This what i was served after a 45 minute wait and £8. It was cold and hard, the egg looked like the chef had sat on it. The worst thing was i had to eat it because i was starving. A total disaster. Being busy on a sunday is not an excuse by the way

I ordered breakfast home. I paid extra for 1 extra flat mashroom, which I did not receive. Hashbrown tastes disgusting, very bitter and burnt. apart from that, I don't know what happened to the second hashbrown (pic below). Pouched egg overcooked and the toast was already spread with butter... (????) overpriced breakfast that I couldn't enjoy!

If you order your delivery get stolen by just eat disgusting

DO NOT have the Christmas dinner. It’s so awful you won’t wish it was Christmas every day. Better food served in prison. Waited ages for it, freezing cold and everything so hard and raw I could have cried. Used to be a fantastic busy cafe. What the hell happened? Bush tucker trials would taste better. Staff are lovely but can’t cook. Shame :(

absolutely awful toast wasn’t toast it was bread and soggy my partner had no bacon with his breakfast and the butter was like water it was melted never again will i be eating from here never tasted food so bad

Would give less than 1 star if possible as we went in for lunch at 2pm, and was told they don't have a lot of menu items which I find completely unacceptable when they are open for another 4 hours. They was also only one member of staff taking orders, clearing tables and serving the meals. Absolute rubbish!

Absolutely disgusted that it says on the cafe website open 9.30-4 and we get there at 10 to 3 to be told they have closed the kitchen. I challenged her and said the website says serves food till 4pm and she couldn’t give a dam more interested in clocking off and going to feed her 20 cats.

Good tasting Full English. However, had to leave the toast uneaten as it was the heel of the loaf and was soaked with oil to the point it seemed it was deep fried much like prawn toast.

Visited the cafe, took an hour and 30mins to receive an English breakfast. Requested a full refund as it was well into lunch time. When the food arrived it seemed to have been under a hot lamp for a while as the egg had yellowed and the beans had a suspicious skin on it. Staff seem to be on another planet, will completely blank you, walking around the perimeter of the cafe looking for your table. Shall not be returning.

Disgusting, I found a hair in my food, my uncle said his chicken felt and tasted like rubber! His rice felt like bits of sponge. My fathers food was partly cold and was inedible! We waited 1 hour for our food and the staff seemed to be walking around, daydreaming, plus most of them seemed to be dirty! I will never go there again.

Bought some Easter eggs and bunny's From the back lower shelf as the ones on top are all under a ceiling heater which is blowing full on! Husband has just opened a bunny and it's melted in half. Told the lady on the till and she really wasn't interested.

After their revamp things were actually ok and better. But as times pass things are just getting worse. The service and food is very hit and miss here. Lately it's been very more miss and we have since stopped going. Service use to be pleasant and friendly. The last several times though, service has been very slow, the older ladies working there all seem to have an attitude problem with very customer, and everything seems too much trouble for them. Several examples. 1) Toast with your breakfast use to come with a small butter tub next to it. Now the toast comes buttered whether you like it or not. The amount of butter they put on is stupid and the toast comes dripping in it. When you ask for it to be changed because it's disgusting with that amount of butter on, they roll their eyes at you and storm off. 2) they had no eggs. No eggs in a supermarket! They refused to other a replacement item, so why are they charging you full price for it. 3) service has been painfully slow, to the point several people complained and had to walk out after nearly an hour waiting for their food to not appear. Some asked for the manager and they were no better in resolving the situation and having any understanding of the problem that there way. 4) Food use to be nice and fresh, but when you compare the photos of the latest food, the quality of the food is very poor, overcooked, burnt and lukewarm. There is a serious lake of standards here. If it's this bad at the front how clean is the kitchen?

