Always good! Nice and cosy with a option to sit outside... The only thing I would suggest ditch the Ash trays outside....

We have been here a few times now and I have to say it is BANG ON! The food is lovely but it’s the service that takes it to the next level. They can’t do enough for you and that makes the difference. Well done guys. You are a credit

Rang and asked to provide some hot breakfast sandwiches for 16 people at 9.20am. I arrived on time and everything was ready, staff were lovely and personable

Visited twice this week and Claire is an absolute star! Never stopped working for the hour that we were there while her colleagues seemed to have their phones glued to their hands. Claire is a credit to this coffee shop. She deserves a promotion!

unfortunately this is the last time I will be going to this Starbucks after 2 previous and now today getting my order wrong again. I pay additional to personalise my order and end up with a standard order which is not what I ask for. I feel the team there may need further training as this service is really poor. By the time I realise my order is wrong, we are half way out the car park. Not going back

Whenever I read anything that begins with "As part of our process of continuous improvement..." I know immediately that something which was previously available is now no longer an option, or that the service/product I am familiar with has now been downgraded to my detriment - usually meaning that I am about to receive something inferior or more expensive than before, all being passed off under the guise of 'continuous improvement'. This cafe is a prime example. It is almost exactly 4 years since I last reviewed this cafe, and I was disappointed to find that on this visit, the full cooked breakfast which I previously reviewed (April 2018) is alas no longer available, to be replaced by some very rudimentary breakfast options, none of them a decent substitute. However, there was a choice of breakfast bap with either bacon or sausage. I opted for the sausage (see picture), only to find that the sausages were precooked and reheated in the microwave, along with the bread roll. The result: bread with a rubbery texture, and sausages which were clearly passed their best. The woman serving was perfectly helpful and efficient, but I suspect she was no chef. In fact, the cafe doesn't appear to have anyone cooking - at least not for breakfast. Looking at the most recent reviews for this venue, standards have clearly dropped. That's a shame, because the only other option for breakfast is the Beefeater at the Premier Inn nearby, which is £9.50! OK, it is 'unlimited' but realistically, a tenner is way overpriced, no matter how good the breakfast is. Whilst Sainsbury's cafe offers an alternative, it is I am afraid a very poor substitute.

No es un lugar seguro para tomar una taza de café. Fui a trabajar. Fue acosado y abordado por alguien que claramente estaba enfermo y el personal se rió de ello. Estos abusos ocurren con frecuencia allí y simplemente se descuida.

Had lunch here with friends after doing a bit of shopping. I had eaten here ages ago and I seem to remember the food being decent and I’m sure it was home cooked. Sadly that’s no longer the case (maybe it was before it was taken over by Cherry lane) I had the quiche which was bland, rubbery and straight out of a packet/microwave. Luckily the salad that went with it was fresh and abundant. Friend had the bean chilli with jacket potato which for £10 was piddly - tiny portion of chilli on a smaller than average potato. I won’t be going again.

Ordered a coffee while waiting for the train, lovely coffee and really friendly service. It is so nice for a small station to have somewhere to get a drink.

Came for a lovely meal with family all I can say is it blew my mind away, a completely new menu to last time with so many options to choose from an amazing selection I personally chose the pulled pork loaded fries and the portions did not disappoint! There was a ton of pulled pork on there and the fries were cooked to perfection. The staff were very attentive and even gave us a few suggestions for desert. Overall it was a great experience the staff were to polite and the quality of food was amazing will definitely be back again in the future.
