Why do I spend £2.40 on a cup of tea it's supposed to taste like tea , it's more like hot water so weak ! Come on use some good tea bags ,what are these terrible things you call tea ? Yuk 🤪🤔

I have used this Starbucks for over a year, pleasant staff always got a smile for us always welcome me by name, go out of their way to satisfy and make the best coffee. I visit min twice a week and im always made to feel welcome.

Nice decor and comfy. But sat at the seats by the fire door and all I heard was the door to there kitchen or rear storage area banging every time a member of staff went through. Really annoying and totally ruined the trip.

As someone who works on this retail park, this branch is easy to access and the staff are all incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Even when busy staff are always trying their best and making an effort. One staff member in particular stands out ahead any other one, Matt is always serving with a smile, offering help to people when they need it and never complains about a thing. Absolutely the kind of worker you want in your company, couldn't fault him in the slightest.

I’ve been to this store a number of years and the service has been hit and miss. In the recent months the service has deteriorated as well as the cleanliness. The store has been refurbished a matters of days and already it’s messy both in the customer areas and behind the counters. 2 consecutive days, 27th and 28th August I pointed out housefly’s inside the glass cabinet containing the fresh bakery products and landing on items of unwrapped food. When I pointed this out the staff member opened the glass door and tried waving it out without little success. Inside the cabinet I also pointed out a number of smaller midges. The morning of the 28th I was again there and yet again there was a housefly in the cabinet. When I pointed this out I was told ‘I know and I’ve given up trying to get it out’ although the cabinet door was left open. Clearly a health issue there. The waiting area where the drinks are placed at the end of the counter was messy as were the condiment holders, spillages etc and no effort to wipe down the counter despite a bottle of cleaner at the back of the counter. The other smaller counter also had dried up spillages. This store didn’t look like a freshly refurbished store less than a week since it re opened. The staff seemed more concerned discussing their social and personal life’s than interacting with the customers. A shambles of a store and when you contact Starbucks head office via the app they seem to add rewards to the app for the ‘inconvenience’. I would rather not receive the rewards and instead walk into a Starbucks that would like to serve customers professionally and on a clean tidy environment. Not a great example of a Starbucks!

Love the new layout of the store ! Not in love with the customer service though... Servers, no eye contact, no apology because of the extra long wait, no engagement at all. Calling drinks out under there breath and customers looking at each other. The only redemption is the happy lads on the tills..... well done them ! I think remainder of staff need a bit of customer service training..... no spirit to serve.

How the staff manage to be so bright and friendly at 0700 every weekday morning I've no idea but this is a great start to the working day for me. Coffee quality is excellent with that unique Starbucks flavour that I love.

I just want to shout out to the team at my local Starbucks...I can’t get to the site at the moment and am ordering via Uber (don’t get my points - only frustration) but the guys at this site no matter what have a smile on their faces and always put a smile on mine. Received my drink today and just a little message on a bag can make a difference to someone. (See picture) Thanks guys, been 2.5 years I’ve been going on here and wouldn’t change it. Keep going and we’ll done for everything during a crazy year. Starbucks please give these guys a shout out I don’t know behind the scenes but front facing you have a great bunch of people here 🙂

Have been a weekly visitor to Starbucks (Shires Retail Park) for a number of years. Finally had enough after 3-4 very disappointing visits. Food delayed and over cooked, coffee took for ever to be made and the cafe was disgustingly dirty. Plates and cups on every table the floor was filthy. There were four members of staff on duty and no one took responsibility for clearing tables. When I asked where my coffee was I receive a short reply “it’s being made!”. Never again, time to visit the independent coffee shops. Starbucks won’t care about losing a loyal customer, but quite frankly I don’t care either.

The place was dirty and neglected, so much so that the floor was covered in grime. The food was rubbish, and the coffee tasted like tobacco. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What a poor experience. I use ‘Spoons a lot, mainly because of the range of ales they have. Most are well kept and different from the run of the mill offerings in other places. This was no exception. A pint of Sambrooks Powerhouse Porter and another of Rampart Dark Ale very tasty. The problem was with the staff, food and cleanliness. My first attempt at buying a drink consisted of being ignored. Y 3 staff members who walked up and down the bar aimlessly. I eventually asked one of them ’can I buy a drink?’ At which point I was served, so obviously not doing anything else. When I went back to order food, exactly the same thing. Food was not pleasant, watery scampi and, if there could be such a thing, chewy chips! I had to return to the bar to get clean cutlery as the ones given to us were filthy with food remnants on them. As we walked out I would estimate that at least 80% of the tables that weren’t being used were full of dirty plates and glasses. The clearing up rota had not been filled. Will still visit for beers but I don’t think I will eat there again.
