Mrs booked this as she uses Tesco club card vouchers. I didn’t pay for this meal… Been to Exeter which was good so had high expectations for Plymouth… Firstly The beer is lovely and great choice but the food not that great this time…well for me.. the kids were delighted with what they had… Stupidly I ordered the cluck Norris chicken burger I usually have a beef burger whenever I’m out but thought I would give this a go… There were x 2 big lumps of chicken which wasnt particularly nice.. definitely not breast and I’m not sure what part it was… it was hard and not great tasting… it was eatable as I was hungry after a few beers I just grin and bare it… Chips were ok and like I said earlier everyone else said it was good… oh nearly forgot the hasselbank spuds sorry but they were terrible and price for what they are… I would definitely not have anything chicken from brewdog after this experience. 100% recommend the beef burgers

Booked a table in advance for Wing Wednesday. Arrived, and seated by a polite front of house lady. Wings ordered. What arrived first was the Dragon Spice. Ten crispy to the point of being rock hard, over cooked, near bullet proof absolutely lowest quality wings with a tasteless white dip. Next up, the Buffalo’s. Even more overcooked and harder with a small pot of Franks Sauce. Lady checked back to see if I wanted a third round, don’t think my teeth could have stood any more punishment. Politely excused myself. Sadly, the place also allows dogs and whereas the one next to me was well behaved, at another table were two Staffie type things. The front of house brought some dogs bowls of water over and put them on the table for the owner to then place on the floor. Meanwhile the Staffies were pulling themselves up using the bench to lean on rest their chins on the table. Never again. It is unbelievable that a business trades on this wing Wednesday offer when they are so incredibly poor. The beer prices were utterly ridiculous. Near £7 a pint for most beers. Take my advice, walk half a mile further for far cheaper and better wings and weatherspoons for a third of the price not to mention the beer prices.

Great concept for a restaurant. We previously went to exeter last year and decided to try here while in the area. We took advantage of using tesco clubcard to help with the cost as a family of 5. £12-15 for burgers are steep considering the fries are additional cost + basis chicken burgers for teens are non existent. So its fine to order plain but a roll with plain chicken for £15 is extortionate. Also £5.95 for THREE new potatoes turned into hasslebacks?! It said on the online menu at plymouth a burger of the month was available being a los pollo nacho burger. This was unavailable and the staff did not know about it - even though online, specifically on the Plymouth page its there as an option. Unfortunately only one cider on draught which was unavailable so had a peach cold beer. Nice enough but im a cider drinker. Bottles were available but when you are out out you want a nice draught pint. Teens enjoyed the games available. The restaurant is dog friendly but unfortunately one of the family is terrified of dogs and a family beside us with multiple dogs albeit on leads used the ‘its ok theyre friendly’ line whilst letting their dogs roam under our seats and table while we were eating. We had to ask the. To keep their dogs on their side. Our children don’t encroach in their space while they are eating so we don’t appreciate it on ours. Overall - the food was a 9/10. Fast service, wonderful staff, just a shame about the availability of products. Expect to pay a pretty penny also.
