Ordered a ferrero, never again. It was the worst milkshake ive ever had. It was like the ice cream was out of date thats been.used. no ferrero taste.

Trash service, just don't waste your time or money! Ordered from Uber only to have to wait over and over again, phoned the store, excused that the driver is on their way back... An hour later, they stopped answering the phone and the order was refunded through Uber. Complete waste of time.

Love the staff. Always polite. The milkshakes are 10/10. How can i forget the waffles the waffles are just bang on point . I Would recommend to everyone

This place is amazing. We took about 30 teenagers here for dessert one evening and the staff were so kind and took time to get all the orders right, then they gave the kids some free drinks! The deserts were delicious and came pretty quickly considering the number of people we had. Thank you so much!

Nice dessert shop! The food is tasty but what makes it special is that the staff is friendly. This girl that works there is really friendly and every time I go there she provides the best service as possible. I love going there honestly for the food and talking to her.High recommend it!

the pancakes were thick, the waffles were quite good, but the disgusting taste of chocolate is indescribable. I will never order again. and the ice cream, I'm really disappointed and it's a waste of money

I am regular customer always have waffle and strawberry ice cream I am very disappointed there sharp plastic in my waffle. Collegue apologize but still not happy end of day never got refund back if I put plastic in mouth could of hurt my throat Who responsible for it Next time see what your makein properly

i delivered from uber eats and i was completely disappointed i myself work at a dessert shop and was baffled the waffle hardly had any oreos it was just soo soggy and spongey was made way before delivery more time and lacked enough topping honestly disappointing

I would give five stars to the girl that works here. She got to know it's my friends birthday and without even asking she wrote happy birthday on our dessert plate with a candle on it, with her kind gesture she made the occasion extra special. The cookie dough was amazing, I will be coming back. Highly recommended!!

It took 2 hours for the food to arrive. After waiting patiently the food arrives not even sealed. Especially during the pandemic you would expect businesses to take more precautions, there was no seal on the drink it was spilling out and had dust particles all over it both within the drink and the lid not to mention the inside of the straw. Also the cookie dough was £5 and so small not worth it at all. 2 hours of waiting to not even be able to drink.

Ordered from them yesterday. Was a decent desert and milkshake. I just didn't like the way the staff behaved. They were quite rude and they just didn't seem to care. I could hear them swearing and cursing very clearly. Which isnt the type of language you want to hear when you're a customer. When they told me my order was ready I said thank you and they just ignored me. Didn't say thank you, didn't say bye. I was the only customer in the shop too. What a way to treat a customer. Such rude behaviour. Treating your customers right is the first step and I can say that the staff at this place just didn't care. Too bad.

Ordered 2 waffles and a cookie dough..... both waffles were undercooked and the cookie dough burnt to a crisp!! All inedible!! Waste of money!! Customer service was absolutely awful too!!

We ordered Amor desserts on just eat Website. The delivery was going to be later than we thought tonight. But when we spoke to the shop, they made the delivery come earlier as promised!! We love the food served and the 5 star award shows in their commitment to their customers and service! A very pleased customer. Thank you.

This is the second branch I've been too, top notch desserts served, staff are very nice and always welcome you with a smile and greeting. I would happily pay even more for the desserts served here. Highly recommend this place to all 👍🏼

Such a pathetic excuse of a desert place. They get your order wrong and then you call to highlight their error and get attitude from staff. Well done for your terrible service and you’ve guarantee repeat business... NOT!!!

Ordered a delivery, after an hour and half we receive our desserts only to realise the food is cold and the bananas in the crepes are rotten. We called them up to be told to call back in 10 mins and speak to the manager. After calling back we explain the situation to the manager and without even apologising he says” really? Because our produce is fresh” clearly not sir. We requested new crepes to be delivered however he said it will have to be another day because they are busy with other deliveries. I then came up with a solution of going there personally to collect the fresh crepes. Upon arrival we saw him being the only delivery driver, we also saw that the girl who was making our food didnt wash her hands or wear gloves but had the cheek to wash them after she was done with our food. There were also builders in the kitchen section so god knows how much cross contamination there is. To shorten it up, any other dessert shop is better.

Horrible service! They get your orders wrong and they take forever on your delivery. Never going to order from this company again and neither am i going to recommend this place to anyone. There's plenty more better dessert places, just go to any one, besides this one!

