Food was basic but very filling, well cooked and service was friendly and quick, great value for money

Keeps running out of the basic foods like BREAD, BEANS & JACKETS!! AT LUNCH TIME!….Ok I’ll grab a soup, sorry “ NO BREAD” only a cold garlic slice, and that will cost you extra!!! It’s winter, Soup is served with a hot crusty roll or bread! Not a slice of cold garlic bread! All three times we have visited and menus on the large board are either wiped clean in front of you or staff tell you no longer available! We had family down from Oxford and had enough of your excuses this time. Never again. The rude manager who said to us, when we left “I’ve never seen you in here before!!” Please see receipts, in photos from my bank” do better if you are independent as you keep banging on about to me. Please don’t make your problems, mine!

Exceptional. Food and wine was amazing. Warm welcome. The smell of garlic filled the restaurant. Having your daughter, Alicia, helping out is such a lovely touch. An entrepreneur in the making. Thank you so much and happy Christmas

Absolutely delicious Sunday Roast and dessert today, really friendly staff and dog friendly, they even bought the dogs out the leftover bits of meat from the kitchen 😊

A beautifully decorated pub set in picturesque maintained gardens. Large level car park suitable for wheelchairs and electric charging points for cars. The snug is comfortable and sizeable with log fire. The food is delicious and prepared superbly, with a fast service. Lovely to sit in the gardens in fine weather. The restaurant is traditionally furnished and comfortable. In all the best a pub has to offer in all areas.

Had a fabulous meal with a friend. Good variety of meals on the menu, was spoilt for choice. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would highly recommend.

Wow! This Indian Restaurant is probably the best I’ve ever been to. The food was just magnificent and the service was exceptional!

Good old pub. Family room large, and nice that it was provided with pods / machine for coffee and hot chocolate, and a kettle for the tea. Extra orange and apple juice, as well as milk in a fridge in the hallway. Local drinks available and we later sat by the fire. We had eaten earlier in the day so did not try and evening meal, but they were booked out Bed was firm and comfy, and we slept well. Cooked full "Miner's" breakfast in the morning, with mostly local produce was great. Other foods available but we were full. We would stay again.

Best selection of delicious ciders around. The best lime and soda I’ve ever tasted. A wonderful atmosphere and so close to the coast path. Menu and food are excellent too. 😊

I rated food high, but it doesn't do fiod, but it does local beers and ciders which are basicly food. This is one of the best pubs in falmouth, has a great atmosphere, and love their biweekly breton Night, a lot of fun. Freindly folk and a fun atmosphere.

Must visit and stay! Don’t forget to reserve a seat for a pizza for dinner!
