Given wrong order received someone else’s order in bags

They haven't even dilvered the order yet and if anyone else has had it I'm reporting them to the police as it is theft and no one has the rights to take my money as I'm not paying for anyone's addictions I have responsibilities even if they dont

Missing items and very late delivery. No communication regarding the 2 missing items during and post delivered, which could easily pass unnoticed if I didn't have to double check along with the email receipt.

Didn’t put my beetroot in the bag

Over an hour late, that I had completely forgot I had even ordered and the majority of it was for my daughters dinner, which she ended up having late

everytime an order is made from asda multiple items are missed.

Over 3 hours late and still no delivery

I waited over two hours for a delivery where they kept changing the original time and when the order got here, it was missing items to be told because of my list of claims they couldn’t do anything. I spoke to somebody on live chat. He was very rude before me even explaining what happened. He then said goodbye. I’m fed up of ordering off here with so many deals yet they can’t even match up to the standards.

Missing items and then refused refund!!

One item was missing but otherwise everything was spot on.

saying delivered. it has not been delivered. there is no one to chat to straight away to find out where delivery is. its items that are needed and now I have to take my child out in the cold and spend more at the co op because I can't go much further!

The delivery was 1hr late and was missing the main two highest value items … two packs of chicken breast. The driver said they were waiting 40 minutes at Asda for the order to be ready

Have ordered from here a few times and really disappointed that they always seem very late. (Over 2 hours) And there are always items missing. Very disappointing. And if you have to order the missing items from elsewhere, you end up paying delivery again

Worse than not receiving items worth £7.38 was the terrible customer service I received from Just Eat when I requested a refund. Apart from the fact you cannot speak to a person on the phone it is impossible to prove you DIDN'T receive an item!

Most items were missing from the order and Asda failed to let us know and now I am having to chase a refund

Not sure what happened, over 2 hours late and items missing. I understand it’s busy at Christmas time, but don’t let me put an order in for a service if it can’t be fulfilled. Wouldn’t normally order items in this way from here but I have the flu and unable to get out at the moment.

Lovely food, delightful staff and a nice atmosphere. I had a large breakfast which was quite cheap for what it was and everyone else I went with enjoyed their food too .

essential items missing...not happy as now I can't make a meal

Asda started the order extremely late, 2 hours after I placed the order with Just Eat, then missed 3 items off my order. I only ordered in the first place as I have norovirus and can't go out. Poor delivery driver was stood waiting for them.

Really think it’s wrong. Just because u have an offer on, on Wednesday on just eat your account is set to no delivery’s. Where as if u go onto Uber eats it switched on for delivery.

Hashbrowns & galazy cakes were missing

Missing key items, ordered as have been unwell and unable to get out to do any shopping.

Am so disappointed and disgusted with this services thatnive revived what the actual gel is wrong with this why charge so much money for 1 hour late arrival then my stuff al missing

The time kept changing and then at one point I couldn’t see the drivers location. I didn’t receive my noodles, but that’s not a massive deal. Just shocked at how late my order arrived

Ultimately disappointing as again I added a tip only to get 3 items ordered. It would’ve been more honest to cancel the order. All this will do is dissuade customers from tipping couriers smh. This isn’t on. The prices are already marked up with added service charge.

missing items, courier did not check receipt on collection and didn't notice that 12 1.5L bottles of water and 4 pints of milk were all missing off the order, that or it was stolen, getting it refunded but still missing water for work in the hot day, this is becoming a major issue with all these apps.

I am absolutely astounded and appalled. I did not receive 2 of my items totalling to over 10 pound. I requested for a refund for the missing items naturally and it has been denied. Money has been taken when I have not received certain items.

A third of the items where missing and this is the 4th time it’s happened but just eat won’t refund missing items twice now. Rang Asda and they said it’s down to just eat so my Nan who I order for is out of pocket and has to repurchase missing items

Literally half the order is missing and you have to submit a claim to get your money back for the missing items. This has happened both times I've ordered. It's incredibly annoying.

This order was not even delivered

Literally more than half of my order was not even delivered. Of a £38 order. £23 of it was not delivered. It really is unbelievable. The driver was also apparently at Asda for around 45 mins. Not happy at all. A complete waste of time and money.

I came in to get my daughter some pancakes and my son some chicken nuggets for a pound. We have this most weeks before or after swimming. Today I got asked how old my son is, he's 13 mo the old. I got refused food for him as he's under 18 months!! I was here last week and it wasn't a problem!! Where does it say a child has to be over 18months to get food for £1?!?! Disgusted!

Absolutely awful service. 4 items missing!!! My partner and I have Covid so tried to do the sensible thing and stop indoors.

Shocking service from both parties!! The delivery driver didn’t even knock the door just left the bag on the door step and the store didn’t think to let me know my milk wasn’t going to be delivered all round shocking!!