You will be spoil for choice on the rage of cars to choose from when heading to Amor Desserts because with rd2success driving school you can have them drop you off to get your desserts

Great shakes but totally unreliable delivery service. Ordered at 620 with delivery at 720 given. Didn't arrive on time so rang at 720 and was told they were 5 minutes away. Finally arrived at 740. Disappointing.

I ordered milkshakes and a waffle from Amor Desserts. They confirmed the food would be delivered at 7.20pm. This then changed to 7.30pm and after that they advised it would be delivered at 7.40pm. When the food arrived the waffle was burnt. I called the store and instead of apologising or even making any attempt to resolve the issue they were patronising.

Disappointed with this local service.. they take so long to deliver and if you go in to eat they also take long because they busy getting delivery food ready! For delivery milkshakes dont come with whipped cream which is a downfall for those who have whipped cream! However enjoy eating the waffles also have kids portion for those who cant eat a full waffle.

Don't try the forlooda ???? Wrong balance of ingredients ,tasted awful???? Had to tell the server how to finish the waffles as forgotten the topping(s) banana, strawberry and tried to pack it, if I didn't point it out????. None to pleased and no reconciliation to any compensation or free alternative given??? Just happy to take £££s instead & just about not reasonably priced??? Need to smartened and wise up or don't feel comfortable trying again!!!

The food is good but, I had asked for chocolate ice cream with my deserts which was also written in BIG BOLD writing on the receipt but the gave me vanilla instead. They should read the requests properly before proceeding the order.

The cookie dough is nice and sweet, also cooked perfectly. The oreo milkshake is tasty and creamy. I would definitely go again!!

Had the WORST service ever from Amour's Desserts - literally appalling to witness. On Monday night we ordered 2 milkshakes (1 Large and 1 Regular) with 2 milk chocolate cookie doughs around 10pm. The ETA given on Just Eat was 11pm, but once the order was proceeded an extra 25 minutes was added on top of the order - which we all agreed to go ahead for. 11:30pm the desserts still had not arrived, we called the number 14 times provided on the Just Eat App (and double checked the number on Google as well to make sure its the correct contact number), until the boss decided to pick it up and tell us the driver has JUST left (baring in mind the dessert house is just 10 minutes drive away). So unhappily we continued to wait the extra 10 minutes - after this time the driver had still not arrived.. so we called AGAIN for an extra 10+ times for the boss to say that the driver should be there. Looking outside a black swift with red lining had swerved around the road, and looked like 3 males were inside the car. One of them with the phone in their hand (presumably talking to the boss) waving about a milkshake in their hand thats just been in their mouth. The male started to walk towards us, looking about 15 years old he held TWO half drunken milkshakes with a brown bag with the 2 cookie doughs in. Still on the phone to the boss - the young male out of the car immediately said that they have been in a car crash that was why the milkshakes were half gone (of each). The cardboard was completely dry and the milkshakes straws had residue of the milkshake that looks like someones literally drunk them for us. The younger guy who looks like he is 15 years old, out on a school night smelling like alcohol and completely confused with whats happening ran back to the car to "grab him phone". Another guy came out of the car to aggressively shouting at us saying that his car is worth more than our milkshakes started asking for my phone (because I was still on the phone with his boss) and that he didn't drink the milkshakes he got into a crash etc etc. This guy was so out of it, that when we asked him why the milkshakes look like its been drunk from, he thought we accused him of being drunk himself..... no words to say. By the time this was over with we had waited 2.5 hours for TWO cookie doughs to come, the boss eventually came to apologise himself and gave us 2 replacement milkshakes with our bill free of charge. Still. I do not recommended, it is horrendous and I do not think any customer should experience what I did: - it was a lengthy wait - aggressive employees - JUST nothing you want to experience (trust me). Only positive I can only picture is that I've learnt my lesson to just only get desserts from my nearest McDonalds - 24/7, Mcflurries and apple pies. NOT WORTH all this hassle for such a horrible experience. Hopefully this helps anyone considering - also I heard from the boss that this experience I had was not the first time it's happened.

