Waited ages for cold food and missing items. Was not worth complaining as I didn't want to wait any longer. Under staffed and under training. I won't be going again.

Don’t do it, we should have walked out when we saw tables full of old plate of half eaten food ! Big mistake

I ordered the Full English, which arrived quickly. The service from the staff was good. The food is cheap and cheerful - it’s not Michelin-starred dining, but fortunately the prices reflect that. I was a little disappointed with the state of the tables though. Most had dirty plates and cups on them. I had to clear a table myself in order to find a space. I was there for around half an hour but none of the dirty tables were cleared during that time.

An hour wait for a breakfast…… multiple tables being told that they had now fish an hour after they had ordered…. Stay away

Unfortunately the service was abysmal, it took over 30 minutes to get our food to us. Morison's need to employ more staff and have a cafe supervisor. It should be a gold mine if run correctly.

I wish we hadn't bothered, the order machine was not working so we went to the till only for that to stop working & the person on the till to disappear. when some one came back they told me to order at the machine. about 4 other couples & us walked away, we were all not happy. the worse Morrisons ever.

Would like to have given 0 stars but you can't. I think this must be the worst Morrisons in the country, and I will never go back to this place ever.

Writing this review prior to actually receiving half of our meal. Took over half an hour for two burgers to arrive, one was incorrect. A further 35 minutes later the re attempt hadn’t arrived. Now awaiting refund.

Staff were excellent but food was awful. Carrots on my chicken dinner were rock hard. When asking for them to be cooked, I was told, "i know, they are always like that"? If so, why don't you cook them properly? The only two vegtables that they serve are cheap peas and rock hard carrots. Im sure the fried foods are fine. Chips on the wife's meal were terrible. As if hot held for hours and gone dry as a bone. Loads of food off the menu like fish and chips. How can you have a kitchen in a supermarket and run out of food........anyway, if it weren't for the extremely pleasant staff, it would be no score at all....

Food cold wasn't edible sent it back then had mircowaved breakfast

The lunch was good but the service terrible. In a cafe such as this I don't expect to wait 45 minutes for my food. We had the normal impersonal ordering electronic system which was quick and efficient, then sat and waited. Not enjoyable. Had a similar experience there 3 weeks ago too.

Five tables in use 40+ minutes for my food order to arrive and no warning or word to say there was a wait for food. I don't understand a wait for food when there was only five tables in use?? When my meal eventually arrived it was cold and inedible, when will these people learn that food should be at a set temperature when ot is served?? All I'm all not a happy customer.

Avoid at all cost!! Apaling service,waited 50 minutes for our meal to come.Ended up having no food & asking for a refund!!

Well where do I start took my grandson to the cafe for some lunch .You ordered your own food which was simple enough however the machine didn't register the whole ordered only my food was ordered and not my grandson (which I didn't know ) the machine then informed me of no receipt not a problem.When my food turned up with no food that was ordered for my grandson I questioned the problem to be told sorry there was a mistake and it would be with us shortly.Ok I thought how ever 45 minutes later having shared my food which was now stone cold with my grandson after asking a further four times I was told that the chicken nuggets were being cooked and do take time hmmmm .My answer was it dose not take nearly an hour to cook that meal and were they still trying to catch a chicken to make nuggets .Have to say by this time I decided it was quicker to get some food for my grandson somewhere else .Food for thought pardon the pun maybe they should change the sign from kids eat free with a full paying adult to kids don't get fed .First and definitely the last time I go to their cafe .

No cutlery , food disgusting , dirty tables Don’t bother

This is the worst experience I have ever had at Morrisons . I am a type one diabetic and have waited over an hour for my fish and chips and my pudding. The worst part is we ordered off the machine and it said that they have apple crumble so we ordered it and then just before the food came out we got told that they didn’t have it. I would not suggest eating at this cafe if you are visiting the area because it’s the worst . Just to add my food was cold

Good food, but waiting times are a bit too long and customer service is appalling. My partner and I checked online and saw that the cafe was open until 7, so we went to order just now at 6. And the cashier rudely told us they're shut, rudely pointed at the machine saying they are closed and shouted at us to look. Literally 2 minutes prior, the machine was not showing this and even if they were closed, the cashier did not have to talk to us like that. We both decided we're not gonna be ordering from there again.

Friendly staff and a good cup of coffee. You get exactly what you expect. Nice.

Very pricey breakfast for a very low standard, would not recommend

Grim!! Every single table was piled up with plates with leftover food on, tables had not been wiped, only seemed to be 1 member of staff on the floor. Won't be going in there to eat or drink that's for sure!

I've been to alot of cafes, some good, some bad, some superb. This was not one of them, morrisons cafe is as bad as it has ever gotten for me. Food was wrong, cold, hard and yet somehow greasy at the same time and a LOT of other people at other tables seemed to having similar experiences. As a severely disabled woman I am extremely limited when it comes to going out, and I'm extremely disappointed that the only cafe I can get to from my lovely new home in leominster is this absolute state of a place. We spent way too much on terrible food that was entirely inedible other than the toast, which was barely toasted bread. NO STARS.