Absolutely disgusting food. Had full breakfast. Nearly broke my tooth on the bacon and mushrooms and hash browns. As it had been put in the microwave that long everything was so hard. Beans dried up from the microwave. How they can send out meals like that is beyond me. The cook needs sacking

I know this is a supermarket and not expecting high quality but the breakfast was terrible, burnt sausages ( black) everything was terrible.. we had to eat with our coats on as there was no heating so the food went cold fast ... I've had better snack vans serving better quality in a lay-by... I paid £19.68 for 2x breakfast and coffee ... poor poor basic standards

Before people say "you get what you pay for" ... me and my wife went in for breakfast and we paid £19.65 for 2 x breakfast and coffee so for that amount you would expect some quality. The sausages was black , the black pudding was burnt , eggs was hard .And due to the coldness of the restaurant we had to sit in our coats ( no heating on at all) ... so the breakfast soon turned cold very quickly... wouldn't recommend it .

The service is extremely slow waited over half an hour for food never used to be like this will go elsewhere next week

Although I only had a all day breakfast it took a good while to come so wasn't as hot as it should of been.

Can't go wrong at any Morrisons for poached egg on toast for breakfast always have an extra egg though.

I've never waited so long for cheap cheerful breakfasts. Clearly not enough staff, and some staff they do have clearly not trained properly and unable to do their job, adding more pressure to already overstretched staff. Various things missing, mugs, forks, etc and some that were actually out were dirty. Order finally came, but wrong, and wasn't the most appetising. Morrisons, sort it out. Your cafes are normally very good value for money. This one is not.

Decided to change the opening times again, no longer open at 7am

Full breakfast was a bit on the greasy side for me but tasted good, generous sized and we'll priced. You can now order at the counter, on phone or on a screen

The food is never hot when it comes out and the tables always need a good clean . It’s just not very pleasant to eat here

No poached eggs … in a super market … they actually buy them in not use fresh eggs .. wow Also sat down window ledges dirty with flies .. also why can’t we have fresh milk in a flask for milk .. sorry Morrisons but it’s a supermarket 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible service and food is as bad, 1st off no mugs on the counter, woman on till oh I’ll get you some, brings out 2, order food ask where ketchup is, I’ll get you some , brings out 2. Get cutlery no teaspoons make do with a dessert spoon, no napkins, food comes out barely warm, bacon is like cardboard, won’t bother here again at least Asda serve fresh food and are organised

I have been to your Tamworth store cafe, and had a breakfast for the last 3 times and all the time it has been over cooked & cold.

Well morrisons cafe used to be good , the price has gone way up and the breakfast was terrible. Thay have taken some things of the breakfast, the sausages were so small and looked and tasted like thay have been cooking for two hours the bacon was under cooked the poached egg was hard ,a small bowl of bean and half of a tomato. With a drink I payed 16 pound ,will never use the cafe again and I advise people to keep well clear ,thay are taking the mick out of there customers

Breakfast was OK. They did not have normal porridge so had to have vegan. Staff that cleared plates and brought food to table were very short with people asking questions. There were no stations to put used dishes

Poor service twice went for breakfast on menu said black pudding with breakfast came asked where it was was told had none went the next week and same happened wasn't offered another sausage or hash brown instead.thought morrisons was a supermarket that sold all groceries.i complained after 2nd episode and was given a voucher manager dealt well with it don't know if situation changed now but am not going back to find out

Had ordered 2 big breakfasts food wasn't hot and there was no blackpuddings weren't told that at point of sale or when brought to table when asked was then told they had none.there was no offer of extra bacon slice or mushroom or hash brown but still had to pay the price.cant understand how can run out when it's part of shop where all food for sale go and get some.poor management and poor staff not being trained properly

Only reason for 3/5 stars is they was obviously understaffed. However when asked at 12.00 if any children’s lunch boxes was available if was a stern NO “we can’t make sandwiches now”. After 45 mins we finally got our food which wasn’t great or hot. You want food go elsewhere 💯

Popped in for a quick bite to eat. The menu has changed a bit. The staff are still the same, very pleasant. Food didn't take to long to come and the breakfast was more presentable than last time and actually looked nice. Less greasy and tasted nice. Not to bad for £5.50

Delicious reseasonably priced food served by very friendly and efficient staff.

Love the milkshakes real icy and refreshing the place has improved since I last went moderner cleaner didnt have hot food to comment on.