El lunes por la noche pedimos 2 batidos (1 grande y 1 regular) con 2 masas de galletas con chocolate con leche alrededor de las 10 pm. La ETA ofrecida en Just Eat fue a las 11 pm, pero una vez que se realizó el pedido, se agregaron 25 minutos adicionales a la orden, que todos acordamos seguir adelante.  11: 30 pm los postres aún no habían llegado, llamamos al número 14 veces provisto en la aplicación Just Eat (y revisamos el número en Google también para asegurarnos de que es el número de contacto correcto), hasta que el jefe decidió elegirlo y díganos que el conductor se acaba de ir (teniendo en cuenta que la casa de postres está a solo 10 minutos en coche). Desgraciadamente, continuamos esperando los 10 minutos adicionales, después de esta hora el conductor todavía no había llegado. . así que llamamos OTRA VEZ por 10 veces más para que el jefe dijera que el conductor debería estar allí. Mirando afuera, un velo negro con forro rojo se había desviado alrededor de la carretera, y parecía que 3 hombres estaban dentro del automóvil. Uno de ellos con el teléfono en la mano (presumiblemente hablando con el jefe) saludando con la mano sobre un batido en la mano que acaba de estar en la boca. El hombre comenzó a caminar hacia nosotros, parecía tener alrededor de 15 años y tenía dos batidos medio borrachos con una bolsa marrón con las 2 galletas. Todavía le habló por teléfono al jefe: el joven salió inmediatamente del coche y dijo que tenían estado en un accidente automovilístico por eso los batidos estaban a la mitad (de cada uno). El cartón estaba completamente seco y las pajitas de batidos tenían residuos del batido que parece que alguien los ha bebido literalmente para nosotros. El chico más joven que parece que tiene 15 años, en una noche de escuela oliendo a alcohol y completamente confundido con lo que estaba sucediendo, volvió corriendo al auto para "agarrarlo del teléfono". Otro tipo salió del automóvil gritándonos agresivamente diciendo que su auto vale más que nuestros batidos comenzaron a pedir mi teléfono (porque todavía estaba hablando por teléfono con su jefe) y que no bebió los batidos que recibió en un choque, etc. Este tipo estaba tan fuera de sí, que cuando le preguntamos por qué los batidos parecían borrachos, pensó que lo acusamos de estar borracho. . . . . Nada que decir. Para el momento en que esto había terminado, habíamos esperado 2. 5 horas para DOS masas de galletas por venir, el jefe eventualmente vino a disculparse y nos dio 2 batidos de reemplazo con nuestra cuenta de forma gratuita. Todavía. No lo recomiendo, es horrible y no creo que ningún cliente deba experimentar lo que hice:  - Fue una larga espera  - empleados agresivos  - SIMPLEMENTE nada que quieras experimentar (créeme). Lo único positivo que puedo imaginar es que aprendí la lección solo para obtener postres de mi McDonalds más cercano: 24/7, Mcflurries y pasteles de manzana. No vale la pena toda esta molestia por una experiencia tan horrible. Espero que esto ayude a cualquiera que esté considerando, también escuché del jefe que esta experiencia que tuve no fue la primera vez que sucedió.

The falooda was horrendous....it was filled with rooh hafza and ice ..the vermicelli were dry and crispy...there was no koya.....and the people were adamant with their own ideas. Money had to go down the drain

Pathetic Customer Service Received From Shop Owners After Ordering Desserts And Smoothies Over Just Eat App. Ordered 2 Cornflake cakes with custard Tastes Old And Out Of Date Due To Tasting Soggy And Soft. Ordered 2 Smoothies Which Half Way Filled After Paying £2.90 For Each Smoothie. Called To Complain And Shop Workers Tried To Tell Me There's Nothing They Can Do About It, Kindly At First Asked For A Partial Refund But Was Denied And Than Got Cut Off! Yes Very Rude! Then I Called Back Saying I Have 1 Smoothie And 1 Cornflake Cake And I'm Coming To Get My Refund. The Worker Who Answered The Phone Replied Back Saying We Would To See How You Get That And Cut Me Off Again. Obviously I Went To The Shop Because I'm No Clown As I've Made A £17+ Order And Its About The Principle. When I Got To The Shop I Was Disrespected Still. My Temper Did Increase Due To The Situation And Was Dealt Accordingly. Try For Your Experience But Mine Was Terrible Actually Shocked On How They Talk To Their Customers And No Customer Satisfaction Or Resolution. Disgusted!

I’ve ordered from this place once before with no problem, however my sister placed an order on the phone with a rude, no mannered female. Who clearly does not know how to speak to customers, the food we received looked as though it had been dumped into the take away boxes. Seriously need to fix up on your customer service skills or atleast know how to take orders on a phone politely.

Los postres son tan buenos o incluso mejores que los de Heavenly Desserts, Icestone, etc. . a un precio más justo. La decoración es muy bonita. Cómodas cabinas.