My daughter and I ordered beef pie, chips and peas, when it arrived it was a horrible grey mash, i told him we had ordered chips he took them away saying they would have to cook them again, eventually the correct meals arrived, a small portion of chips, the pastry on the pie needed a hammer and chisel as it was rock hard so i couldnt eat it, I wrote a note saying how disgusted i was and how standards had really dropped since my last visit and i wouldnt be going again, the man who cleaned the table threw the note in the bin. what a drop in standards and quality. There were quit a few people with complaints, one who demanded her money back and got it..

I know this review is for the cafe but the supermarket is the worst in the country. I’ve bought crackers for cheese so many times and 80% of them are smashed and broken. What do these staff who are cattle do to these crackers? They pack them in with force, angrily into their allotted spaces. I’m sick and tired of opening crackers to find them all smashed to tiny pieces. Someone in this store hates crackers.

Unfortunately this must be one of the worst Morrisons in the u.k. and its in my home town. Breakfasts turn up tepid at best of times, half empty shelves, expensive petrol and a car wash that spends more time "out of order" than it does working. If only we had a Tesco's or Sainsburys with cafe in this town, this store would go bust. We now go to the Queenswood cafe for breakfast, Aldi's in town and Sainsburys in Hereford for groceries. Petrol at Bargates and wash the car ourselves. The store is shambles.

Had cheese and ham toastie, disgusting

Went specifically for lunch.On arrival told by member of staff that the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages. Will not go again as in these times of COVID a restaurant that does not plan against staff shortages could be closed at any time of the week.

Staff abruptly asked us to use the kiosk to order, all self serve soft drinks were unavailable, however the breakfast was lovely and arrived quickly.

Absolute rubbish, Everything was cold,Deep fried bread/ hash browns dripping in bitter tasting oil, Ordered ultimate breakfast, Realised half way through I hadn't received any sausage even though i had paid for an extra one, carried on & finished because there were no staff around eventually saw a staff member Told her she asked me if I wanted them even though she could see i had finished that was the end of that no mention of refund ! AVOID

What a farce- Sunday food shopping, or trying to... queues all the way down the aisles in the few tills actually in use. Self Service tills out of use. This is now beyond funny and the Covid excuse is no longer viable. Simply down to poor staffing, zero organisation and those staff that are working being of the opinion that standing and chatting is effective use of their time. The most frustrating thing being that this is a situation that the eh do not appear in any way concerned about or are actually trying to rectify

Used to be able to get a very nice Sunday roast in morrisons but was told that was no longer longer on the menu, settled for chicken pie. This was probably one of the worst lunches I have ever had, won't be returning

Not a happy experience. Obviously under staffed and I would question whether it should have been open at all. Tables not cleared or cleaned. There was a choice of breakfast or fish and chips only. Chose vegan breakfast and opted out of beans. The avocado was brown and inedible. The mushrooms and tomato looked and tasted like they had been cooked a long while earlier. The toast wasn't toasted. Just bread . No independant cafe would send this out. I will not be returning

So disappointed by our experience today. To start, there were no visible clear tables, so we had to move other people’s cups etc to another table. This normally wouldn’t be a bother, but we are in a pandemic and during our 50 minute stay, the table we moved them to wasn’t cleared either. I didn’t see a single table be cleared. Most concerning was that our table included the previous occupants filled track and trace form, ie their full name and phone number. Their entrance time to the cafe was also two hours before we arrived. I do not think the cafe is taking its responsibility with personal details seriously in any manner. Then, after almost half an hour, the food arrived. We are both vegetarians - usually not a problem in a Morrisons cafe. However the breakfast was disappointing. The avocado was brown and spoiled, the “toast” was in fact just two slices of untoasted bread, and the mushrooms and tomatoes have clearly been sitting for quite a while. While I am sure this is no fault of any specific employee, there clearly is not enough staff for this cafe to be functional. We overheard that there is only one person working in the kitchen - no wonder we were all sitting so long waiting for our “food” to finally arrive! I will certainly not be stopping here again.

Good English breakfast & good value

Menu very limited, service friendly, but dead slow, arriving near closing time it was exceptionally quiet and pleasantly clean, but there was no sign of staff who have taken social distancing to mean avoiding customer contact altogether. Only recommended for the desparate.

Didn't have breakfast as the man carrying it to the tables wasn't wearing face covering. Had a packed sandwich instead. Three young people came in without masks and got served. Now small businesses obeying the rules are going into lockdown.

I have lived in Leominster all my life and eat in the Morrison’s cafe all the time. The quality of the food is amazing and better than what I could do in my flat. My kids love it two. The staff are friendly and give me loads of chips. The other day I had extra sausages on my breakfast and I was really full up.

