My Wife and I recently (Sunday 26/11) had an extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks branch where we not only received poor service and when we questioned the service we have been denied service but I also faced racial abuse from one of their baristas. This incident deeply troubled us, as Starbucks is generally known for its welcoming atmosphere. I have contacted the Starbucks Corp and WMP will further pursue this matter but I urge branch owner and regional director to address these issues promptly, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect for all customers. P.S - I gave this beach a 5 star review 7 months ago on google reviews which I have now removed and replaced it with the same review above. I believe it is of extreme importance that the customers to this branch are aware of its current state and making an informed choice whether to spend their money in this branch.

Visited mid-morning with my 90 year old mum, just for a coffee & tea before heading home. Placing my order I asked for the 'lightest/smallest cup' for my mum as she struggles with heavy cups. Server asked if mine was Americano, I asked for milk, she added it to the coffee - I then asked for whole milk with my tea - that arrived before the tea did. The she arrived with another coffee with my name on in - it turns out I was given someone else's drink - I told her I did not need the milk she gave me for the coffee as she had added it to the drink already, no I haven't she said - yes she had! Finally got my drinks in paper cups - was not told this at the time of ordering - dishwasher was apparently out of order. Sat down to have my drink with my mum, table and chairs were dirty - we left without sampling either drink! Very poor service & state of shop was shocking!

The worst coffee in Birmingham (watery Americano coffee). I ordered American coffee with soy milk on the side, they gave it all mixed together, after they served me another I also asked for a croissant, they had put it in the microwave, it totally looked like a rubber croissant. Never more.

The thing that makes this the place to visit when near 5 Ways - isn't just the good coffee but a chilled atmosphere and the people who run the place which matters a lot. I work on my laptop or meet friends or sit and watch the world (or trams) go by. A nice place and great space.

Was glad to see Molloys open again after such a long time. We went in and could smell the odour of damp and saw the ceiling and walls with mould stains. The floor is dirty and the place hasn't been given a helping hand since it was shut. The place doesn't do food now. We stopped for a quick pint although no idea of a good.pint no head and smelt like cleaning fluid. Such a shame the place wasn't inspected or at least cleaned before opening.

Sat at a table and one of the chefs bashed into my table spilling my newly bought drink. The manager (walking two seconds behind her) then decided to bring me beer mats because "your table is a bit of a mess. I hope you appreciate the fact I bought these over for you" I then ordered a small breakfast. Whilst eating it I was interrupted by a member of staff sweeping under my table whilst I was eating. She even bashed my foot with the broom whilst I was eating. That food on the floor was there before I arrived. I felt extremely embarrassed by the fact that I was being victimized just because a member of staff had walked into my table and I was blamed for it, and that I could not eat my meal in peace (no where else would interrupt a guest's meal in this way) I have added a photo of one of the pieces of (not my) food, that the memeber of staff was trying to get from under my feet as I was eating.

Last week dinner service was terrible, the waitress could hardly speak a word of English and got my order all wrong and then didn’t understand why! She asked me 3 times what wine I would like and still brought the wrong one. Tables are always sticky. Last night service was a bit better but I knocked my fork on the floor when the waiter was right there yet he didn’t pick it up or being me another one. This morning, last weeks waitress is on, table extremely sticky and again she didn’t understand what my order was so goodness knows what I’ll get. Oh had the meal deal but had to pay for the additional chicken on the noodles. That’s unfair I think, who is going to order just a bowl of noodles and no protein?

Excellent food cooked by Liz as always! Excellent and welcoming service from Becky N, Seriously recommend their Surf and Turf and new flatbreads! Also a great selection of Gluten Free choices. Congratulations to Amy on your new role, it’s great to be back :)

The main issue, is the service from front of staff on a Friday, as this is the day i generally visit. You can stand waiting to be acknowledged for over a minute while they continue doing what they are doing before they have look up and ask you what you want. Food is generally very good apart from the bacon, in the bee fast which always appears it’s been cooked on a dirty plate After three visits having the same poor service I will not be visiting this establishment again.