This place used to a great place for a cheap and cheerful for breakfast, but since it has reopened it a shadow of its former self. The staff are disillusioned and it shows the menu is no were as good as it was. If you want to leave something of your choice you don't get another choice but are still expected to pay for it. On the whole I am sorry to say I will never use this place again and I have used this place since 2003 .

Beautifully clean. Tables out for use, but couldn't tell if it was open or not. Think they do takeaways. Would love one of their gorgeous all day breakfasts.

Went there yesterday. Poor selection of food available as much had 'sold out'. Waited 40 mins for two All day brunches, which we were warned about, but it gets worse. Tables were neither cleared after customers had finished, or even cleaned. We had to request that our table was cleaned! Screens and chairs weren't cleaned either and the tray on which our food was brought to us looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Absolutely unforgiveable in this time of Corona Virus.

I was here a week ago and it was fine. Went this week and it was full. They have reduced prices by 50%. I will wait until the prices go back up before I go again.

Not nice breakfast. Everything lacked flavour apart from you could taste cooking oil on everything. I didn't enjoy it.

Blunt cutlery, greasy food, noisy surroundings, good prices. All things considered, it is a lovely setting to take a break before or after shopping or if you fancy a naughty cooked breakfast or a quick cuppa. Never had anything other than breakfast at this cafe. I would visit more frequently for breakfast but I am trying to be good

Staff are mostly very good, but a couple of very miserable servers,food hit and miss ,depends who's cooking on the day

Stopped for some brunch, which was chips, sausage, bacon, fried eggs, mushroom and beans. Staff were friendly. Didn't;'t have to wait to long. Breakfast was average nothing special. Some parts ok, and some parts not so ok. The chips although looked cooked were still slightly uncooked inside. Bacon could have done with cooking a bit more. However, the sausages tasted good.

Good food at a reasonable price

I do like the cafe in Morrisons ,. It is nice to have a snack and drink before shopping. The surroundings are comfortable . However there was not enough staff on and the poor girl on the till had to go and get milk to fill the drinks machines which were out of some types of coffee . Then she had to serve again so found it hard to find time to fill the machines . More staff would be more conducive to customers enjoying their time there . It’s not nice to see how the staff seemed so overworked .

Wilnecote morrisons has improved and we have been very impressed with the catering, we will be going again.

The staff are always brilliant and helpful, specially this week while we are manning the Poppy table.

Food smells a lot better than it tastes, just your average run of the mill supermarket cafe, nothing to shout about but what more can you expect for a few quid.

Worst food I have had bacon sandwich cold toast no colour just like plain bread sent it back came back burnt will not eat here again

Fish and chips. Cold very small portion fish ..handful chips .mushy peas cold ... Never again. Tatesed like it was old reheated.. Total Disgusting.

Good wholesome food, at sensible prices, used touch screen to order and by the time I had got my drink and walked to our table, food was delivered as I sat down.

There is no customer service here now you put your order in to a screen then help yourself to drink. The food that was brought out was well priced but lacked heat an the toast an fried bread was over done.

Food was good. Staff should be trained to give you best prices ie. Breakfast for the items offered to us 20p more we could have had a large breakfast including there options and more.

Ordered big breakfast with super toast instead of fried bread, breakfast arrived with bloomer toast,waitress took the bloomer toast after I complained but did not return with the super toast. Half way through eating my breakfast I realised that there was no egg with my breakfast. Not very good perhaps I should shop/eat at Sainsbury

Well were do I start the trays was dirty and when ask to clean . It was clean by the person cleaning table with the same cloth.! Got tea and bacon cob . When for a knife and milk but was horrified to see just how dirty they was keep in and look round was not that good lots of tables not cleaned. This not the first time last time told the manager. He has not listen.See pic and make your own mind up

Nice clean cafe had a breakfast it arrived to my table it was presented very well on the plate and the waitress was very good to . Service with a smile. Food was good.

Was not very impressed with the food. The only saving grace was that i didnt pay for the kids meals as they are free all day. Chips tasted like they were done in old oil. I had a gammon steak which had no taste at all. .