Awful food , waited for ages, not busy. I now know why they are not busy.......awful taste, presentation and not particularly clean area . . Don’t bother

Wow, I expected basic ... and was underwhelmed. Took the best part of an hour to deliver; eggs poached to death on cold muffins with lumpy avocado. Fish fingers and chips. And a portion of chips (which they had to be reminded about) with a toasted sandwich. Last visit.. avoid.

Me and my mum went to the cafe for some dinner. We ordered the 'all day brunch' via the touch screen. However after we sat down we were told that we couldn't have poached eggs, because they had run out. But we could have fried or scrambled. How is it possible that you can't have poached eggs but you can have the other two? I don't think they knew how to cook a poached egg. We were then told that we couldn't have our puddings we ordered. So we were given a choice of 3 others to have, despite there being about 8 on the menu and the order screen said they were all available. So we settled on a 'bread and butter pudding' and a 'sticky toffee pudding'. The wait for these puddings was over 15 mins, but when they did arrive we were both given 'bread and butter pudding'. What happened next is what disappointed me. We alerted a staff member who was passing, who abruptly said in quite a rude tone that "We will have to wait" as she was "giving others their food". When she did come over we just explained that the pudding was wrong to which she again very abruptly said "put in on there then" (referring to the tray in her hands). There was no apology at all and she stormed off. At other places, if there is a mistake like this, the staff will usually just apologise and take my food away. I don't mind this as we all make mistakes. But her rude manner was quite shocking, and how she wouldn't even take the food away from me, and instead expected me to pass the food up to her is weird. It was then another 10 minute wait until the correct pudding was brought out. I can safely say I would not visit this cafe again. The food was ok and expected for the price, but it's how the place is run and the attitude of some of the staff that lets it down. I am usually pretty easy when it comes to food and this is my first 1 star review I have ever written, which shows how shocked I was with the experience.

When I'm in the area I very often go here for lunch. The prices are reasonable and the food is very good. The staff are very pleasant and I particularly like that they employ some with learning difficulties who are so pleasant and polite not to mention helpful. Great experience although meals waiting times can be a little slow. All in all very 😊 happy.

I just wanted to say that we have always enjoyed the dinners in Morrisons, Leominster. The Dinner for two adults and two children for £10 is a bargain and very good. The staff are always friendly. We are always grateful that this food is cooked...

Builders breakfast in a Bap was 20p more expensive than the traditional plate full next to it. My wife hates egg and tomato so that gets thrown on mine, as did the brown sauce. I must say that the Bap wasn't worth paying the extra...

For a change today -Sunday, we went across to Morrisons for lunch. My husbands meal was okay, he had a lamb shank, but mine was awful. I ordered gammon, chips, peas and pineapple. The meals came out very quickly which is often a bad sign....

Went in for breakfast one Sunday Morning, hubby had a massive builders breakfast and i had porridge with bananas and chocolate spread. Hubby enjoyed his dry up but my porridge wasn't cooked thoroughly so was a bit chewey. Won't try that one again. It was Oak but wouldn't race about it.

The staff are very nice the food is good for a Supermarket Caffè and they have a good range of beverage 's from the coffee shop at the end of the cafeteria run by some of the nicest people, they also have the bring your own cups for a discount on your regular drinks basis at the coffee shop, a great way to cut down on the pollution with plastic and paper cups 🥤.

My local store. Use at least once a week. Popped in for a few things for the weekend. Was disappointed to see so many empty shelves kind the veg department. Did manage to pick chicken reduced a great savings.

The place was empty not clean food took for every and was cold had to ask for cutlery and cups for the Tae won't use there again

Open, light area. Friendly helpful staff. Table service for cooked food. Kids menus. Menus can be adapted to meet customer choice. Contactless payments if required and points on the Morrisons card. Separate coffee bar with light snacks. My grandchildren love the food there ( high chairs available). Nice coffee ( fill your own cup provided). I'm really pleased with this cafe!

After experience at the main cafe a few weeks ago with lukewarm coffee and food order not correct thought to try the other area at the barista bar. After a pretty long wait, with only 1 serving and 2 customers in front of me I noticed an offer advertised for regular coffee and any (of 3) toasted items for £2.50. Nice, so eventually got to order to be told no teacake, toast or crumpets. Hmm great. Was told I could get them at the other Cafe though. No, had waited long enough thanks. On upside, coffee was nicer and hot.

decided to pop in here whilst on the way to Wales, and ordered 3 breakfasts, was charged for 4 which I didnt notice until 4 arrived, this was resolved quickly, however the bacon looked like it hadnt seen the grill, the toast was either uncooked...

Pretty rubbish today which is unusual. Very long wait and food was poor.

Food ordering is chaotic. Choose your food on a touch screen menu and pay for it there if you are paying on a card. At the till to order if you are paying cash. The elderly customers totally confused, understandably. Food was ok-ish.
