This sets the bar for dog friendly cafes. Warm welcome good choice courteous and fast service. Dogs offered treats and water. Breakfast brilliant. Melt in mouth scrambled eggs. Really good value for money

What a treat! Lovely decor, lovely atmosphere and fantastic hosts. Table service from extremely friendly landlord. Doesn't serve food but the landlord says all are welcome to bring their own food in. We were made very welcome from the off and comfortable in a great looking friendly pub. Thank you for a nice experience

Recommended by the local Dean's Wood campsite with a caveat of it being 'rustic', we enjoyed a very tasty excellent value for money meal and drinks. Our dogs were welcome, and the Land Lady was lovely. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for all weather. With a small play area available for children. Watch out for the local sheep wandering the roads and verges!

Best chip shop by far! We go there regularly and it’s always consistently great. The prices are very reasonable and the three working there are always very friendly and generous. Great portion sizes too. Would 100% recommend.

Very authentic place with European mood and tasty sweets and ice cream. So rare for England.

Called in for lunch and was really impressed with the food, Spotlessly clean. Waiter was very pleasant and attentive. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

A man called constantin served me a terrible takeaway, he had not cooked it properly , the food looked raw .

This place is tucked away by St Stephens church and turns out to be a wonderful surprise. Had breakfast here (huevos fritos) which was delicious. The food is Spanish, the rest of the menu looked good too, as did the cakes. Good coffee, enjoyed the music playing, the place wasn't busy, and the view was peaceful. It's so nice to find somewhere that feels away from the chaos and noise of town.

Service was so helpful and relaxed feel. Food was amazing and we tried food and flavours we had not done before. My mum is well traveled and was very impressed with this gem of a restaurant! Perfect lunch out. Thanks all.

My daughter Maria booked to take me here for dinner for pre Mother’s Day celebrations. What can I say she chose very well , this place was exactly the sort of wine bar and atmosphere I love . This was our first visits . We had great food great wine and the atmosphere was really great so nice and chilled . And I have to say the staff were really great and very attentive. Look forward to visiting again soon . Thank you for a lovely evening 👍😊

Great food and service, but in the cold months you are sat far away from the log fire and access to bathroom was through group of loud locals.
