The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in South West

Excellent food and service in a very nice environment and ambience. Superbly served by Barclay a very polite young man.

Saw this review on glassdoor and witnessed this first hand back in December. The staff were lovely and prompt but felt the tension between staff and management.

Just went here to meet a group of my colleagues for something to eat and was told that they were doing takeaway only .I asked if they had changed the closing time as it was only 3pm and she replied that they were closing early as it had been quiet ! I ordered a takeaway coffee and phoned friends to change cafe .Photo is of the large cappuccino! Half a cup of cold coffee. Don't bother going here lots more lovely coffee shops close by.

Typically great brewdog atmosphere and like normal the bar staff have good music taste. Impressive guest drinks selection, and awesome food menu. Love the buffalo sauce they use here. Really do like the atmosphere. If the drinks were a little cheaper I’d sit and drink for hours.

I love this cafe, the staff are friendly and doing their best. But the tiny fly problem mentioned in another review has been ongoing for a couple of years. It’s very irritating and off putting to have them land on your coffee cup! Not sure why it’s not been sorted out. The upstairs has been undergoing repair/refurbishment for months and months and is currently out of action. Such a shame!

I arranged to meet a friend in the cafe for coffee and a catch up we arrived at around 10.30 only to find a handful of tables available as all the others were reserved. We ordered our drinks and a tea cake each took a seat waited 20 mins for 2 coffees and 2 tea cakes to then be told the table we were sitting at was needed at 11:30 for someone else. Had we realised you needed to book to have a coffee we would have gone elsewhere, several other people were annoyed as they had shopped in the garden centre then decided on having a coffee but left due to table having reserved on them. Quite a lot of lost revenue for you company Safe to say we won’t be using them again

I had the big breakfast. Everything on the plate was warm nothing was hot. Would not eat here again. We always had lunch in M & S and it was always good. I d not know what has happened but I was so disappointed the big breakfast was not cheap. The other thing I did not like was when I ordered the pot of tea there was no saucer just the cup, no spoons and no napkins. The other complaint was the tables and chairs had not been cleaned.

Not very nice, needs massive refurb. Garden disgusting, toilets disgusting and £6.50 for a pint of 1664 to add insult to injury.

Nice outdoor seating and tasty coffee and cakes. Let down by strange service set up, we only ordered coffee and cake. The coffee arrived promptly but no sign of our cakes. When I asked, I was told by 2 members of staff just sat around that there were other orders ahead of mine. Why neither of them can be trusted to put 2 pre sliced cakes on plates is beyond me.

Strange place. The moody owner/manager ignored all customers and sat on table eating her own lunch as diners waited for their food to arrvie. Service very slow. Empty tables left uncleared and covered in dirty crockery from customers who had left. Food when it arrived was ok, nothing more. The owner does not seem to get what good hospitality is about, and perhaps should find a new vocation in life!

A hidden gem, set away from the busy shopping areas of Cheltenham, yet within easy reach. Cafe offers a good range of drinks and food for all times of the day, meeting many dietary needs. Seating available both inside and out. Coffee is absolutely delicious. Excellent service. Ideal place to sit and relax. Worth a visit.

This is an amazing coffee shop! It’s my favourite place. It’s nice and cozy. The staff are also nice! I would definitely recommend coming here if you like any hot drink! 🥰

I walked into the store late Sunday afternoon. The door was open, no signs that the coffe shop is closed. A barrista was serving another customer. Without any greeting or apology, he just blurped out: "We close. We closed, Mam. " I left the shop, while another customer was still beeing served. The store either should have cloze doors or serve all customers equally.

Food and drink was absolutely fine. The toilet was a different matter. I've never seen such a disgusting toilet in a cafe. We could smell it before we opened the door and once we caught a glimpse we promptly decided we wouldn't be stepping foot in there. Absolutely disgusting. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the place.

My sister and her friend who is 17! Were let it to the club upstairs no ID no Fake ID the security lady just asked their age and they were let in what kind of business are you running!
