitely wouldn't recommend it or eat here again

Anne was fiyah but food is rank

Went in here to eat a sandwich I bought in the tescos shop and was promptly asked to leave by a very rude member of staff called Lauren because I did not buy their expensive cafe food which is top price for tiny portions. She made no attempt to ask any other customers to leave who were doing exactly the same thing. Disgusting attitude to customers. Also the tables were filthy. Avoid.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the cake that they served me tasted stale but they gave me another piece of the same cake which tasted fresh and the fish & chips were fresh and the portion was really big . The two ladies infront were friendly and helpful

My go to for groceries.. Clean and always stocked

Staff was absolutely tired and not fit for purpose. They forgot to give us coffee and cake, when I remained them at the end they still took 10 minutes to serve us, didn't bother to say sorry or anything like that. Salad and mushroom were old. Coffee Late was warm not hot. Wasted money and time. Won't visit there again

THE CROSS CONATIMATION REALLY WORRIES ME I used to come here regularly until one day I purchased a cheese sandwich and there was a slither HAM in side. Coming from a faith which does not consume pork products this was VERY upsetting. Completely put me off. All I got offered was a replacement sandwich. This was not good enough.

Typical supermarket cafe. Food and service (and prices) reasonable and quick.

Love the staff , they are always smiling and very pleasant and very helpful . My coffee has to be just right , they always get it perfect !! Mary ☺😊

Pedimos nuestra comida, 2 pescado y patatas fritas con un panini. Los platos principales llegaron antes de mano. Panini llegó quemado después de 29 minutos. Pidió otra y llegó fría 2ª vez. ¿El servicio era pobre y no había coca cola en la nevera? ? ? ! !

Se interpuso para obtener algunas probabilidades y termina el estacionamiento, es una basura para cualquiera que estacione de cualquier manera, incluso si no tiene una insignia azul, todavía estaciona en los espacios en los que la tienda no es la mejor, pero está cerca si necesita algo si olvida algo

He estado en este café en un par de ocasiones y las dos veces fueron bastante pobres. La primera vez que pedimos papa al horno con atún y una tostada La piel en la patata era como el cuero, la papa estaba tibia, sin mantequilla, solo un poco de atún sin sabor, por lo que era frío y horrible. Vino con una ensalada lateral patética que consistía en un par de hojas secas de ensalada y medio tomate cherry. La tostada era comestible, pero una vez más la ensalada era patética, y con un gran grupo de lechuga que debería haber sido binned y nunca sirvió en primer lugar. El chocolate caliente estaba tibia y se derramó por todo el platillo cuando lo servían. La segunda vez pedimos el desayuno vegetariano. Salchichas horrible pan frito que podría romper los dientes. El personal grosero y aspecto descuidado. Sin habilidades del cliente, hablando entre ellos mientras atienden a clientes que pagan. No regresaremos

Este es el peor lugar para probar y tener su auto estacionado en las bahías de discapacitados que cualquier persona estaciona donde quiera que ellos quieran, nadie revisa o desafía Cualquiera que sea la tienda en sí misma no es una de las mejores de Tesco Vergüenza realmente

Went for food in tesco cafe lovely place very quick and efficient staff are fantastic very helpful especially julie and polish lady fish and chips was spot on will definitely go back

Lugar para comprar comida a buen precio muy poca diferencia con España. Venden de todo.La carne viene envasada. Lugar recomendado si te hospedas en apartamento.

Muito grande, e com uma variedade incrível de produtos, bem baratos para nossa moeda e surpresa, vale a pena.

How big supermarkets con us... I bought 20 'okras' @ £0.05 each. The cost was £1.09. Wonder what the rep's calculator will say when I call?? Pays to pay attention to your bills... A few pence per millions of customers and the thieves pick up millions!

It's just a place to go before or after shopping. I think people do expect a lot for what it is. The place doesn't really have a warming welcoming cafe feel to it. It just feels like it's cold and almost clinical type. The food is basic. What I found weird was how they had vegan wraps in there but not in the actual shop, I am a vegetarian so having vegan wraps is the best but it was like 3 pound something. My partner had a tea and a muffin and the tea part was confusing, the staff had to explain you have to do it yourself but it didn't look really simple. My partner had his muffin was dry. It just needs re thinking I think. Honestly the staff are friendly the one who is there most the time is always helpful but the cafe let's the service down.

A close competitor with a green and yellow logo has nothing to fear. From start to finish breakfast was a disaster. Everything was cool to luke warm, not helped by air conditioning blowing on it at the table. Quality was poor, partly because everything is kept in hot plates so items like bacon just weld together, I needed a steak knife to cut into it. Had to ask for the toast to be retoasted, mainly because the coffee machine malfunctioned and issued half a mug. This had to be opened up and re-set rendering toast cold and besides, I think it had only seen a small flash of heat. Latte had a slight bitterness to it. No wonder there was hardly anyone there on a Sunday morning even though the supermarket was busy. Not blaming the staff either if this is the way they have to do things. Can't speak for other meals but give up the breakfasts Tesco and leave it to others who freshly cook it.
